Description of Work: I have 3 wool area rugs that were in dire need of cleaning. I was able to order the service online, and the men showed up on time to pick up the rugs. They moved the furniture for me, took the rugs, brought them back on time, placed them in the rooms, and at all times were polite and professional. The rugs looked great and had not lost their shape, as can happen when wool rugs are not properly cleaned. No complaints - definitely would use them again.

Description of Work: Carpet cleaning. The carpet was dog-stained, and they made it look new. The only problem was the tracks made by the wheels of their truck in the garden, which is still evident. Maybe will disappear when the grass grows back.

Description of Work: I had Stanely Steemer clean, deodorize and protect my family room, stairs and hallway. They did a great job and cleaned out many of the pet stains from our elderly pets, perfect for company that was coming the next day. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Description of Work: They cleaned several rooms for us. We weer their first job of the day and they arrived on time. The crew was very professional and respectful. Carpets look good. Some pet stains could not be removed though.

Description of Work: Stanley Steemer cleaned the carpet in our family room, including steps, and our upstairs hallway, including steps. They moved big furniture and returned it. They were on time and did everything they said they would. We moved, prior to them coming small tables, lamps and chairs. They took care of everything else. We liked the job they performed a great deal. Without a doubt, we would use them again.

Description of Work: I asked for two rooms (LR and MBR) and some stairs to be cleaned. The telephone follow up and customer service was great, as was the cleaning quality and the courtesy of the technicians. I have only one complaint. I moved all of the furniture out of the rooms, except three large items that were too big to move by myself. The technicians were very happy about this and told me I did not need to move everything. Then they proceeded to tell me that they had to charge me another $20 for two closets (carpet are of about 6'X 2' each). I didn't complain, but I discovered later that they did not move the large items I was unable to move. Granted, if they were too heavy, I would have offered to help. At least, they could have not charged the extra $20 in exchange for the furniture I removed and then moved back.
