Love my shower. A few issues were quickly resolved by West Shore techs. Adjusting doors and correcting leak near Top of drain. This Company is the real deal great product and great service . Tim did a great job and clean up of service that was requested.

We had two windows in living room that leaked whenever it rained. West shore Homes made the best presentation of three vendors about the quality of their windows and the workmanship of their installers so we hired them. We had Glen and Guy come to remove the windows and install the new ones. Turned out windows had been incorrectly installed and not properly sealed. This made the job more difficult and required extensive framing to make the new windows fit properly and be weather proof. They also had to be careful not to damage the vegetable garden. Turned out to be an all day job and they were friendly, professional, patient and committed to doing a great job. We were not charged extra for the cedar wood or the extra work time. The company called the next day to be sure we were satisfied. We would recommend West Shore without reservation!

West shore is top notch! The 4 installers Bryan J., Mike V., Brian S., Matt M. arrived at 8am to install 12 windows and 1 slider. They worked diligently and efficiently and were done by 5:30pm! Not only did they replace all the windows they also wrapped the wood around the windows with coil. They turned out beautiful. When they left it was like they were not even here - thatâ  s how clean they left everything! Highly recommend West Shore and their crew

The technician Tim was excellent. Recaulked two spots in the shower, one of which we were not aware of. He was timely, friendly and cleaned up after himself. He is an example of what all technicians should be. Thank you to Tim White and Westshore Home.

First I wanted to thank Tim that works for West Shore for coming and fixing the mistakes . Sit down and grab a cup of coffee. I have nothing good to say. It took over a month to finish my bathtub install. Where to start? The parts they had was put up wrong, or did not have the parts in the boxes. West Shore was at my house 3 times and finally finished. The worst part. I asked to use the toilet. No, to much stuff on the floor drop cords everywhere you go in the back yard and pee, in the pouring rain. NOT KIDDING YOU. Here goes a 65 year old woman peeing in the rain. NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND West Shore. Really it is been a nightmare.

West Shore has an excellent product. However more training should be given to customer etiquette. A member of the window installation crew was smoking on my property it should be understood you donâ  t do that. Another used the â  Fâ  word and told another member â  F you â  the same member had his music playing with lots of cussing lyrics. All he had to do is put earbuds in and I would not have known. Respect for the customer home should be paramount in business. Bryan T, appeared to be the crew leader and was a man about his business and very professional, unfortunately the rest of the crew was not. Lastly a nearly full box of RWD trimming was left in the dining room. If anyone wants to come and pick it up they are welcome to do so I will hold onto it for a while.

I was being high pressured. He kept changing the price to try to get me to buy it and if I acted today it would be cheaper. It was ridiculous, totally ridiculous.
