Rich and his team were timely in reaching out to bid. Once we decided on them they set a date quickly for the work itself and, per their promise, the job was completed in less than one day. The quality and detail of the work was tremendous.

It went Great. RSA was fast, efficient and professional throughout the entire process.

Due to the weather and current condition (still wet from rain) of driveway, we are putting the work off until early Spring 2021. We will still go with RSA paving at that time and plan on keeping our deposit with them until that time. They were very professional and kept me informed all of the time.

If you’re looking for a paving company, I would just stop reading any more reviews and call RSA. The company was responsive, professional and the work was top notch. The parking lot looked so good afterwards, the business owners called, sent pictures and were thrilled by how much better the area looked. We have a small commercial business in DC that needed the parking lot desperately paved. To call some areas pot holes would have been kind. We had hired another company and their work was dismal. No pride in workmanship whatsoever. I called RSA after reading their reviews. Scheduling an appt was a breeze. I can’t tell you how important this turned out to be because I had been stood up by no less than 3 paving companies at that point. They either cancelled at the last minute or didn’t show up. Rich showed up at the appointed time. He assessed the site, gave me an estimate and started work w/in the next few days. The crew was professional from what I heard and the work was done very well. One other note concerning the integrity of the company and their commitment to customer satisfaction. We agreed on a certain rate and at the last minute I asked him to install two small speed bumps before I left. In my mind, I didn’t assume any incremental expense (assumed it’d just a little bit of extra asphalt). When I received the bill there was an incremental charge. I contacted Rich about this fee and as soon as I mentioned this, he indicted he completely understood the confusion, he should have stated there was an incremental fee and removed the charge. I would 100% work with them again.

It went well. We had to postpone the work due to weather but were able to reschedule easily.

They were communicated ahead of, during and after the job so we knew exactly what was taking place. We weee pleased with the work performed.

The RSA crew did an excellent job. They were respectful, made sure their work didn't accidentally harm adjacent structures (retaining wall, siding, walkway), patient to answer questions, and good at making sound recommendations. Below is a summary of the work they've done. • Remove old driveway • Regrade with rc-a gravel • Extend driveway on left side by 5-6 feet angled back into current size. • Pave driveway with 3 inches of hot asphalt

Fine. They showed up on time, seemed to take care, were done in just 2 hours, and the driveway looks good.

Very very bad experience. They would not schedule any work until you pay the deposit and Once you make a deposit you might have to wait many months to get the work done. After rescheduling the work few times, They offer to refund the deposit but now you are stuck. At this point all you want to get the work finish. The work they did was fine but I had to wait many many months. They asked me to put a deposit to schedule the work . After deposit they have schedule and reschedule many times and the reason they gave sometime weather, some time machine breakdown etc. it took them month to finish the job. The worst thing is , every time they would ask you to clean the driveway and remove all the cars and then they will not show up or they will call you on the scheduled day to reschedule the work . I would not recommend them.

Exceedingly well: 1. RSA Paving always answered our calls, usually within a few hours. 2. RSA was willing to take on our small job that would still require large equipment on site; it helped that we were willing to be flexible about scheduling. 3. Their requested down payment was reasonable - about 20%. 4. Within just a few days of that payment, we had a scheduled date. That date did have to be moved back once (due to weather and a larger prior job requiring more time than anticipated). However, the 2nd date held firm; and the crew showed up right on time. 5. The crew all were polite, friendly, and exceedingly competent and hard working. 6. They completed the work exactly as promised. Results look great.

The project went quite well. Rich came out on a weekend, looked the place over, made some suggestions and sent me an email quote a day or so later that was similar, maybe a tad less, than the lowest quote I received from other companies. Received plenty of higher quotes mostly due to the concrete lurking beneath the existing asphalt. Work was rescheduled numerous times due to weather which was totally understandable because you don't put down asphalt in the wet. Eventually we got a good day and the crew was top notch, did everything as promised, very nice thick layer of asphalt. My neighbors were impressed. No question I would recommend to others and will bring them out for any sealant work down the road. Great company.

