Tim White came out to install our shower bench seat after the initial shower install. He was friendly and his workmanship was top notch. He was done quickly and also addressed a few other questions I had with the doors and shower head. Thanks again!!!

The sales person was easy to work with. The install crew was fantastic. Nico and Dirk were very skilled and professional, and kept things neat and tidy throughout the installation. They were very respectful of my home and had great attitudes. It's very rare for a "turn key" project to truly be "turn key". Thank you Nico and Dirk! In my opinion, the one improvement West Shore Home could make is with their customer service. You can never get through to a human by phone, and my voicemail message was not returned. The chat option is also with a computer, not a human.

My Installers Tony and Joel, David and Donnell were very Professional and Pleasant. They installed two stand up showers in my home today. They explained the process step by step and constantly ask me how and where I wanted everything placed for installment. I would definitely recommend all of them for Shower and Tub installation. They were neat and it is a job well done.
