I spoke with the owner, Mr. Nolan, in the store, and he was very helpful, both in helping me decide on a range and microwave, and letting me know what getting it all installed involved. (I had to have an electrician come and put in a new plug above where the microwave would be - Mr. Nolan recommended an electrician he has worked with). Once that was done, I called, let him know which stove and microwave I wanted, and he set up a date less than a week later. The two young men who came to install everything were prompt, organized, and very efficient. They did a great job, and I'm very happy with my stoves.

I originally saw the refrigerator at a competitive chain store. I went to Apache Appliance because I knew it was a family run business. I asked the owner if he could order the particular model of the refrigerator I wanted. The quoted price of the refrigerator was $140 less then at the original store. The owner told me it was available at the warehouse and when did I want it delivered. The appliance was delivered in 2 days. The delivery men arrived on time as agreed. They were professional, polite, friendly and worked as efficiently as possible. They went above and beyond what was expected without any complaints. I also did not have to pay for the appliance until the refrigerator was delivered to my home.

I found Apache on this list - called them and set up an appointment. They were friendly and ready to go to work. They arrived (with a call from the service person, Gary, before they arrived just to make sure it was still a good time). He arrived and was polite and courteous. Came in - looked at the machine and had a solid idea of issue in the first few minutes. He gave me an estimate and went to work. Fixed problem and was off. All in all an excellent experience.

The experience with this company was pleasant until the day of installation. Actually the day before the scheduled installation because they showed up a day early, even though I had called the week before to change the installation date from August 19th to August 20th. The installers did a decent job, but they didn't return the items that had been moved back to their original places after the installation was complete. All that they needed to do was to place items back in the cabinet under the sink, but they left them all over them counter instead. Also, the installers were extremely unprofessional and made a few people on our staff quite uncomfortable.

The experience was fine. They did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would do it. I would recommend them and use them again in the future.

I think their prices are reasonable. They come when they are called and are on time. They know what they are doing and are very professional. I would use them again in the future and would recommend to others.

They were on time. I liked the people I delt with. The store people were personable, but the movers were not. The store was professioanl, but the movers were lacking.

Went very smoothly. Helpful in selling new product, with no pressure to buy one more expensive than I wanted. They have all their machines listed and described on their website, making it simple to buy a new one without leaving my desk! Provided services quickly, and were right on time for delivery/installation. After installation, stayed to test out new machine and verify that everything was in good working order. The deliverers/installers didn't have the greatest interpersonal skills, and their hygiene left something to be desired, but they performed their job just as they should have, and while not real communicative, they were also not rude. I love it when a nuisance like a broken old washing machine can be taken care of with so little effort and inconvenience.

My washing machine stopped spinning and I called Apache to come fix it. I chose them because they had the earliest available time (I think I had to wait until after the New Year for another company). They came two days later to fix it. They repair man was very prompt and efficient. I'm very satisfied.

They are clean, nice, and on time. I trust them enough to leave a key under the mat when I am not home.

They had a fair price which included delivery, installation and removal of my old washer. I bought it on a Saturday and they had it installed by the following Tuesday. They were efficient and did everything they said they would do.

I called Apache Appliance and their technician, Francis, went way out of his way to help. He couldn't replace the part (only the manufacturer could) but suggested that I call and he would try to help me negotiate with the manufacturer. The manufacturer again sent out the technician who didn't fix it the first time, and he still insists it's the vent. I called Francis next-he suggested I call the company that sold the dryer to me and have them talk to the manufacturer. The seller refused that, but sent someone out who then refused to service the dryer because it's under extended warranty. They told me to call the manufacturer back. I'm still negotiating with the manufacturer for service. The heroes: Apache and Francis, who went well beyond what was expected; although I would have gladly paid for the call, they didn't charge me. They are fantastic.

Excellent. Russell Nolan provided information about the different types of washing machines, such as top loaders vs. front loaders, as well as making suggestions as to which model would best meet my needs. I was impressed that he suggested a relatively inexpensive machine. Apache had the best prices on the model I selected. They installed the new machine at my convenience and removed the old one. I've bought a number of appliances over the past decade from Apache and have been impressed with their service and prices.

I used to use these guys years ago and they were prompt, effective and helpful. No more. I made an appointment for the dreaded three-hour window several days hence. The window came and went with no repair guy. When I called I was told the repair man was unavailable and would not be out. When I pointed out that it would have been nice if they had let me know before I called, I was told that the dispatcher had only found out a half hour earlier. And, when I questioned how it could be that the dispatcher did not know that the repair guy was missing calls all day, he yelled at me and told me to find someone else.

Overall it was very satisfactory. The service was excellent. I was able to get the washing machine delivered within two days. They arrived promptly, hooked up the new washer and removed my old one. Their service personnel were polite, neat, and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

They were very quick, and knowledgable.

Called several repair/service companies. Apache was the first company that could answer all my questions without putting me on hold or asking someone else for information. The technician obviously had extensive experience and gave me a rough estimate over the phone. Same person arrived for the service call the next morning. Diagnosed the problem quickly. He had brought the parts he might need with him so there was no delay in repairing the dryer. The charges were not inflated in any way. The replaced part was shown to me and the repaired dryer was run in all modes. A very positive experience from start to finish.

They did a great job. They are family owned and I have had them out many times.

This is my third appliance purchased from Apache. They are always helpful, they always come on time, and they always clean up when they are done. I have never had to call them to come back and fix something. When we ordered the cooktop, we were unable to measure the countertop space. Mr. Nolan came and measured. He arrived when he said he would. The cooktop was set up for delivery the following week. The installers came within the 3 hour window and installed the cooktop.
