Description of Work: The Gutter Guys did an excellent job cleaning and repairing my gutters, for a reasonable price. James was a very knowledgable representative. I especially appreciated that they were able to accomodate my time frame. I will be using them again!

Description of Work: Matt came out to do the initial inspection/ assessment of the repair needed. He was prompt and knowledgeable. We own a townhouse in the Madison East area near Johns Hopkins Hospital. Our gutter needed replacing but they were able to use my downspout. We were placed on a waiting list due to the winter weather which made roof work hazardous. They kept in contact with us. The workers that did the work were promt, neat and courteous and the work was done to our satifaction. Nice Job Gutter Guys!

Description of Work: Everyone was very polite and professional from when I placed my first call to get an appointment for a quote, to the person that performed a quote to the guys that performed the work. I was impressed with the guy that gave me a quote - no hard sell and had very good recommendations on changing the design a little. I would hire them again.

Description of Work: Installed gutter covers. Very professional. I selected this company because I liked the design of their product more than the design of the competitor products. Price from a competitor would have been less, but I liked the Gutter Guys product design better. | |James the salesman made a good presentation and was able to explain the features of the product. |The installation team was very polite and did a good job. The only negative was that they didn't communicate clearly with me that because of unexpected rain, they had to return a second day to complete the job. They came back the next day and the job was completed in a timely manner - after the rain. | |I can't comment on the quality of the product or the quality of the installation because the gutter covers have only been in use for 4 months and haven't been subjected to winter snow and ice yet. So far the gutter are working as described and have been able to capture the water from my steep roof during a heavy rain. |

Description of Work: Replaced gutter and rain spout in back of house.The problem was they gave me the estimate on May 22 but didn't do the work until 7/5.I got a call on July 1 and was told they would be there on the 3rd.Cancelled until the 5th.

Description of Work: Replaced all gutters with leaf guards, there was one small thing they had to come back for but they were very prompt. Did a great job. We also have a front and side porch on second floor. We are very satisfied.

Description of Work: Garage gutter replacement

Description of Work: Removed old gutters and replaced them with new leaf guard type gutters, cleaned downspouts and placed a type of baffle on the roof to prevent water overrun. Did an outstanding and thorough job. Hauled away old gutters and cleaned up around the area.
