I found All Aspects Waterproofing company to be very professional in explaining details of the job and actual service.

Rob was amazing!! We have a sump pump which worked overtime every time it rained. After Rob and his crew fixed the drainage system the sump hasn't had anything to do, even during Hurricane Irene! Super job, super customer service. Love them!!!

Note that the "proof of the pudding" for this project will be the next big rain, which hasn't happened yet. Sales guy was great - lots of info, thoro inspection, cheapest price, honest and straightforward. Came back to check on job and gave good advice on other issues. Construction is where there were problems. Supervisor left the site. Project wasn't built exactly as promised, and I had to cause a fuss to get things done right. Workers left behind trash and a pile of hardened cement on the lawn. If the system works, these were only minor disappointments, but I can't in good conscience give a 5-star rating.

The project crew did a very good job of maintaining the house clean at all time during the phase of the project. The foreman is very friendly and he can spend the itme talking to me about the project.

Evryone was veyr professional and courteous. The job was done quickly and appears tp be wprking as advertised. They could have done a slightly better job of cleaning up and putting some moved furniture back in place, but other than that, we were pleased with the job.
