Description of Work: Checked air conditioner system that was not cooling. Diagnosed problem and fixed things so system worked again. Notes from the service provider on what to watch for in the future were very helpful. Explained things and answered questions patiently and clearly. Would use the provider again.

Description of Work: Our system shut off on a very cold snap. Ambient did a system evaluation and determined that our thermostat had malfunctioned. A thermostat was installed during that visit (a used part that was on the truck), and a second visit to install a more appropriate thermostat was included in the price.
