Wonderful! Yellow jacket problem not serious. However, we do have a problem with carpenter bees which Dave treated while here. He is a good and patient communicator. We understood why we had a bee problem and how to protect property from future issues. I highly recommend Bee Be Gone.

David safely removed my above ground hornet nest in a few minutes. It was intact, and he killed the hornets using a natural oil. The nest was intact at the end. It was quick and thorough. He told me most of what he does is nest removal, and showed me several others from the same day, and explained to my kids all the different kinds of wasps, their kinds of nests, and how they build them. It was actually a great experience.

Since he'd told me what to expect, I didn't worry about the normal things like existing eggs hatching to make new yellow jackets, which then also died. It does cost money to have this work done, but I'm completely willing to pay the price for quality service. This company is top notch.

Very well. The gentleman instructed my husband to stay inside the house in case the bees started to swarm, which he did. My husband said everything went great and the gentleman made sure everything was cleared before he left.

it took 3 tries to finally kill all the yellow jackets. No problem coming back to make sure the job was complete. We were very pleased with the outcome and the advice on what had to be done and more importantly what didn't have to be done. Very professional. For the ants, he left some ant killer with good instructions for use when needed in the future.

David responded quickly to my request for an estimate and came within a few days. When the hornets recolonized, he returned and retreated the area promptly. He was extremely knowledgeable about the insects and their habits.

We found dead bees inside a second floor room and bee droppings on the window of the room. We contacted Bee Be Gone to find where are the bees from. David came and quickly found a hole and chamber at the bottom of the window frame. He identified the bees as carpenter bees and said this is a very minor problem, He sprayed pesticide into the hole to kill the bees.

Everything went great. The owner was incredibly helpful teaching me so much about what had happened, what he was doing to prevent it from happening again, and other areas of my house that I should pay attention to.

He was wonderful. Very knowledgeable about this and other stinging pests. Patient with our questions. He applied the stuff to kill them quickly. Then removed the nest from the ceiling area with minimal damage and mess. A few got in the house during this process but he dealt with them. He left us with follow up instructions. He did all of this late on a Saturday. I'd use his services again without hesitation. Reasonable fee for dealing with a pest most of us wouldn't want to tangle with on any day.

Excellant. He really knows what hes doing. No more ants. Centipedes are staying away. Got a year contract with him. Hes done initial treatment, a secondary treatment, a summer treatment, then will be out for fall and spring.

Perfectly. David knows EVERYTHING about bees. He speaks their language. Living near the woods, we have several types and he knows them all. He told me what type hive we have, when they are active, what time of year they are especially aggressive. He was very responsive and most importantly - he had the entire hive gone within an hour, with no half survivors on the ground. He made sure everything and everyone was cleaned up. LOVE him! This is the second time I have used David and I would think of calling anyone else.

Great! Mr. David responded to my inquiry very quickly and provided me with a price quote promptly. He arrived at my home at the time agreed upon and was very professional and took the time to explain the problem and how it would be resolved.

The first interaction during May of last year was pleasant, and the hornet nest was removed. At the time, we also used David's service for reviewing and laying traps for proactive prevention against insects and rodents. We didn't have any problem at that time. I was led to believe that the hornets would not re-infest in the same area due to some compound applied after the hive was removed. Fast forward to 9 months later, and the hornet's nest has returned to the exact same area. Upon re-establishing contact with David, and requesting warranty service, I was told that there would be a fresh charge and the warranty does not apply. I mentioned that the interaction and his lack of support would be posted on Angie's List, to which he threatened with legal action. Furthermore, we had a bit of a rodent issue as well in the basement, for which we went with another provider because his sticky traps didn't do squat. Bottom Line: If you want a decent, professional one-time service, hire BeeBeGone, but don't expect him to stand by his service, should re-infestation occur.

We thought we might have an active hive under the roof shingles, but he said we probably didn't. Nevertheless, he sprayed a vent near the shingles. He was very knowledgeable about insects and took the time to describe the insects we have around our house and what we need to do about them. He also advised us about other pests, like rodents. Although there wasn't much he needed to do at the property, he spent a lot of time with us answering our questions and offering advice.
