I called Lee on Monday, 12/21/15 and he was able to stop by immediately to look at the existing disposal and dishwasher. Both needed to be replaced. He purchased a replacement disposal for me and installed it the next day - 12/22/15. He then came back on Christmas Eve and installed the new dishwasher. His work was quick and professional. I was so grateful that he was able to perform the repairs so quickly. I didn't want to go into the holidays with a non functioning dishwasher.

Responded very quickly and coordinated appointment quickly. As a landlord and property manager I appreciate a quick response. Definitely is on my list of repair people.

I emailed Appliance Repair Services LLC on Sunday night to say our washing machine was not draining or spinning. Lee (the owner) emailed me back within a couple of hours. I had requested a service call (via Angies List) for the next morning. Lee said he was booked up for the morning but he could possibly come by around 1:00. Around 10AM he called and asked for our home address. He called 3 times to let us know when we could expect him. When he arrived he was very professional, very courteous. He explained how he charged for his repair. he went right to the problem, fixed it on the spot and cleaned up and left. I would not hesitate to recommend Appliance Repair Services to anyone who needs appliance repair. Lee conducted the service call exactly how it should be done but very rarely is. I was extremely happy with the whole situation and how smoothly and professionally it went.

Lee had asked for the model number ahead of his visit so he was prepared with information and ready to go. He couldn't do the repair that he had intended, which required working on it from the back, because our 'slide in" unit was stuck tight in place. Because he knew I was trying to get the repair done inexpensively without having to replace the range, he didn't want to force anything and crack the cook top or control panel in the process. Plan B was to jimmy the latch to open the range, and that went fine. All I wanted was to get the door open and have the oven functional - and that's what I got! Lee told me that replacement parts for our range are not available, so if anything else goes kaput it will need to be replaced - but I'm glad that it is working and we don't have an emergency purchase to replace it right away. Lee communicated immediately when I requested service, showed up on time, and was very professional and pleasant to deal with. Especially for women who are home alone and feel slightly uncomfortable having workmen show up to their homes, it is very important to feel at ease with someone and not intimidated... Lee was that nice, friendly, 'safe' feeling guy.

Lee Moore and Applied Repair Services were a great find. Lee fixed our dryer and cleaned it out. He reworked his schedule so he could pick up the belt for our aged dryer and come to the house first thing in the morning. He worked quickly and expertly. He gave me good advice on our basement set up. Lee was professional, competent, and friendly. And his price for labor and parts was very fair. I am sure I will call on him again when we have a problem with one of our appliance.

I was provided with great information of which I felt better about my decision to replace it.

First visit required where the leak was coming from. He had to order the valve and return a few days later. Shut off the water entering the refrig to stop the dripping. He installed the valve and tested the refrig. He was thorough in finding the problem, ordering the part, and installing the new valve.

After replacing the broil and bake elements ourselves, our oven still would not heat and we called Appliance Repair Services. Lee was courteous, on time and knowledgable. He came out the day after my initial call. He had to search for the problem but once found, the issue was explained and part ordered. As soon as the part came in, he completed the final repair. I would absolutely use Lee again and would recommend him to anyone who needs appliance repair.

This is the 2nd time that Lee has done work for us. Our washing machine spin cycle stopped working over the weekend. We called Lee on Tuesday morning, and he had our washing machine working by 4 PM. He explained why it stopped spinning, and advised us of how to get more life from the washing machine--don't overload it! Simple enough. However, he also showed us that the piece that broke was also likely the original and that it had lasted a long time. Lee is always professional, responsive & thorough. Will use his services again.

Lee was very professional and knowledgeable. He was patient in explaining what he was doing and identified parts of the washer and their function. He pointed out possible future problems. He was pleasant and worked the whole 1.5 hours. Would be happy to have him back.

Lee called within minutes of posting a request for service. He stated he would not be able to come out till Monday to look at my microwave but he was able to come out the following day which was a Saturday. After looking at it he stated he had to order a part. He was very professional and kept me informed the entire time. He showed up on time and was reasonably priced. I was very pleased the process and would highly recommend him.
