Brian was responsive throughout the project which was very much appreciated. His estimate was quick, reasonable and he was able to start work right away. The outcome is beautiful! I am so pleased with the quality of his workmanship and professionalism! We will definitely be calling on Prince Construction in the near future.

Mr.Brian Prince quoted us a fair price and did the work himself. His attention to detail and quality of work was amazing. We will definitely use him again. The project was completed on time and within budjet.

Mr. Prince did exactally what he said he would do and did it on schedule. He did the work for the estimated price. The work was professional and he cleaned up completely upon job completion. He visited three times and was on time each time. I would highly recommend him and will use him again. His price was fair. In a word his work was outstanding.

It went great - he arrived on time for the estimate. He emailed the estimate to us and we provided a deposit. He came to our condo twice - once to start the work and once again while we were out of town to finish up the job. He did a great job with all the work and cleaned up after himself.

Mr Prince came to our house promptly to do an estimate. we arrived at a date for him to do the work, soon thereafter. He arrived promptly, worked efficiently and got the job done in a timely manner. I will definately use his services again and recommend him to anyone looking for a handyman. We also got an estimate on a bathroom remodel which was much lower than an estimate I had gotten from another contractor.

I called Prince Construction to take a look at a small repair around the front door of my home. Brian came out quickly and looked at the problem, then promised to send over an estimate, citing that it would be a week or so before he could get to the work. I stated I understood. Then waited. And waited.... no estimate as of this writing, 8 days later. Other contractors have been contacted. Update: The work has been completed by another contractor. This review has been updated to reflect that the situation is closed. If Prince Construction would like reminders to do what they say they are going to do, perhaps they should hire a secretary.

Brian and his team did a great job from start to finish. The work and cleanup was completed in a timely manner, and with excellent results. This job had a fair number of surprise repairs needed, and I thought that Brian's assessed labor for those repairs was extremely reasonable.

Mr. Prince was very professional. I left a message asking if he was available for service and he called me back quickly. I explained the services I needed and he was able to come the same day, which was fantastic. He even went and bought the door I needed installed since I have a very small car. He completed all of the tasks in a very reasonable amount of time to a high degree of quality.

There was a bit of delay in getting a bid from Mr. Prince, but once we got past that stage and he gave me a price, everything from there happened efficiently and well. We arranged a date for the work, he arrived promptly, and completed the work professionally. At all times, Mr. Prince was polite and professional in his interactions with me. We're pleased.

The entire project cost only about $500 and was very quickly and professionally done. I was very impressed with how well Brain kept the mess under control, and how quickly and efficiently he was able to complete the project. This was several months ago, and the door still slides great and there has been no water getting in. I would highly recommend this contractor, and plan to use him again in future for other projects.

I found Prince Construction on Angie's List and since he had 3 positive reviews and was very nearby, I called and left a message. Brian Prince returned my call very promptly and he stopped by that afternoon to assess the project. He gave me an estimate of $150 - $200 for the repairs. He could not take the mirror immediately since he had other things in his truck and the mirror is very large. He came back in the next few days and picked up the mirror. He returned the mirror after only a week or two. He had glued the broken pieces I had saved back on. He had reinforced the corners and back as well as replacing the dust cover paper and the picture wire and screws. He had even added felt pads on the back corners to protect the wall. He and his son spent some time getting the mirror re-hung. They had to adjust the wire several times until it was at a height that made me happy. They were very helpful. He charged me $150 which I feel was very fair. I would highly recommend Prince Construction to anyone.

He was prompt and professional and promised me an estimate within a week. Three weeks later, I have not received an estimate of any kind.

Brian Prince was booked up for over a week so we were unable to use his services. He was very pleasant, friendly, and was able to come to the house and give us a quote within days of contacting him. I would consider using his services in the future.

I read many reviews before selecting this contractor and found his work to be somewhat lacking. He did several odd jobs, rehung a shower door, install another closet rod to create a double hung, raise a closet rod and install closet light, trim interior door and replace jamb, re-caulk kitchen sink. "All items were completed, however, the workmanship was not as finished looking as it should be. The door trim was left rough with an over abundance of caulk to fill the door jamb gap. The shower door was filed to fit rather than adjusting the hang strip. Everything works it just doesn't look professional.

Mr. Prince came the very day I called to pick up an antique mahogany Queen Anne chair with a broken leg. He assessed the damage and quoted a very reasonable estimate. Though I told him "No Hurry" the chair was brought to our home in perfectly restored chair. They were fast and under budget. I cannot recommend Prince Construction highly enough!

A few weeks ago the driver of a small truck lost control of his vehicle and crashed through the picket fence in my front yard, destroying two 8-foot sections and taking out the corner post. Mr. Prince responded quickly to my e-mail request for an estimate (sent through Angie's List.) His estimate seemed appropriate and his ratings on Angie's List were high, so I hired him to do the repairs, which he completed efficiently within a few days of signing the contract. He even went above-and-beyond the work requested and replaced several pickets in other parts of the fence which were either damaged or missing. I am very pleased with the work he completed and his professionalism. I will definitely consider hiring him again and recommend him highly to others.

Brian came out the same night to give me an esitmate and take a look at the job. Emailed me the quote the next day and scheduled the next day when he would do the work. His response time is unmatched for sure. I was so confident and trusting with him that I placed a coded lock box on the house and he performed the work while I was at work and took the check I had waiting for him. I appreciate his efforts very much!

Outstandingly well. He built the shells off site and they fitted the space like a glove. The wood chosen and stain used were perfect for the room. When it was all completed, I realized that I had not planned for the presence of a wireless copier. Brian modified 2 of the shelves with a minimum of rework. Brian is an excellent carpenter who communicates all along how he was progressing. My wife and I were very satisfied with the outcome. Brian set up his saws etc. to minimize noise and dust. A perfect job.

The guy who came out was very good. He was very responsive. He came out and provided feedback right away. I would consider using them in the future.

This was the first time I used Prince Construction and I was very satisfied with the work. They were very professional and they are perfectionists. They were conscious of time and while they didn't do it all in the day if someone had to come back another day they'd ask and they worked around the weather. I wasn't home during the work. They do wonderful work and are timely and professional.
