I was very satisfied with All Aspects from my initial contact to the completion of the work. They were punctual, prodessional, proficient, thorough and it appears, my issue with the water is resolved.

Communication was great. Contact was knowledgeable. Expensive but necessary.

Jeff was great and the crew that did the work was also amazing.

The workers were on time and they explained everything to me. They also pointed out some little minor things that they did for me and they cleaned up, I couldnâ  t wait for it to rain so I can see my sump pump working. I just want to say thank you for everything you did.

I forgot to do this review but am glad I did because I am two years out having waterproofing services by this company. The drain and sump pump recommended by Robert Ellis is absolutely worth it. I no longer am anxious about weather forecasts because of the work done. Robert evaluated my home, gave me options and soft recommendations then allowed me space to make the best long term decision. Completely satisfied and would recommend.

My experience with this company was great. I was able to tell them my issues and they gave me several options. Ultimately we went for the full French Drain system. Everything was done on time and the estimates were very fair. Warranty on the work is great. I would call them again if needed.

They did the work the way I wanted (fix and waterproof from the outside, not sump pumps in the inside} and warrantied the work for 20x longer than the others.

Company showed up when they were expected to, work with no owner supervision, they left the site clean and the work was superior to what I had expected. Will hire them again if needed.

Excellent information about the project. Consideration of how much we could afford to do now and plans for the future. The workmen stayed to complete a 2 day job in one day to beat the rain. We will definitely use them again

The entire team was polite, courteous, professional and responsive.

We are the 2nd owners of a 15 year old home. Don't know why the original owner/builder did not put a sump pump in the basement, as it would have been a cheaper option in the end. If you are building a new home with a basement, put a sump pump in, don't scrimp on what is a very valuable insurance policy. After looking at a handful of other companies to retrofit a sump pump in our cellar, we picked All Aspects Waterproofing, LLC. They did a great job! Very high quality work, and outstanding service. They did a great job! We enthusiastically recommend All Aspects Waterproofing to any homeowner!

I am very pleased with the finished project. They were fast and neat. Of course the true test is a waterfree basement. Only time will tell.

Angelo did a great job during the estimate process. Ends up that we didn’t need the work that we thought we needed and he was honest about that. Still provided me really great advice on what was needed so that I could rectify the issue. If I ever need waterproofing done, I’ll definitely be calling them first.

I was not told that the water would exit from the basement and my driveway would always have water on it. that's going to freeze when it gets cold outside.

Pricey but good work.

The project manager, Ms Tiffani Mercer, and her entire staff ensured all aspects of the job were on time and to specs. We were especially impressed with their hands on approach when dealing with County Inspection requirements. The workmanship was superb, professional and clean! Highly recommend and if we have the unfortunate need for other basement foundation services again, All Aspects will be the first company we will call!!

The service manager, Kenneth Ferguson, was very professional, knowledgeable and informative about my situation. He put my mind at ease.

The All Aspects Team came in and assessed the problem and within two business working days, the work was completed and the system was installed. Much Appreciated!

I would recommend this company highly. I watched them do my entire waterproofing job and the work and steps they took to do the job correctly was impressive. They cleaned the entire area thoroughly after they were finished. You would never know that a Six foot hole had been dug in my yard.

All Aspects Waterproofing installed a French Drain and new sump pump in my basement. The project also required adding a curb to the foundation. From the estimate to project close out, all of the employees were great to deal with - very responsive to emails and calls with questions and pro-actively called me to keep me up to date throughout the process of getting the permits and inspections, coordinating with my plumber who took out and installed new hot water heater, and coordinating with my own schedule. All of the workers who came and did the hard work were great - they worked very clean and went above and beyond helping remove items I needed to have out of the way for their work and left my basement and yard (where they needed to do some of the prep like making concrete) spotless. They were great - responsible, knowledgeable, honest, friendly, reassuring - and I would totally use them again. Also, great value.

They arrived promptly. The crew was diligent and the supervisor was Knowledgeable. The teamed cleaned up beautifully. They sent Pictures of the situation and I absolutely needed the service. They office staff was also 5 star. I would recommend.

This is a great and very honest company. After correctly identifying our problem, they gave excellent advice and refunded our deposit on some work that was no longer necessary. You can trust that they will do the job right.
