I would definitely use this company again. They gave me portable heaters to use in the interim until my furnace was delivered and installed. They were professional and efficient.

The installation took two days. The technicians were prompt and professional. I also signed a miantenance contract. The company cleans the units twice a year. It was easy to schedule and completed within a week. They had installed 4 other units in 2014.

The job went very well with no problems. I have used Home Air Services on multiple occasions in the past, and their performance has always been exemplary. Previously, they have replaced a heat pump for me, as well as replacing the condenser fan motor and breaker switches on a second heat pump unit. Their service had always been prompt, and their prices reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service.

They installed our HVAC system and we have a yearly service contract , They call and schedule service when it is convenient for you.

My existing hvac system died at my house on one of the hottest weeks of the year. i looked online and found Home Air Services. Their website stated that they are a second generation company that has been in business for over 60 years, so i assume they are doing something right. I called Home Air Services who came out for an evaluation the same day. They determined that my old system was 20 years old and needed to be replaced with a much more efficient system and as a result I would see my electric bill be reduced substantially ..... boy were they right ! They couldn't install for a couple of days as they were already backed up due to the extreme heat, but they offered me FREE A/C window units to use until they could install they new system which made me very happy! The price was very fair compared to the three other companies estimates I called . They arrived on time and even wore shoe booties to protect my floors. They installer, Kevin was both extremely polite and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Home Air Services for any and all your Hvac needs ! Christopher T

Arrived first thing in the morning as promised. Ran test on system and discovered low Freon. Did a leak test and found small leak where pipe went through the wall. Replaced an 18 inch or so section of pipe where it went through the wall. Refilled and tested system. Running fine now.

Home Air was Johnny-on-the-spot when the heat pumps at church went out. They responded quickly, helped us figure out the best solution, and finished the job on time and on budget. Great work!

We have been using this company for a number of years after originally finding them on Angie's List? I called them with my problem and they came out the next day. The manager I talked with did not try to give us a hard sell but guided us to a model that would do the job. They came out a few days later and the two techs spent most of a whole day installing the new unit. We have always been pleased with the technicians when the do our annual preventive service call and they have never tried to convince us to buy things we do not need. They did install a ultraviolet bulb that helps with clean air and that has made a big difference.

I am very grateful to Home Air Services. If they had not discovered the issue with my thermostat, I would have had extraordinary heat bills. The thermostat was stuck on emergency heat!!!!. Thank You Home Air Services!

We have used Home Air Services for several years for maintenance and repair on our air conditioning and heating systems. They installed a steam humidifying system to our furnace prior to the last winter season, and it performed outstandingly. Home Air Services has always provided us with prompt and courteous HVAC service. They give good value for the money. We would recommend them highly.

Home Air Services was lowest price of three bidders on this project.The removal, equipment installation and start-up were completed in 6 hours on a bitterly cold day in February.The company even provided temporary space heaters while the work was underway.What makes Home Air stand out in my mind is their debth of HVAC knowledge and their ability and willingness to apply this knowledge to benefit their customers. I always sensed that my original heating system just wasn't right. It was noisy,constantly cycling on and off and was expensive to operate.Home Air determined that my furnace was grossly oversized and that I needed additional humidification, As a result of this valuable added service I got a first class HVAC system that is comfortable and afordable to operate.

Home Air has repaired or replaced our heating and cooling equipment for over 20 years in two different homes. The service has alway been on time and fast in emergencies. What has kept us as customers is the honest approach to delivering their services. The service techs make sure I understand what is wrong and the management gives us choices to what the repair or replacement options are. Best of all I talk to my neighbors about the prices they pay, and Home Air is lower and provides more.

They always come when they're supposed to come and they complete the job fairly quickly. It costs $200 a year. So that service cost $100.

They were very thorough and explained in detail what needed to be done. We've used them before and they are always extremely thorough.

They were very good, no complaints. They came when they said they would come, they did what they said they would do, they had to repair my unit and they did that.

I have used Home Air for many years and have never written an evaluation. I was reminded today why I love this company so much. The technician was actually early, very thorough, did extra examination of noise from my radon equipment, washed out my air conditioner coils, gave me suggestions re who to call re noise in radon equipment, was courteous, very careful not to track in dirt, respectful, competent and, as i said, very thorough! I am so happy to be a customer of Home Air Inc. I feel confident that I am being well cared for!

Initially, there were problems with the replacement unit, however the unit installed is working great and the overall experience was a good one. Throughout the process, all with whom I interacted maintained professionalism and customer focus. Appreciated the diligent efforts made by Kevin, Installation Expert, and all those who arrived onsite to perform installation. All involved were knowledgeable, responsive, patient and respectful. I had to replace the float in my toilet. I got the part from Home Depot for $9.99. I could not get the old one out and had to call a plumber. I called Vito one night and they were here the next day, so the service was prompt. When I called, they said a service call was $48.00, and then whatever the cost of the repair. They arrived the next day an hour late, but called first to tell me they would be late. He had the old float out of the toilet and the new on in in 10 minutes. When he was done, he said, "oh, I was supposed to give you a price first, but it won't be much". Then he said for $69.00 I could join their club and at any hour, the service fee would be only $48 instead of the normal $165. I told him that I would consider it. Then he left and said he had to figure out the price. He sat in his truck for 15 minutes to figure out the price and then came and told me it would be $196.00, but that he had added cost to join the club. I asked him for a price with out joining the club, he said $170. So, it appears I would only save $20 by not joining the club. I could have liked this company. If anyone here thinks this is a fair price, I will be happy to come and change this review. I had no problem with the work. I just felt ripped off.

I found them on Angie's List. I had used them in the past, and then I used them again. Their customer service was awesome.
