Scheduling is easy. Almost any day you ask them to come they can fit you in. They provided a thorough cleaning. They were very professional, on-time and wore little booties to protect the floors. The price is fair. They got some stains out of the carpeting in our dining room.

2 days prior to my scheduled appointment I had to change the date due to a family friend's funeral, there was no problem changing the date and they came on time.

We cleaned the carpet ourselves and none of the spots came out. Stanley Steemer did a great job! All the spots came out and it almost lookes brand new and the carpet is 9 years old. Shane and Steven were very professional and informative.

Quality of work appeared to be great. It's hard to estimate charges ahead of time. Their version if a "room" is much smaller than reality. After they arrived, the price went up a little under 100%. Our estimates were not great either!

The two cleaners were very professional, courteous, respectful, friendly, and efficient. The carpet & couch look absolutely great- the couch looks brand new! The scheduling was easy, got a phone call the day before to confirm the service appt, called in the morning to alert when the workers would arrive, and called immediately after they left to inquire about the quality of the service- all very much appreciated and impressed me! Then after some confusion about an Angie's List discount, we were credited back money to our credit card! Great service- we will be using them again!!

Went very well. Two guys came, one for the carpet and one for the tile. They were done in 1 hr! No bad odors. They also said tha the stains on the carpet were grease stains so they were easy to get out. Carpet dried in about 2-3 hours. We received a bottle of their spot stain remover which I have used since and works great. I was very pleased with the carpet. The tile was a bit more expensive and it looked great but I didnt see a huge difference as I was expecting. Maybe its just because the tile we have is so multicolored thats it hard to tell. Either way I would definitely use them again. (Not sure what the location was because they transfer you to a location closest to you when you call)

They did a great job removing all of the stains and spots on the carpeting. The two gentlemen were very professional and friendly. They were courteous of my daughter who was still sleeping, so they offered to clean her carpeting last. They arrived early and were done very quickly!

Service was great. They showed up on time and did a very thorough job. Only complaint is that they wouldn't take my 15% Angie's List coupon because they gave me a discount when I decided to have the carpets deodorized too. Said they couldn't combine deals.

Nightmare experience! Friendly but did not wear shoe covers and both service providers had mud on feet. Tracked mud into house all over hardwood floors and carpet (white rugs on step landings...so it was easy to see.. thank goodness or I might have missed it). Scratched newly painted front door... dragged hose across hardwood floors and steps and against walls ...couldn't believe. Spoke with them nicely about it and they cleaned the white rugs....My cleaning lady was there and washed the floors after them. Then when they left the newly painted door (3 months prior) had scratches from the hose into the paint. I called the office and the manager called back and I tried again but no response.

The Stanley Steemer fellows showed up 1 pm a convenient time for me. There was a particularly difficult oil spot in the dining room and they did a fine job of removing same. The next time I need my carpets cleaned I will be calling Stanley Steemer.

The service was great. They showed up on time. They added on a special enzym to eliminate odor and added another enzym to block stains. They were aggressive with the sales tactics to add the two and I did agree. Afterwards I was thinking that I should not have. Other than that I was happy with them.

It went very smoothly. The technicians put the furniture on styrofoam pads, and gave us istructions about how long to leave them intact.

Everything went very smoothly. I booked the service on-line in the evening and the company called me the next day to confirm service and date and answer questions. As the date got closer I requested a change in appointment time and they were very accommodating even though we were supposed to get a snow storm the day of service.Two guys showed up right on time and got to work. They suggested extra cleaning services - one which I thought was a great suggestion (stain protection on the carpeted stairway leading from the front door) the other suggestion was appreciated but I declined and there was no uncomfortable "hard sell". They left me with a bottle of spot cleaner after the service and no stains re-appeared after the carpet dried. The main office called a couple hours after the service was completed to check my satisfaction.

What an excellent job! The crew chief and his worker were in and out of the house in less than two hours. They did not try to upsell us (other than to give us a free bottle of stain remover). They also cleaned like fiends and were able to get rid of some existing pet stains in the basement without an extra charge. The work they did on the stairs, with some ground-in dirt was fantastic, the carpet looks like new. Great crew, great job, awesome price! Will definitely recommend to friends.

They do a good job and they’re reasonably priced.

They sold me Scotch Guard, I’m not really sure that I will use it. I think it was not worth their effort, because it wasn’t that big of a space. There were high traffic areas, and they didn’t seem to concentrate on the high traffic areas. This is the second time I have used them, and I have come away saying I am not going to use them again. They are handy and they respond when you call them, and they are easily available, but I would not recommend them.

The workers arrived at the scheduled time. They took extra care in the family room to clean the licht colored carpet which had been soiled by dogs and also the carpet in the office, although dark in color, where the dogs spent a lot of time. We were very pleased with the work performed.

They were prompt and finished pretty quick. They were respectful of our home and I recommend them to others. I will use them again in the future.

They came out and cleaned my carpets and everything went unbelievably great. I was amazed at how good of a job they did and it was so clean. I have had other cleaners that did not do a good job. I will be Stanley Steemer again soon.

Getting ready to move into a new house so we hired Stanley Steemer just like we had on our past 6 moves. They were prompt in responding but once they arrived told me they would not do the work since I had a painter coming. We called the office where I informed them that I had painted/cleaned carpets in the past and was fine with the risk, they told me they were just trying to protect me. While I appreciate that fact, I said I would sign off on it and they still chose not to. For the record, the company that came out the next day did the cleaning with my painter out and my paint still looks fine.

Everything went well. They were timely, gave a reasonable price, and did the work as promised.

I have been a regular customer. Overall, the job went very well. They were prompt, reliable and they did a good job cleaning the carpet. I would continue to use them in the future.

When I made the appointment I explained that I had a heavily soiled traffic area in the family room. I also had brownish stains from leaky plants. When the technician arrived and did the inspection, he gave a range of possible outcomes for the heavily soiled and stained areas. He said they could disappear, get lighter or stay the same. Mentally, I translated what he said as: I'm not a miracle worker, but I'll do my best. Well, his best was pretty impressive. They exceeded my expectations, especially in the family room where the high-traffic area was black. I couldn't believe the change. I am very pleased with the results. Job well done and worth the price!

Their services are great. I have spent about $150 for their service. Their price is fine. They called me to schedule a time to have my carpets cleaned again and I don’t have a need for that. So, they are responsive. They were very professional. I would use their services in the future too.

We spent about $250 on that service. Over time we have gotten to know them and we know that they do a very good job and are very thorough. The fact that it is a low chemical situation, we don’t have to worry about our pets and there being any problems. It is basically just water and a little bit of soap and they have kept the carpets looking pretty good over the years. They are very responsive and usually when we call them, they can be here in a couple of days. They are quite good.
