Description of Work: Had to come out to repair poor workmanship from the initial installation team. Nice they stood behind their product/service. My concern is for the consumer who couldn't inspect the work and not being able to question the workmanship such as an elderly person who couldn't get up on the roof to inspect the work.

Description of Work: They did the service when I wasn't home . I'm not sure all the gutters were cleaned since there was an unusual amount of water going over my gutters in a normal rain . And one of the downspouts was not cleared .

Sorry to hear you are still having issues. I'm not sure if you are mixing us up with another company. We surely did do the gutter cleaning at your home but it was this time last year and you were home and paid the crew cash. I looked into the work from last year and didn't see any notes of obvious issues with your gutters so I would think they should have been working well after the cleaning. Please let us know if your having any issues still and we'll see what has to be done to help correct them. Description of Work: Joe and team did a great job. They came October 1st, in the morning while a storm was brewing. They did not rush. They did an excellent job. One of the guys explained to me that he made sure the gutter on the back of the house slanted slightly so the water would run the correct way. They were very professional and polite. Luckily it did not downpour until they were finished.

Outstanding.
Description of Work: I hired Gutter Guys last year to install new downspouts and they did an excellent job. Recently, however, with the very heavy rains we've experienced, I noticed that one of the downspouts was backing up/overflowing. Josh, Danny F, and Tavon came out, went on the roof and found that two of my spouts were clogged with those "helicopters" that fall from maple trees. The clogs were removed and was done so without charge. I was extremely happy with this crew's courtesy, professionalism, and efficiency. I truly appreciate the fact that many companies could have taken advantage of the situation and charged me for a full gutter cleaning, but these gentleman treated me with honesty and respect. That goes a long way in my book. I wouldn't hesitate using these guys again. Much thanks.
