Glen, and donnel did a 5 star job on our shower conversion

My door and storm door are solid and supremely made. I am especially impressed with how solid the storm door turned out to be! Iâ ve seen so many that are thin and flimsy, but not this one! They both look amazing and were installed perfectly by John M and James M. The guys took the time to do everything carefully and their work matched the quality of the doors. When they were finished, John M went over all of the operations and showed me how to switch out the screen for the glass. They left nothing for me to have to clean up. I am very happy with my gorgeous door and storm door as well as the installation. West Shore Homes is helping to make my home beautiful and secure.

Tony, Brian S, Shane, and John M were very professional, replaced two exterior doors. Both were big doors with surrounding windows. They were fast, left my home clean and everything was done to perfection. Thank you so much!!

The crew was extremely knowledgeable and professional! John knew his stuff with tons of experience and it showed! Tony also very skilled and was willing to do everything to make perfection! Brain T worked extremely hard all day with lots of enthusiasm! Mike and Shane were swift workers on the garage door and did an awesome job! The whole crew was very knowledgeable and nice to talk with them as they explained everything with great detail!! It was a top notch experience!!!

The installation team was very caring, polite, and professional. These guys went the extra mile by pulling vines off the old windows and pushing leaves off a small roof. That helped me at my age.

Had 2 Walk in showers I stalled in February 23 both crews were excellent and were very professional. Had a few minor issues with the master bath shower in June 23 called customer service and they scheduled a technician to co.e out within a week, gave me a show time of 10 to 12. Tim White showed up before 10 and was a very pleasant friendly and professional person and handled all my issues. Thank you

West Shore Home employes professional staff only. Everyone I was in contact with were very nice and curtious. They transformed my tub and shower into a beautiful walk-in shower with a seat and 3 shelves. I love it! Kudos to all the staff and the integrity of the company.

Our installation team, Donnel C. and Joel V. were great. They were friendly and very professional. They answered all my questions throughout the installation. They made sure I was pleased with their workmanship several times throughout the installation process. They are a World Class installation team.

Very nice people! They were prompt arriving at the scheduled time. We have a pet in the home and they were very friendly with him. When they were working or cleaning up that made sure he would not be bothered by the noise. Glen, Mike, Shane and Chris worked well together and made sure to work as quick as possible. They made sure that the clean up was done correctly and everything was done efficiently. The crew used drop cloths to avoid any major messes or breakage. They made sure the we understood how to operate the windows before leaving.

Salesperson didn't listen very well to my requests and I ended up with what he sold my husband on. Husband now agrees my idea would have worked better for placement.

All work was very professional. Price is a bit high especially if you finance (interest free). We opted to pay upfront and that saved us thousands. And then all the specials! Why not just a price and a cash discount? We had a coupon, now they advertise â free installationâ . Games.

Joel v and Josh a did a super job on my shower today.they arrived at 9:00 am and they were very thorough and explaining the entire process. They kept the bathroom very clean and were extremely efficient in their work. by the time they were done it was 12:30 pm and left the place immaculately clean . Great job
