Very well - punctual - neat - quick - friendly.

Very smooth, on time, and professional. Because I wanted the new stacked washer/dryer to sit farther away from the electrical outlet, the installer went out to his truck and got a longer cord -- and did not charge me extra for it.

It went smoothly. I cannot think of a "don't" for the transaction.

I called for advice about microwave ovens and pricing, based on information I already had, quickly decided to go ahead and scheduled installation date. The product was delivered and installed as promised. Compared to other appliance decisions this was easy! The decision to purchase a new microwave, by the way, was initially based upon sound advice from an appliance repair shop.

Everybody was very nice, polite, and professional. I would definitely use these guys again and I would buy appliances from them.

Excellent. Responded on the same day I reported the problem -- eventhough it was the day before Thanksgiving when they were already over-extended. He made a personal trip late in the day, even drove an hour out of his way to get the right spare part. Fixed the problem quickly and thoroughly, even helped reassemble the fridge (which we had disassembled) at no extra charge, and advised how to diagnose and prevent the issue in future. Would definitely use again, and I recommend them to others.

Overall it went smooth with no hassles.

I was given a window of two hours for the delivery and they came at the beginning of the window. They were pleasant, very careful of the other items and floor in the kitchen. Because of height issues, it was a fairly difficult installation, but they were professional and quite fast. I will definitely use Apache again should the need arise.

Terrrible. In the long run I am happy because I will be using Wooten from now on. If you use this contractor make sure that you are clear that a date is a date and there is no need to confirm an hour before the end of the window. I have pictures of the way he left my dryer which I will be happy to supply.

They finished quickly and overall, the service went well. I had called him and informed what the problem was, he almost diagnosed it over the phone and brought the part with him for replacement. When he arrived, he determined the problem very quickly.

They were really polite and he made sure that I understood everything they were telling me.

Repair man came out day after contacted. Was punctual. Tested dishwasher. Quickly diagnosed problem. Did not have necessary part on truck, but came out next day as scheduled and made repair. Machine works fine. Only charged for one service call, indicating it wasn't my fault he did not have the needed part. He easily could have recommended replacing the machine. Very honest. Will definitely call again!

Overall, the service went well. I was renting out my place and they were completing the service for my tenants. The only complaint was that I wanted to pay for it and they would call me to charge it. I did not receive a phone call and had to follow up myself. I was being urgent about it since I did not want my tenant to pay. The price was reasonable and within the estimate range.

Repairman arrived 30 minutes later than the agreed time, no big deal, but almost called to ask if they forgot about my appointment. Repair was done quickly. I will call Apache Appliance again if another problem comes up with my appliances down the road.

I called Apache Appliance because my dryer would spin, but not heat. The appointment was made quickly and professionally. The repair professional was on time, arriving at the beginning of the window. The repair was performed quickly and professionally, taking no longer than a half hour from start to finish -- he even had the part in his truck. He also checked my dryer vent to be sure that the problem would not occur again. A very good experience, start to finish.

See above. A no no nonsense firm with a no nonsense service attitude. Interesting fact: the installer told me that the founder of Apache Appliance was a local man whose beloved hobby was Indians of the American Southwest.

Apache was great to work with from start to finish. The sales team provided me just the info I needed (not a hard sell pitch) and installation was arranged very quickly after purchase. The price was comparable to other retailers but with a more reasonable installation charge...very nice. The small fridge installation was more challenging than expected but was handled professionally. I had mis-measured the existing diswasher so the new purchase wouldn't even fit! (totally my fault). They returned the unit I had purchased and on-the-spot recommended an option that would fit the space. Russ returned a few days later to install. Overall an excellent experience and I'll definitely select Apache again. The only drawback is that they sell and service a select line of products. You can definitely benefit from their deep expertise with many of the major mid-range brands, but if you're looking for ultra high-end appliances you may have to bypass the excellent service provided by this local business.

Mr. Nolan arrived early, knew exactly what to do, and provided good advice on how to keep this old - but still serviceable - drier going for several more years. He completed the repair in short order, "went the extra mile" in cleaning up, and charged a fair price. I couldn't ask for more.

The initial call was not impressive - the person making the appointments was not as sharp as I would have expected, but don't let that put you off. I got an appointment within a few days. The man arrived on time and found the problem immediately. The entire appointment lasted less than thirty minutes, and the bill was less than $100. He was polite, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this company.

We called Apache Applicance on Monday 14 Sept 2009 and made an appointment for "Wednesday between 1-3PM. The repairman arrive exactly at 1PM and was here approx :30 mins. Labor was $89.50 Parts $84.66.

The repairman was prompt, pleasant, and professional. He was conversational without talking too much,helpful, and all in all it was a good experience.

The cable that holds the door on my KitchenAid dishwasher snapped. The result was that the door could only be fully open or fully closed. When the heavy door was opened it dropped suddenly and could cause injury. I found Apache Appliance on Angie's List and they came out the next day. The repairman worked quickly and professionally, and the work was done in under an hour.

Arrived as scheduled and recomended replacing hoses with new washers- I liked my old wire-reinforced kind and he explained the need for new one with newer washers. no pressure, jsut good customer guidance.
