Inspector was very knowledgeable and showed us the details of the work to be performed. Very responsive to our inquiry the following day. Cost is very reasonable. After the work was done, we found the outside pipe was not buried as we expected, so we called the inspector. He said because it was not specified in the contract, the crew missed that part. The crew came back two days later and buried the pipe -- looks much nicer now. We only had one heavy rain since then, so far no problem in the basement. I am expecting heavier rain later in the season to test our system.

The problem I had was unique because the water was appearing in the middle of the basement floor and not around the edges which baffled all the water proofers that inspected it. Except Barrett Day, who discovred the problem was coming from a faulty relief valve on the water heater located on the first floor directly above. He noticed the copper relief valve pipe coming off the water heater was directed down through the floor to basement along an inside wall and inspection of the pipe revealed it was open ended so any water flowing through it would end up on the basement floor. Thank you Barrett for being up front and honest.

All Aspect gave us an cost and a starting time. They were very professional. They arrived on time worked hard and completed the job in two days as they said they would. They cleaned up the construction materials and/or debris. Since they were here, it rained for four consecutive days. The water table was high and flood warnings were issued. There was no water in our basement and we could see that the pumps were working. Thanks All Aspect for a worry free rainy season.

Overall, I was very pleased with the work that All Aspects personnel performed in waterproofing my basement. They addressed my concerns and completed the job in a timely manner. I was quite surprised, however, that they did not honor the full amount ($500) of the service magic coupon which I presented to the project manager, Robert. I received a $450 discount for the work they performed.

Barrett Day with All Aspects Waterproofing came out within in the hour. He was very courteous and helpfull. He actually told me how easy the repair was and showed me what to do. For FREE. I really appreciated his integrity and honesty. He could have charged me to do it but instead saved me a lot of money. I would definetly hire this company in the future. Not too many people these days who don't try to take advantage of you. This guy is 5 stars....

This company is very professional with there work

All aspects gave me a quote that was middle of the pack, and I was always told never to go with the guy that gives you the cheapest quote. Their service was excellent and informative. The decision was difficult to make because the waterproofing company's pretty much are the same, except for a few details regarding the tubing and outdoor waterproofing. I decided on All Aspects because they were able to give me enough information where I felt comfortable with only doing the interior waterproofing because it made the most common sense. So, do your best to gather as much information as possible and go with All Aspects in the end!

Foreman was great on the job coming back after I got home from work to walk me through the job; and, yes, I trusted them to be in my home when I was at work. The salesman also was thorough and very detailed-oriented in explaining exactly what we were buying prior to signing with them. All in all a very pleasant experience; well, as pleasant as fixing a leaky basement can be.
