Lee was professional and friendly from start to finish. He promptly called me when I requested a repair quote, and we set up a time based on when parts would be a available. He did a fantastic job with the actual repair, and even gave practical advice on how to avoid the same issue in the future. I would highly recommend him to family and friends in the future.

Excellent service. Diagnosed the problem on the phone as we were setting up the in person appointment. His diagnosis was spot on. The repair was made with ease once he arrived.

It went well. It was a little more expensive then Planned but worrh ig in the long run.

Dryer could not be repaired because the necessary part is no longer available. This is the fault of the manufacturer (Samsung). There was nothing the repair technician could do despite best efforts. The service call was on time and conducted in a highly professional and courteous manner. Will definitely hire again for any appliance repair needs.

We had to buy a new garbage disposal and a new dryer. Mr. Lee purchased the garbage disposal and installed it as well as checked the dryer and the fridge (problem with the ice-maker); he is well worth the bucks and quite reasonable to get along with. Good Job!

High-end Samsung dryer is only 5 years old. Our dryer was not generating heat. He took the dryer apart without fully moving it from it's location, reducing impact and work time. Upon inspection, the heating element had gone bad. Replacing that resulted in heat, but it still wasn't drying fully - things were coming out just slightly damp. He suggested I call Dryer Vent Wizard who found that the vent line had lots of dust/lint (4 gallons) and it ran well after they cleared that. Only concern is that our dryer made a squealing noise after the first repair but Appliance Repair LLC came out to fix that - found out that it was how the dryer was slightly re-positioned after he worked on it causing two parts of the metal vent to rub against each other. Appliance Repair LLC did the following: two service visits, inspection and testing, replace heating element, lubricate belt.

The service was great and efficient.

Full assessment performed with recommendations to improve dishwasher performance. Recommendations included periodic cleaning, the use of a liquid dryer, and using Finish as the detergent. All recommendations incorporated and washing results were excellent. Received a arrival window and that was met. Very professional and personal. Excellent plumber and highly recommended.

Lee was great! I had a leaking refrigerator and he knew exactly how to fix it. He also took the time to level the refrigerator as it should’ve been and was transparent about the cost of the part and service. I had another company out through my home warranty before him, and they were awful. Didn’t fix it and had no idea what they were doing. Lee will be my go to guy for appliance repair for the future. I highly recommend him.

Lee knew what was wrong with the frig from over the phone and guided us in what to do before he arrived. He preemptively bought the necessary parts and sure enough fixed the problem he predicted in one quick visit. He also gave us some good preventative maintenance tips.

Lee walked us through his analysis of what turned out to be several issues. We ended up with no repairs and purchasing a new machine. Lee arrived promptly and was on his way in a few minutes.

Mr. Moore called before he arrived. He explained very clearly what was wrong with the machine and showed me exactly what needed to be replaced and why. He had all of the required parts and was able to fix our machine immediately. He told me the cost of the parts/labor before he fixed the dryer. The price was very reasonable. He cleaned up the area when the job was completed. He gave me some advice on how to maintain my dryer so that it would continue to operate efficiently. Mr. Moore was very professional and kind. I would highly recommend him and will call him again for any other issues we have with our other appliances in the future.
