Good afternoon-First I would like to apologize that you had such a negative impression of our company. Priding ourselves in a high level of customer service, we strive to ensure that all of our client's needs are met. In regards to the advertisement-I have contacted Angie's list to ask it be removed. We are not a paid member of this organization, but as a company, they simply allow us to read the reviews that are written, so we do not currently advertise any specials with Angie's list~which is what led to the confusion. The only estimates that would be provided at no cost would be those for appliances with sales associates, and not for service or install services. You are correct that it should be more specific, which is why I have asked that it be removed to avoid confusion. Our service rates are fair and in line with most other repair companies that focus on high end appliances, so I would personally welcome you to call our company back and ask to speak to me directly, I am the service manager, so that we can go over your concerns.
