The project began on time and was completed on the same day. They also did a really good job of cleaning up after themselves. Very professional, great results I would Hire them for any and all of my paving needs

They called the day before to cancel and rescheduled. I took a day off from work to make sure I was home. No one showed up. I called an hour after our appointment time to check in and no one answered. I called 30 minutes later, and again, another 30 minutes later.

I contacted 8 paving companies for quotes to repair and upgrade a flood damaged driveway. RSA replied right away. Inspected the driveway and responded with a written quote. Some of the other companies responded with higher and lower prices but communications with them was spotty. After seeing the job in progress, I'm positive I received my money's worth for sure. It was a difficult job to set 5 tons of culvert pipe next to existing for a double barrel going under my driveway. It was very important to set the pipe properly and straight. RSA did an outstanding job. This activity required several calls to RSA to arrange for the delivery of 3 foot X 8 class 4 pipe. 5 tons of it. RSA ALWAYS rreturned my calls within 24 hours. RSA requested a schedule change to an earlier date to avoid rain. They were spot on. They showed up ON TIME and all the staff were polite and professional. I've had 3 driveways paved in my time. I have never experienced this level of professionalism. I'm sure they are very busy. Be patient, you will be glad.

Other than a 3 month weather induced gap between establishing the new grade and base, and the actual paving (got too cold to pave), everything went very well. We were able to use the driveway with the base material all winter with no problem. Very professional and skilled team. Fellow on the bobcat was amazing to watch. Grade they established was perfect and finished driveway looks and works great!

Rich and his team showed up on time at 8:30am as promised smiling and ready to work. We went over the details of the project once more and his men got to work immediately. As they began leveling the ground I had a change of heart regarding placement of a retaining wall and the guys were easy going and receptive of my changes. Rich even added a coat of sealant to my existing driveway to diminish the appearance of two differently done driveways which looks great! The pavement was done correctly and with attention to detail to even ensure proper water drainage. I was very satisfied with the outcome and would recommend RSA paving to anyone looking to add an addition to their home driveway.

Rich and his team did an exceptional job on our parking pad expansion. He called me a couple of times throughout the day with various options and executed the job flawlessly. His price was a bit higher than other quotes but it's clear that his reputation and and execution warrant a premium. I would use RSA again for my paving needs.

Richard and his staff were very responsive when setting up the estimate and appointment, especially given that I was out of the country and needed to coordinate via email mainly. Work was delayed several times due to weather, and the team always kept me informed of the changes and the new schedule. They completed to work in one day (on New Year's Eve) and it looks fantastic. Ernie ran the team who did the work - he was very knowledgeable and friendly, and he went out of his way to ensure the work was completed in one day during the appropriate weather patterns...seems the plant was planning to close early for NY Eve, but he was able to get the material to finish the job regardless. I highly recommend this company.

Very quick with coming out for estimate. Provided detailed explanation and rational for all planned work. Responsive and professional with additional follow-up questions. Prompt arrival on day of service, quickly completed work, and fully cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day. Entire job was done is less than 6 hours. They did a great job. I got estimates from 7 service providers and they were the most professional, positive, and cost effective.

It cost less than the original estimate, which made them the low bidder. They were on time and got it done with minimal intervention on my part. Rich, the owner, is funny and friendly. Looks good! They book up well in advance, but are worth the wait.

Rick and team were very professional. They accommodated my timing given the urgent need to complete this in July. Received several compliments on the work done from neighbors and family. Driveway is essentially new with right height/thickness. Very happy with service and was able to schedule and discuss issues and job remotely even with my travel schedule.

Rich and his crew arrived promptly at 9:30 and the work was completed 6 hours later. The bed was rebuilt with new foundation and 2 pvc drain pipes to drain, asphalt was applied to that area as well as the rest of the driveway. It was a difficult area to work in because of the wall surrounding the driveway on 2 sides and the 3 car garage on the third but nothing was damaged and the job was done professionally as well as clean up. I was given post job instructions as to when I could drive back on the driveway. Rich will return in a few months to check that the drain is set where it is supposed to after the asphalt has had time to cure. He represents his company well and is enthusiastic and hard working and appreciative of the business. Can't get better than that!

