Description of Work: James Dennis came to the house to give an estimate to clean the gutter. In the pouring rain, James took the time to explain and show me where my problem was. He told me that at this time I did not need his services but recommend another solution. I appreciated his honesty and will absolutely use his company in the future .

Description of Work: The gutter guys are great. I called several companies for a quote on gutter guard installation. It was difficult to get anyone to even talk to me... Except for the gutter guys. They setup a time for an in person estimate that fit my work hours - they even came after their business hours. They fully explained the system and gave me specific recommendations for my home. I decided to go ahead with the installation and they had it done within a week. The new system is flawless and looks like it was originally installed with my home. I am very pleased with it and I highly recommend the gutter guys for all of your gutter needs.

Description of Work: Salesman came to my home at the time promised and explained exactly what I would getting if I used his company to remove and replace my gutters and downspouts. He offered suggestions on difficult areas which have proved to be very helpful. On the date of installation, they completed the job and left the area around my home clean and free of debris. I did have a question about the leaf guard system that was installed, and one of the crew returned to answer my questions. Additionally, they offer the option of writing them a check for each month up to a year rather than paying it all at once, without any interest. I found them to be a great company and one that I highly recommend.
