We knew it was going to be more expensive because the roof was installed improperly and hangs over the gutters; however, it was more than we thought. The Gutter Guys came out within 5 days of signing the contract. A couple of things went wrong. A few of our shingles were pulled up (again we knew there would be some issues b/c of the roof), one of the down spouts was laying on the ground, and some of the wood from the overhang of the roof has been damaged. I called and within a couple of days the down spout was put back up; however, it is all dented and messed up. I will probably not call them again.

The gutter guys came very rapidly after I called. But that was only for the estimate (the person who came was very professional). However, they gave me a twelve day window in which they would come to clean the gutters. They nonetheless said they would put a rush on the job because one clogged gutter had caused water to enter into my basement. They did not actually come to clean the gutters until the twelfth day. When they arrived they did a fine job.

This was a wonderful experience! The company was professional and responsive. We had an estimate quickly, with the details of the work to be done well laid-out. They did a quick, neat job, and they cleaned up so well that if we hadn't noticed that the gutters were new, we wouldn't have known they'd been there.

Someone came to my house to check the gutters and make recommendations for service. They removed and disposed of the existing gutters and downspouts. They forgot to install the elbow downspout. I called and someone came out within a week to fix the problem.

The estimator was friendly and patient and honored the Angie's List coupon. The work was completed quickly after the contract was signed. The installers did a great job, but I didn't like not knowing what day they would be out to do the work. The cleanup after the job was not very thorough. Overall, however, it was a very easy and painless process.

They were prompt, polite, and thorough in both the estimate and in the work performed. Very satisfied with the price and the results. I would Recommend this company.

They did great work. They did everything when they said they would when they said they would. They were very polite and professional. I would use them again.

First class. Honest, likable, professional staff who followed through with the job in a timely way. Their cost was substantially lower than other estimates. For the first time, I didn't feel as if I was being ripped off from a company that was brought in to do repair or maintenance on my large house.

They will leave a bill; and you can pay either with check or credit card, so I didn't need to worry about being home. They honored my Angie's List coupon. I was impressed with the professionalism of the team during the estimate. Their work was great!

The initial estimate was appropriate, if a bit costly. Things went downhill from there. Matt Kohler showed up unannounced, and after dark two weeks after, the agreement was signed. I was pressured to sign a waiver effectively removing material warranties due to the existing (and already discussed) copper valleys. Follow-up: Gutter Guys did not accept their early poor workmanship or the poor grade given through Angie's list. I called them to fix the early problems which were handled with little objection and to my standards. Then came the good part. I signed a new contract for another part of the house. This time, not only did they do the work, and self-correct when issues arose, they also accommodated my request for additional custom issues and handled them professionally. Thank you Gutter Guys for working through all problems to eventual satisfaction.

Their estimate was the best and we were happy with their work. The job was completed in a day. We are pleased with how well they work (although I don't think our neighbors down the hill are).

This company was great. The sales person was professional and answered all my questions without being pushy about the sale. The work was completed when they said it would be. A crew of three came and worked very hard until the job was done. They removed the old rusted gutters and installed the new system in a three hour period. They cleaned up after themselves. They were polite and professional. Their price was good in comparison with others. I was very happy with the work.

Josh and Brandon, the installers, worked in the recent heat wave we had. They arrived around 3pm and worked until 7pm to complete. I was very impressed with them and with the estimator, Bob Gransee and with the pleasantness of everyone I dealt with in this company. Would highly recommend them to others. (I can't comment on the system yet since we haven't had any rain but it looks good and I'm sure it will cure the problems I've had).

They did an excellent job. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They called me back promptly, scheduled a time to do an estimate, followed up with the written estimate and met with me to discuss. We signed a contract, and they did the work quickly. So far, I have no reason not to be pleased. The price seemed a little high, but then again, I didn't shop around. I was impressed with everything else.

The company set up an appointment to give me a free written estimate. The estimator came in uniform and company truck. Walked the property with me so I could identify the problem area and also showed me some additional problems I did not know i had. The cleaning crew came and were also in a company truck and uniforms performed the work in a professional manner and collected payment when the work was completed. They removed all the debris from the gutters and flushed the downspouts with water to make sure they functioned properly. They also added a couple hangers to secure the gutters to the house where it was loose.

Found these guys on Angies List after a bad experience with another company (they never showed up). Called Miranda at the office and she immediately set up an appointment with Josh - the estimator. Josh arrived when promised and left a fair estimate. The 2-man crew showed up on the day promised. The work was completed in about 2 hours despite wet with snowpack from a recent snowstorm. I was particularly happy with the connecting of the 2 gutters - Bob Jones and his helper made a very neat join using 2 elbows and dropping the join to meet with the shed gutter.

OVERALL, WE WERE PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF SERVICE WE RECEIVED. WE CAN SAY THIS EVEN THOUGH WE INITIALLY CAME HOME ONE DAY TO FIND THAT THE WRONG COLOR OF GUTTER HAD BEEN PUT ON THE HOUSE. THE COMPANY RESPONDED QUICKLY AND POLITELY TO THE PROBLEM AND CORRECTED IT IMMEDIATELY. THE WORKMEN WHO INSTALLED THE GUTTERS WERE PROFESSIONAL AND LEFT EVERYTHING CLEAN AND ORDERLY.

WE HAVE RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY TO MANY PEOPLE. I WAS REALLY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE THIS COMPANY PROVIDED. THEY WERE PROMPT AND NEAT. THE JOB WAS COMPLETED IN A FEW DAYS.
