All Aspects Waterproofing installed a new sump pump system to waterproof my basement. They were on time and courteous. In moving a piece of furniture, the workers accidentally broke a figurine, but the work itself was very good.

I had hired this company to come out to the home I just purchased for a waterproofing inspection and a second opinion. The home my wife and I just purchased had been unoccupied for a while and had a musty smell in the basement and crawl space. The first company we consulted came out the week before, said there were major problems and quoted us $9k and used the usual scare tactics and sales tricks. Before spending that kind of money, I wanted to be sure the problem was really that bad. That's where All Aspects Waterproofing came in. I found them on Home Advisor and I wish I had found them first. Jamie came out on a rainy Monday night (the first company I hired that quoted me 9k came out on a sunny day), performed the inspection and didn't notice any immediate problems. He was absolutely professional and even gave me tips and advice on how to deal with future leaks if they ever develop. He was completely honest and trustworthy. If we ever develop a leak or have any other water issues, I now know who I will be calling first. Highly recommend this company! A+

The performance of this company was excellent in all aspects.(pun intended) The estimator came out twice to be sure he understood the nature of the problem before giving me an estimate. They adjusted the schedule twice to accommodate our holiday plans. The work was done exactly as described by the estimator. The crew was highly professional and hardworking. They worked into the evening in order to finish the job in one day. We would definitely use them again.

One of the most professional service providers we've used from beginning to end. We have used All Aspects on 3 different occasions for issues with water in our basement. Each time, the crew was on time, finished the job on time and within the budget. Our last crew was terrific and their supervisor, Joey was excellent. The last job included digging near the house foundation and removing mature shrubs. Joey promised they would return the area to it's original condition and when we returned it was like nothing had been touched. I would not hesitate to call them again, and....- I would not even dream of using any other company for a project that involved waterproofing.

They did a very good job. The crew was very careful of the property. They cleaned up thoroughly. They were prompt and ontime. They were also very polite and considerate.

They came out promptly and scheduled the work quickly. They were professional, neat and very pleasant to deal with. Their price seemed to be reasonable based upon other estimates we obtained. It looks like they did a very good job but it has only been a month and we have not yet had several days of soaking rains. So far, though, I would recommend them highly.

They made on site visit quickly after our call and organized the work to be done at our convenience. Then they worked very efficiently and took care of and answered any and all of our concerns. Time will test their work, but we were very pleased with the whole job.
