Arrived on time, didn't charge more than quoted, got all carpet clean, did a good job.

I've used them regularly for years . They were okay, they send out different teams and this team wasn't as good as previously,though they were still satisfactory. I could be wrong maybe the carpet is just getting older.

I will never use them again. They had to come back. They did call me back. One of the upholstered chairs you can't tell it was every cleaned. They had to come back because the carpet was still dirty and soaking wet. They came back and did it again and it looked much better but it still wasn't good. I've had my carpets cleaned before by other companies who did a much better job.

They give you a price and it is never that price by the time it is done. They are always trying to sell you something instead of just coming in and doing what I wanted done. They do the job and it is okay but they inflate the original price (by the time they leave). They weren't terrible, but they didn't wow me neither.

It was unexpected. It was the first time I have had carpet cleaning. I guess the gentlemen probably told me that "wear" is different from a dirty carpet. Like the stairwell, you got your walk area where you walk up and down and that's darker than the normal carpet. I call that dirt, he calls it wear, so when he finished, it was still dark. I wasn't expecting it. I expected it to be different, but after he explained it I said okay, I guess that's the way you do business. To me when you come to clean, your gonna lighten up that dark spot, but according to him it wasn't dirt, it was wear. They did get some spots up.

This is for the Gainesville, VA location. They are servicing my home right now. This is the second time this has happened. A dispute in price quotes once the service people arrive. Not a pleasant expereince. I was told essentially that the right hand does not know what the left is doing at Stanly Steemer. The Call Center makes the appointments and provides the quotes. They do not ask the appropriate questions in establishing quotes; what type of sofa, room square footage, etc. The poor service people are left with egg on their faces and no impowerment to make things right for a customer once the "mistake" is exposed. I have been using them since 2011 and this will be the final time. A call to supervisor Manny Linus was futile. He cares nothing about customer service, only making that dollar. It leaves the customer feeling scammed and grossly disrespected.

They were punctual they came on time they explain everything I was being charged for up front I think the price was good and practically they did an okay job it wasn't an above and beyond but they did the job and my wife said that.

The price was reasonable. I was satisfied with the quality of their work. I do not remember anything negative about them. I would tell a friend or a family member that I was happy with it and for them to give it a try. They left the area better than they found it.

Well I didn't think that they cleaned the stains as well as they had in the past and I have two night tables and the night tables were on the bed so that they could clean the carpet under them and then they put them back on the carpet without putting any pads under them so I have brown marks on the carpets so I think the people that they sent this time were inexperienced.

Great! Jake and Mileke did a great job. We have used Stanley steemer many times and never disappointed. They are more expensive than some companies but we have found it to be well worth it. Carpet looks brand new.

They do a very good job. They are prompt and courteous. The work is very nice. They do a nice job. We have them back many times.

I was told that they would shampoo 4 rooms for the above price but they counted my basement as 2 rooms which it is not and it is not large but they went by measurement so therefore they only did the basement and 1 room, better make sure that you measure first, overall they did a satisfactory job for the price.

Shawn Baker and Ayoola Ojo did a great job cleaning the townhouse that I was putting up for sale. There was some initial confusion about the pricing and the areas that needed to be cleaned, but it was resolved quickly. I added the deodorizer for one of the hallways, which only cost an additional $12. I shopped around for a reputable company that would do my entire house and Stanley Steemer was the best combination of price, quality, and dependability. I'd definitely use them again if I need carpet cleaning.

I've been using them for more than 10 years about every three months.

They always provide excellent service. They give follow calls and left a spot cleaner for any follow up work needed for a spot they couldn't get up on the steps.

I like them because they can get to you pretty promptly. They are responsive and give you appointments. The pricing is safe.

The carpet cleaning went great! The gentlemen Chris and Shawn did a great job! The carpet looks and smells like new. Every stain came out due to animals in the house and they worked a miracle on the steps. We have used Stanley Steamer before and we will use them again. We really appreciated the call to let us know they were on their way.

I have dark hardwood floors that were SORELY in need of a deep cleaning. They show every bit of dirt, and I and 2 cats are pretty messy. Particularly in the "gaps" between boards, there was stuff that drove me crazy. I decided it was time to have someone in that would do a more thorough job than my mop and I were doing. The quote and scheduling process on their website was very simple, and they called me shortly after I chose a time and date for service. They talked me through the quote, and said I would hear back the day before my service to confirm. I did get that call, and was told I would have another call when the van was en route to my home, which I also received. 15 minutes after that call, 2 technicians arrived. It was van 99, but I neglected to write down their names. I wish I had, they were really great. They talked to me about the services I requested, measured the space and told me I'd put more into the quote than necessary (which I suspected, but better safe than sorry) and adjusted the price downward. They discussed which furniture I wanted them to move, and which I didn't, and then got to work. I stayed upstairs while they worked, but they checked in frequently to show me their progress and ask questions. I wish I had taken a before and after picture, the difference is remarkable! They completed the cleaning in 90 minutes or so, which was also impressive, and put all my furniture on little foam blocks until the floor was completely dry. They discussed other services that Stanley Steemer offers, because I have carpet upstairs and leather furniture. I will definitely be following up with them in the future for those surfaces. The electronic payment process was really quick and easy, then they were on their way. I couldn't be happier!

Received reminder call on Saturday prior to Monday appointment. Received call updating me when the crew were on the way (& where they were coming from) - & crew arrived within first hour of promised time block. Two man crew was uniformed & gave bottle of carpet cleaning solution. The crew asked me about carpet protectant or ceramic tile cleaning but did not feel pressured to add additional services that I did not want. Moved all requested furniture & placed furniture on foam blocks or plastic sheets to protect carpet until dry. Truck mounted equipment was able to get out most stains. Some track marks & a few light stains remain but carpets are over 10 years old & white so don't expect them to look brand new.

The two gentleman who came were very professional. They performed the work and explained as it went along. The carpets came out great and the price was reasonable.

Stanley carpets was very prompt in professional they finish cleaning my home within an hour!! The carpet look brand-new!! I have two small dogs and my home and you would never even guess!!

It's the company we've used forever. They did an okay job. I think they could have probably done a better job. They were the oldest around. They're even more expensive than initially. They were pretty good about their responsiveness. They were good guys.