From the estimate process, to the finished product ,RSA paving exceeded my expectations. This was my first time using Angie's list and I relied on their ratings when calling for estimates. The first thing that impressed me with RSA was when I contacted Rich and told him what I was looking for, he told me that I could expect a estimate within 2 days via email. Much to my surprise I received that proposal within that time frame,and it was the best price for exactly the way I wanted the work done. The scheduling process was very easy and he took my time into consideration with his work schedule. Unfortunately, the weather delayed his work and he wasn't able to come on the day we had scheduled, but he called me and communicated honestly what was going on, so it made feel I had chosen a reputable company. My work was completed yesterday and I am a very happy RSA customer. The workmanship was extremely neat and done in a professional manner. I would recommend RSA paving to anyone who is looking for paving work.

The whole process from start to finish was fantastic. Rich came to give an estimate right on time. He was patient, friendly, and answered all of our questions. His price was a little more than half of what three waterproofing companies wanted to charge just for putting in drains or sump pumps (and not including the cost of repairing the asphalt they would have to tear up). His assessment of why water was flooding our garage and how to fix it made the most sense of all the contractors we called for estimates. Rich kept in contact through the winter's bad weather to give updates on when the work could be done. He was always easily accessible and responded to emails very quickly. On the day of the work, he was present and asked if we had any questions. The crew was professional, worked hard, and left little debris (just a couple small tree roots). Rich followed up a few days later after a rainfall to make sure the drain was working properly--I don't think I've ever had a contractor follow up like that on a job. I appreciated being able to pay my bill online via credit card.

The owner was very accessible and responsive to all the questions we had before the job. The driveway looks great. They even put it right up against the house as requested.

I was extremely pleased with them. The cost was very reasonable. We didn't know there was an intermediary step. We thought we would have to have the whole driveway torn up. He said that he could do that if we wanted but he didn't think we needed it. He could have doubled his price if he did the whole thing. They were faster than we thought and they were efficient. They were neat and cleaned up. They were very honest. They just left 5 minutes ago so we haven't had time to test it but it looks good. We would definitely use them again.

The entire experience was outstanding, from making the appointment to the clean-up process. Richard, the owner, answered all our questions and added some design suggestions which enhanced the overall result. The workers were personable, hardworking, efficient and professional. We were amazed at how skilled they were at cutting the pavers to fit the curved design. During the process I requested some minor changes which they willingly made. After completing the installation I watched while they methodically cleaned the entire area around our house. My wife and I were extremely impressed with the results and would definitely, without question, recommend R.S.A. Paving!

RSA arrived on time completed the job in a prompt manner and tidied up afterwards. Not much you can say about a driveway replacement. It's flat! I have seen some driveways replaced where a tar sealer was applied where the the asphalt meets the concrete. This was not done in this application. Do not know if that is a necessity, just mentioning a difference over some installations I have seen. The quality of the finished product looks perfectly fine and of course the work is guaranteed.

The estimate process went well, we never talked face to face. I did not select this company.

Mr. Stanley was punctual and showed up with his crew on dates as promised and kept his crews on site until completion, something other contractors that we have hired have failed to do. The quality of the asphalt job and cement work were excellent. With Mr. Stanley's suggestions and changes to our design, he not only saved us money but also solved our rain runoff problems and standing water problems. The finish job to the garage floor was smooth and to date, there are no signs of cracking which one might find in less quality jobs. What my wife and I always look for in a contractor is someone that will listen and be comfortable to be around and talk to. Mr. Stanley met both of these qualifications. We would definitely use Mr. Stanley again and highly recommend him to others.

I have contacted couple Asphalt company for quote and RSA paving is the most responsive one and follow up with all my emails request. Rich Stanley did a great job on our driveway and he went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. I am strongly recommended his service to any one who need a great asphalt company to work with. You will not be disappointed by their service.
