Wear advised it might be 6 weeks till they would be able to get here and only took 8 days.

Gosh. Where do I begin. I want to thank Brandon and John for making this experience a GREAT one. From the first meeting to the Install it was seamless. The work crew was top notch, hardworking, arrived on time and didn't leave until the job was completed to their high standards(after dark). All windows were cleaned, worksite was cleaned up and they explained how the windows worked and answered ALL my questions. Brandon took the time out of his busy schedule to stop by to make sure I was happy with the work. Thank you SO MUCH Shane, John, Tony ð ªð ª and Bryant for making this experience a Great and dare I say fun one. I will definitely be asking for this crew in the future for other work I need done. Getting the job done quickly

Tim White was our service man. He was polite and courteous. He did a very neat job, repairing caulk . He replaced the entire seam. It looks fantastic.

James and Stan performed their work in a professional manner and explained details with operating demonstration of completed work. James was very informative and even tried to socially connect by discussing his pro football team(Raiders) to which I am a Dallas Cow oys fan and I also believe he staed that he had 3 or 4 sons. They placed drop cloths and cleaned up after themselves. The West Shore Home experience was definitely a positive one and when financially able, will seek more service from West Shore Home.
