Dealing with Westshore has been professional and pleasant. We had a bathtub to walk in shower conversion done. There was a manufacturer defect in the first shower. Westshore promptly rescheduled a re/do completed beautifully by Nico and Clay. We were surprised at the high cost of this type of project but pleased with our dealings with everyone at Westshore and we are happy with our shower.

West Shore installed an acrylic shower surround system. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and not high pressure. West Shore offered a 25% discount, a military discount, and 12-month, 0% financing. The project was scheduled quickly and completed in two days. The installers were very careful and cleaned up reasonably well. The installer pointed out a defect in material and ordered a replacement part prior to leaving. We carefully inspected the work post installation and found a few minor items plus we were not satisfied that the shower pan anti-slip surface was satisfactory. Aislin of Customer service took note of our issues and advised that they could add a non-skid coating at no extra charge. The service tech (Tim White) came out three days ago and addressed all of our issues promptly and to our satisfaction. This project was completed in about 1-1/2 months from contract signing to final touches. Aislin called yesterday to check on our satisfaction and reassured us that West Shore stands behind their products and workmanship.

Our shower stall was installed a few months ago. We noticed places where the caulk had chipped away. Tim White from West Shore Home came out and removed all the caulk (not just the problem areas) and did an an amazing job putting new caulk in its place. Our shower looks better than ever!

The inspection team was prompt and answered all my questions. They gave me a fair quote and the install team arrived on time on time. The install was done in a day and they went over all the features of the windows. Shane Jordan and Brain S. were both very professional and made sure the install and clean up wer done correctly. I would highly recommend them for any window needs.

Tim was excellent . He repaired the bathroom wall and replaced the caulking around the shower.
