Lee responded right away. He offered to come out the next day. Lee is well spoken and knows his trade well. He requested the model/serial number before he arrived. He came well prepared to fix the issue. He was able to get the washer working before he left. Lee recommended we consider purchasing a new washer soon as he found several parts that were wearing down. I ended up contacting him a few days later to get his opinion on a new washer. He called me immediately and had some great recommendations. Two thumb waaaay up! Great service, excellent work, and just a kind person.

Our washing machine was leaking. We called Lee, he responded to our voicemail quickly and was able to come out the next day. He diagnosed the problem right away and it took less than hour to fix. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Overall, a very good experience. Highly recommend.

The repairman/owner checked out our 25+ year old oven range, looked online for parts, but the needed parts are no longer available. He then looked carefully at our 7 year old washer, found out the problem and recommended replacement since the repair would entail extensive labor, and cost as much as a new machine. We suspected these two appliances would need to be replaced, but were hoping we were wrong. We are happy at least to have found this repairman (Lee Moore) who was on time, knew his craft, explained his reasoning clearly and was very helpful, honest and friendly. He charged us just for the one visit.

Lee was extremely helpful and accommodating to my somewhat odd schedule, which is rather remarkable especially as he's a one-man operation! He was able to diagnose my issue from my description and photos I sent him; he showed up exactly on schedule with the correct part and was able to complete the entire repair in about half an hour. The price was very reasonable, and he was very professional.

Helped me find parts on line for the upper tray that had broken spokes on the castors (which were what had clogged the chopper. Overall pleasant event for what normally are frustrating events.

Lee was fantastic! I'll 100% call him again when the need arises. He responded quickly (and kept in touch via text which was SUPER convenient), was polite and nice to have in my house, and did quick quality work. He took his time to show me what was going wrong and explain the best course of action. He also gave me advice to keep the same problem from happening in the future.

I called Lee the first time when our freezer seemed to be failing. He was professional & responsive - very kind to fit us into his schedule and fix the issue so that we didn't lose all of our food! Lee has also assisted us with a few other issues and troubleshooting - always responsive and super helpful. Most recently, he was able to assess what was happening over the phone but still stopped by to confirm with me. I really appreciated it!

Great-Lee was very responsive to our call when the dryer stopped working yesterday. He arrived at the designated time today, having called 1/2 hour before to say he was on his way. He did a very thorough job and was professional and very pleasant. This is the second time we've worked with Lee and give him the highest recommendation.

First I had a chance to speak with the owner a bit about my problem and the fact that the dishwasher was 16 years old. We talked about the possIbility of it not being worth fixing because of the age of the dishwasher. Lee said he would diagnose the issue and hopefully we could fix it for a reasonable price and if not he would make the recommendation of getting a new dishwasher. I was glad that he was able to repair it by clearing out a line and the price was kept reasonable. I would definitely would use his company again.

I am so impressed with Lee. He figured out a way to fit me into his busy day (two other repair companies wouldn't come until three days later and two didn't return my calls). Resolved the issue quickly and then offered to take a quick look at the 1 year-old washing machine I was complaining about AND he installed a new fluorescent light in a basement ceiling fixture I was having trouble reaching and replacing myself. One week later I was having icy build-up in freezer of the same refrigerator and he talked me through the issue over the phone without it requiring a visit. Turns out the freezer must have been left ajar and all I had to do was unplug it for a bit, clean out the snow, wipe it down and plug it back in. I think that some other repairmen would have come out, charged me for the visit and known all along the issue. A very nice gentleman who knows his stuff and is honest as the day is long.

Called Lee and he was able to come the next day. We were in town for just a quick turn around when washing machine went crazy. Normally, I would just let it go until we returned but my daughter was visiting while we were gone and I knew she would want to do wash. Lee came out and thought it was timer, but it would have to be ordered and we were leaving the next day. I was resigned, but Lee went out and did more research , and thought problem could possibly be sensor switch. He checked to see who had it, drove to Upper Marlboro, and returned and installed it, and it took care of the problem! He didn't charge me for the extra mileage and work he did. I would say he went above and beyond to help me. I have been using a certain company for 30 years, and I called them first, but they couldn't come out for 4 days. I will be calling Lee from now on.

Lee was great and would definitely use him again. Came out on a snowy day, with short notice, and was very professional. Originally came out to fix clothes washer, but also looked at other items for me, too.
