Description of Work: This is a single man operation and made time to help me out when he received a last minute call from me needing a refrigerator repair. My refrigerator stopped working literaly the morning when I was preparing to leave the country for a week that afternoon. He could not have been more responsive or professional. He even called later to follow up to ensure everything was working well.

Description of Work: This is an amazing company. The owner had me send pictures of the problem helped me trouble shoot over the phone and was honest enough to tell me he could charge me a fortune to fix it or I could get a new dishwasher. I took his advice and had him install it and he was on time and worked very clean. I will never call anyone but him for appliance issues! Job well done!!!!

Description of Work: Lee came out to check our 1 year old LG refrigerator that was icing up in the back and making loud sounds. He was very professional, answering our questions and seemed totally honest. It seemed there was not a real service problem but an icing up problem resulting from our frequent use of the freezer with leaving the door open too often and long. Hopefully this visit will solve our problem with this reasonably new refrigerator.

Description of Work: Replaced the pump in our washing machine.

Description of Work: |I called the owner stating what I thought was the problem but he stated that he would like to diagnose the problem to be sure. As it turned another part was needed to complete the job. Two days later he came back with parts and finished the repair in a little over an hour. The parts cost about $100 and the $75 for labor and overhead costs were in my opinion fair. Further, he provides a year guarantee on parts and labor. I would definitely use him again if the need arises.