I want to start out by saying that Rich is a very nice person, so much so that I wanted to not have to write this review but I feel I need as I would have wanted to know this before making my purchase. Rich came out to review, guaranteed his company's work and we signed a contract to extend and repave our existing driveway in Feb 2016. The crew came August 28th and started work. Most did not speak English which made communication a little difficult but we managed. They were very pleasant, worked hard and we treated them to lunch. If memory serves me right, I think they actually came back the following day to finish the job. As they were completing the driveway their machine broke down and it was moved onto our front lawn. This was not the greatest scenario since we do take care of our lawn but they were back the next day to remove it. Rich even came out and put some grass seed down where the lawn had been destroyed. Unfortunately, the oil that seeped into the ground killed any grass from growing there - a year later we still have a bald patch about a 12-16 inches in diameter - but it is slowly getting smaller. Anyway, we stayed off the driveway for days and returned our cars to the driveway on 5/2/16 after contacting Rich. - 5/12/16 we contacted Rich after we had a new shed delivered and two significant dents were left on the driveway. Note: We had been told the driveway could handle heavy machinery after a week and neither the shed or the small lift cart that pulled it down the driveway ever stopped on either of the areas where the dents occurred. Rich came out to see, again guaranteed us that he would take care of it and sent some guys out to patch. - 5/26/16 we contacted Rich when out next door neighbor turned around using our driveway and left a dent on the edge and on 6/2 he sent two guys out to fix. - 6/16/16 we contacted Rich, apologizing for being a pain, but we really wanted him to come out and take a look at the driveway with us as we had some concerns - all the very obvious patches, areas that did not seem smooth, areas that were not level, etc. He came out and acknowledged that there were some issues and attributed them to the amount of rain that we had been getting. He recommended that we wait a little while and he would send the guys out to lay down another layer of asphalt - promising that we would no longer see all the patches. This was scheduled for 8/6/16. Due to expected rain that day it was rescheduled and the guys came out on 8/8/16. They did not put down another layer of asphalt but rather patched more areas and when I questioned them I was told that they would finish patching and then seal the driveway and it would look good. - 6/4/17 we contacted Rich when after some heavy rain (didn't last long ) we noticed that a chunk was missing from the driveway exposing the old asphalt underneath (picture included). He reminded us that we were no longer covered under warranty but would send someone to fix anyway. He sent two guys out to patch who asked if we ever sealed the driveway. We had wondered ourselves about how well it had been sealed so we decided to have it sealed again but this time we chose another provider. They came out to take a look at the driveway and pointed out many issues with the driveway, especially areas where the driveway surface is not smooth at all, the asphalt is crumbling away and the driveway is sinking. A little more than a year after the driveway was initially installed we are now shelling out another $1000 since we have to have it sealed twice; otherwise, we are looking to have it repaved next year. RSA quoted us a good price - but now I realize it was too good to be true.

The job went super smoothly and very quickly. The crew came on time, completed the entire jobin 2.5 hours, cleaned up after themselves and were extremely professional. Mary, in the office, together with Rich (the owner) were so pleasant, efficient and professional. I highly recommend them.

Came out as scheduled to give estimate. Discussed the job in detail and possible complications. Had estimate within a few days and was reasonably priced. Due to heavy demand they scheduled me for 2 months out which was fine. Got a call that they could come out a month earlier then expected. The did an excellent job and only took half as much time as needed. Have had no problems with driveway.

Rich Stanley was a pleasure to work with. The primary work I needed done was to repair about 100' of a loop at the end of my driveway which was breaking up. I also asked him for estimates on several other smaller jobs, and when I indicated that the cost was more than it was worth to me, he gave me less expensive options to accomplish my goals, which I greatly appreciated. Everything was professionally done and completed in a couple of hours. I was surprised at the number of men and pieces of equipment that came to do this relatively small job. Rich was the low cost bidder by quite a bit (and he also provided an estimate for my neighbors which was also the lowest cost by quite a bit). The only problem I had was that I the phone numberI initially had was for RSA's answering service (I may have gotten this from the web site). While they eventually got me to Mary, and Mary got me the information I needed from RIch, this was somewhat frustrating. Once I got the right phone numbers for Mary (and Rich) things moved much more quickly. I would definitely use RSA for any future paving needs and highly recommend them.

It went great. When I called them for an estimate, the owner told me he would go out and take a look. I didn't have to be there. He did and gave me an estimate he called and followed with a written estimate/ work order by email {the only contractor to do so}. They showed up at time scheduled and did a great job. After looking at some similar jobs in the neighborhood, I'm glad I hired RSA. They were not cheapest, about 10% higher than one estimate, but still reasonable, but was the most responsive. I'm very pleased with the job and it appears to be holding up very well. {I'll try an upload photos later}

I was in desperate need of a new driveway , I called RSA Paving and set A meeting up for an estimate . They came out and showed up on time ( actually 5 minutes early ) and provided a free estimate . I accepted the price and I could not be more Happy , it turned out Beautiful and I would recommend RSA Paving
