Don’t hire The Gutter Guys. This is the second time they came to my house. The first time they did a great job. The second time they ruined the screens on my gutters. I called them to provide feedback. I was not looking for a discount. The customer service was horrible. They said (1) I inspected the work, (2) the screens were old, and (3) they were probably like that for some time. I hung Christmas lights, which I took down in January, and the screens were fine. And, if someone damages your property, you would think they would tell you, instead of driving off. Avoid them!

This is the second time we have used Gutter Guys to do our seasonal gutter cleaning. They're an excellent service - easy to contact, easy to schedule, very reasonable rates, and the service is excellent. Gutters always work much better when they're done. And there is no messy debris - they clean up any debris that results from the cleaning work. Highly recommend.

It has been a long time since I have seen great service completed! True professionals! I highly recommend the Gutter Guys, you will not be disappointed. Their entire staff are true professionals from the estimator to the tradesmen!

Five stars for our install team ... Eric, Tyler, and Zac. Despite the heat and humidity, they were quite pleasant and friendly, arrived on time, were focused and efficient, and answered all our questions. Several days after the install, the new gutters and guards were put to the test during severe thunderstorms and performed just as we hoped. Would definitely recommend The Gutter Guys!

perfect job - very professional. Only nit is it would have been nice if they called or texted and told me they were coming vs just showing up on a random day/time. Luckily I was home.

The Gutter Guys replaced our gutters on our extremely tall row home a few years ago. The gutters have been great. So great in fact that a number of birds have decided to roost in them. The GG came out (in all of the pandemic craziness) to clean the gutters and, at the same time, closed no less than 7 access points in which they discovered birds/nests. I can't say enough about not only the GG crews but also the office staff for their care and professionalism.

They didn't do the downspouts and when I called them to come back out to do that, they charged me another $75.00. I talked to them about this and they were not willing to do anything about it. I will not hire them again.

They communicated well about scheduling, and workers arrived on time and communicated well. The work was done to my satisfaction.

From the initial phone call to the completion of the job, Gutter Guys proved themselves to be a top notch company. The office staff is friendly and organized. The gentleman who came for the estimate was knowledgable, thorough and patient with my many questions. The crew was prompt, respectful and professional. They did a terrific job replacing our entire gutter system and cleaned up beautifully. The Gutter Guys' pricing is reasonable and fair. I highly recommend them!

The office staff and the three men who came out were very professional and did a fabulous job. They were on time, efficient and cleaned up the area when they were finished. I would highly recommend them.

5 star. We were away during first rainstorms but it appears there were no problems. In terms of removal of old and installation of new, including complete cleanup, Steve and his crew exceeded all expectations. We will be here to see how the new system works for coming storms.

Great. Arrived as expected and cleaned the gutters.

Not happy with Gutter Guys. I hired them to replace a gutter and fix a downspout. I was told they would be out in 1 to 2 weeks. I called several times to see when they would schedule me. Finally 19 days later they come out. I come home and find out they only did half the job. I call them at 11:30 am and am told they can't reach the guys in the field and will finish it either today or tomorrow. They will call me back and let me know when. It has been 5 hours and no one is calling me back. What company "forgets" to do half the work?

I had a leak getting into one of my spare bedroom windows and guessed it was coming from the gutter. I called for an estimate, and they sent someone out quickly. He confirmed the gutters were starting to pull away from the house, and pointed out they were too small. He recommended a larger size, with a gutter guard to minimize maintenance. He answered all my questions in detail, and explained everything the job would entail. They did have to postpone the installation due to high winds, but still installed it within the timeframe they estimated. Their work has a lifetime guarantee. They also left me a free, extensible brush to clean the gutter opening without a ladder. Great work!

They came and gave me an estimate and the did the work on the spot.

Communication was great during process and scheduling. Everything went off without a hitch.

Gutter Guys installed my gutters several years ago. Since then, I have paid them to come back and clean them every fall. They were here today and, under the supervision of Josh, did another great job. They cleaned the gutters, got branches off the roof, tightened some loose gutter screws, and left the place completely cleaned up. Thanks for another year of good work, guys!

Everything went very well. No complaints at all. The Gutter Guys representatives understood what needed to be done and took care of everything. They were quick to answer my questions and did a good job.

They were out quickly for an estimate and explain how their gutter guard worked. We were told that they were backed up for about 3 weeks and someone would call in about 2 1/2 weeks to set up installation. Which was fine with us. The only negative thing we have to say is that we ended up getting a call and asked if they could come out the following day and they couldn’t give us an exact time. Fortunately I was available. The gutter installers introduced themselves, asked if I had any questions and got right to work. It didn’t take long. They took pictures of the completed job and made sure I was happy with the everything. We would recommend them.

Had replacement gutters and downspouts installed on front and back of house, and on the sunroom. Also had gutter guards installed on 2 of the 3. Visit for estimate was very professonal. They are friendly and knowledgeable. Work was performed within estimated time frame from when the order was placed. Crew leader was very nice, work was done quickly and cleanup was thorough. I actually did not get any other estimates for comparison on this job. They were the first I called based on reviews, and since I was happy with the price and Angie's List discount, I felt it was competitive enough not to spend time shopping around.

Very well...fast ,efficient & willing to accomadate the needs of my dog to go out.

I got a comprehensive initial consultation along with tips I can try to minimize rain leaking into my basement. The workers came out promptly and did a great job. I still have one small area on one of my front gutters that is leaking over the edge, and the company sent a repair crew once to correct it. Unfortunately, it is still leaking after the readjustment. I am comforted by the fact the work is warranted for a life time (with the warranty being transferable), so I can get them to come back and work on it some more at any time. I can live with the leak for now and will try some of the alternative solutions the Gutter Guys gave me. Cost of service includes putting gutter guards on the front of my neighbor's house. When his gutters are clogged, rain runs right down my siding to my foundation. My basement, so far, has been dry (except for one heavy rainfall I got a small amount of rain inside). What a big difference and a great peace of mind my basement won't get wet anymore.
