They were honest and upfront about the fact that some stains might not be removed. They arrived on time and got right to work. In fact, I was surprised at how quickly they finished the job. My one complaint, and it's not really their fault, is that I had a very bad allergic reaction to one of the chemicals they used, probably the deodorant, which had a very strong odor for days.

They did not succeed in removing the stains, but gave it a good try. I don't know if someone could have done better.

Workers arrived on time, were pleasant, moved furniture that I couldn't move (I moved most of it myself), were done in an hour and honored my Angie's List coupon. I was called later to verify satisfaction. They removed minor spots but didn't remove the main stains that were the reason for the service call. I was told these stains (dirt only and not pet, wine, etc.) could not be removed as they were caused by the overhead ventilation system over several years. As such, I'd have been better off just buying a quality steam cleaner for long term use instead of seeking professional service. I didn't observe any special "pretreating" of any stains.

They showed up on time. Were courteous on the telephone.

The crew cleaned heavily soiled carpets well, but they didn't move the sofa like they should have. When I called to complain, I was told that because there were things on the sofa (some bibs and blankets), they assumed I didn't want it moved and I should have picked the things up beforehand. I told them that it took me 30 seconds to remove the laundry, and that the crew should have said something and I would have done it then. They came back that day, moved the sofa, and cleaned under it. I was still annoyed that they made it out to be my fault.

I had an excellent experience. Phil and Rick were on time, polite, very professional and efficient. They did an excellent job. The price was as estimated and very fair. I will definitely use their service again.

The technicians were very polite and worked very efficiently. They removed any soiled spots, both dirt and pet stains, very thoroughly. I was very pleased with the results.

Liked the two workers, but the job was not thorough at all. I used them based on the reviews on this website. It is like the reviewers were talking about another company entirely. After they left, I took a good look and not one thing wooden had been moved at all, no matter how small and light. This in spite of the fact that I was told to move all breakable things off the furniture. I moved everything not just breakable things, so it was obvious the furniture was supposed to be moved, but it was not. No raking was done at all even though it was on the invoice. The cleaning did not go to the edges of the walls and although the desk in my office is totally open, it was not cleaned underneath it. Not the tiniest little stand was pulled out. I needed to point spots that were not cleaned well. I could have called Joe's carpet cleaners, had a better job at a much better price. I am very disappointed. I complained and someone will be coming Friday to redo the missed parts.

Were successful in removing a spot that had been there for years that other companies had not removed. Impressed with management follow-up. They called as the van was leaving and wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with both cleaning and behavior of staff before the van got too far away. Another plus was that the only thing that enters your home is a hose.

Exceptional service and attention to detail. The entire process couldn't have been easier. I simply booked my appointment via their website, which provided full disclosure of costs for services. They called to confirm the appointment and arrived on time. The workers were friendly and thorough. Within 15 minutes after they left I received a call from the company asking whether I was satisfied with the service. Highly recommended.

The cleaners called about 1 1/2 hours earlier than I was told theyd arrive, asking if it was okay to arrive earlier. They were extremely courteous and did a good job cleaning the carpets.

Phil, our primary cleaner, was very friendly and knowledgeable about his job. He and his assistant were on time and explained how they were going to proceed with the job. They did their work very efficiently, with no wasted time.

2 employees came on time. Very courteous and professional. Supervisor called me when they finished and asked if there were any problems and if so, they were waiting out in front of the house to take care of them. There were no problems.

Both workers (Steve and Antawn) introduced themselves when they arrived. They inspected the carpet for stains before they began working, and they asked us for any additional comments about the stains. They cleaned thoroughly and carefully. They were respectful of our furniture and belongings. The company called the day before to confirm the appointment time, and they called the day of the appointment to say that they were on their way. They were within the time range that they projected. I would not hesitate calling Stanley Steemer again. The carpet is clean and the protectors that they used under the furniture prevented marks.

WOW! They got the tough stains out of the downstairs carpet, and were able to remove some very tough pet stains from the upstairs bedrooms. They really did a quality job, frankly, I thought we would have to replace the downstairs carpet, but they saved it. No More Parties They showed up on time, and were great people to work with so we did rehire them a few months later for additional work on carpets.

I WAS FAIRLY HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICES. WE CALLED AND SET UP AN APPOINTMENT. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS. THEY DIDN'T DISTURB THE ENVIRONMENT AND LEFT WITH THE HOUSE INTACT.

STANLEY STEEMER IS A FANTASTIC CLEANING COMPANY. I LOVE THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK. THE CREW IS VERY FRIENDLY & POLITE. THE JOB ALWAYS GETS DONE IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER. ALSO, MY CARPETS ALWAYS LOOK BEAUTIFUL.

I WAS NOT SATISFIED AT ALL WITH THEIR WORK. THEY DIDNT GET OUT HALF OF THE STAINS THAT I THOUGHT SHOULD HAVE CAME OUT. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PLEASANT.

THIS WAS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. I LEARNED A LOT ABOUT FLOORS, AND THE UP KEEP OF THEM. WHEN THEY WERE CLEANING THE DOWNSTAIRS, HE TALKED ME THROUGH THE PERFORMANCE. THE CARPET JUST LOOKED AWESOME.

WE HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE VERY THOROUGH AND ARE VERY PROMPT ABOUT THE TIMES THEY GIVE US FOR SERVICE. MY WIFE HAS LITTLE TO WORRY ABOUT WHEN THEY ARE HERE AS THEY TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING.

WELL THEY WERE VERY PROMPT IN REMOVING THE RUGS. THEY HAD A LOT OF HEAVY FURNITURE TO MOVE. THEY GOT EVERYTHING DONE IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER SO WE DIDN'T HAVE TO MISS MUCH TIME FROM WORK. THE RUGS ARE BEAUTIFUL. THEY LOOK REALLY GOOD.
