He arrive on time, purchased supplies, worked efficiently, skillfully and reviewed the finished work once completed. We plan to hire him back for a bathroom remodel project this winter.

The job went very well, better than I expected. The older cabinet needed to be refitted to fit the new over sized cast Iron sink. The plumbing was disconnected and the new sink re-connected. The cabinet doors had to be resized for the different size opening. All in one day, looks great !

Brian did a wonderful job. He had done a lot of work for us. He is great. He did it inexpensively and they look beautiful.

It went just like you'd want it to go. We didn't bother with estimates, but simply asked him to get a laundry list of repairs done in time for a large weekend party. He finished on time, and presented us with a reasonable bill, considering the time spent on our various projects.

The contractor didn't show and didn't call. Many days later, I finally received an email attempting to reschedule (that's why I gave a D rather than an F). I would have happily done so-- except for the delay. If a business person cannot be bothered to call (and I know they have cell phones, since the original message about the appointment was sent via an iPhone), clearly they are not interested in showing up and doing the work.

This man is a true gentleman. His prices are so reasonable. I have two more projects lined up with him, but have not yet decided when. He also cleans up vacuums-etc. He is a gem. I highly recommend him.

It went very well. The price was fair. The only draw back has been that they put a little hole in the screen. I will use them again. They were professional and punctual.

This is the second time we used him. The first time was for drywall repair. I almost didn't use him again because he filled up our trash can with his trash instead of carting it away. He didn't tell us that we would have to do the sanding. I knew that we would have to paint. I didn't think it was great for what he did. I used him again because his reviews on Angie's List were so great and he lives less than a mile away from me. He came within a couple of days of us calling. He gave us an estimate and choices and he bought the door we selected and replaced it while we were out of town. He did a very good job. He was quick, good and easy to talk to. He is coming back tomorrow to work on the drywall repair. He is a little pricey, but fair for this area. I was very happy with him and I will use him again.

We contacted Mr. Prince after consulting Angie's List. He provided an estimate and did the work in a timely, professional manner. The quality of the work and the total experience was entirely satisfactory. We definitely plan to seek his help again on small projects, such as these, and for larger remodeling projects we have planned.

Brian was responsive, providing an estimate in writing (via e-mail) within 24 hours of the initial inquiry. Estimate was reasonable. Work started a day earlier than he initially said he could be available, which was great. He was prompt, professional, neat and clean. Work is great. Very pleased. Work cost slightly more than estimate because of re-grouting required when old bathtub caulk was removed (tiles came loose). The problem was unavoidable, and had nothing to do with the work done, just poor workmanship that the prior owner had done. Brian worked diligently to fix this, and we felt the extra charge for doing that work was fair.

Excellent experience! Brian Prince responded to my initial query immediately and came over that very afternoon to give me an estimate. He proceeded to be courteous, competent, and professional in every way, from giving me an accurate estimate, to arriving with needed parts (and foot covers and dust cloths), to doing the jobs promptly and well, to finishing up with a written invoice. His rates were extremely reasonable, and he is knowledgeable, responsible, and pleasant. I can't give a higher recommendation and will be sure to call him again the next time I need a handyman.

Mr. Prince came to establish the estimate, take a deposit and buy the closet doors. He bought the doors and painted them prior to installing them, though he did a finishing touch. The work was well done. Mr. Prince is very professional and does good quality work in a timely manner.

Brian Prince and his son arrived right on time and worked efficiently to finish the job that same day. Brian obviously knew what he was doing and successfully installed all our appliances despite some fitting challenges posed by the small space that our new appliances occupy. I can't say enough how pleased I am with the way this whole project went!

He knew exactly what he was doing and how to fix the problem. He was here in a timely manner and got the work done exactly as planned. He works out of his home but he is really good at what he does.
