Couldn’t have gone better,
Description of Work: Multiple services over 5he year. They maintain our two zone HVAC system. We had a very tricky installation in our attic crawl space. They showed us pictures of the problem and how they planned to fix it. They did a Marvelous job

It went very well.
Description of Work: The central air on the upper level of the house stopped working. The technician was very knowledgeable. He told me that I did not need Freon. He said that he had to make an adjustment to the unit for the upper level. it took him less than thirty minutes to complete the job.

Description of Work: Advised on optimal products for my large home needs (which I verified independently) and installed complete Lennox HVAC system (furnace, A/C, heat exchanger, air filtration & purification system, programmable, internet-accessible thermostat) replacing 40-year-old system; cleaned ductwork & removed all old materials. All permits done properly and passed county inspections for mechanical and gas fitting. Arranged for available mfgr rebate on system, which arrived later. Flat fee arrangement a bit hard to discern labor costs from parts costs; not cheap but seemed reasonable. When the new (and expensive) filter was plugged up by the duct cleaning operation (bad timing there) they did replace the new filter for no charge. Even corrected a hidden flaw in the duct work at no additional charge. Overall very good crew.

Description of Work: Home Air Services came over to address why my HVAC Forced Air system wasn't sufficiently cooling nearly two thirds of my home. Home Air Services came in, gave me a reasonable quote to install two dampers, seal off some vents and install two more, seal seams within ducts, do a camera inspection of the ducts and check the airflow of the system before and after the work. The work was done within four hours (they quoted 8 hours), there were no surprises as far as price, and my home was left as clean as they found it. My HVAC system is now cooling (and I suspect will also heat) my home evenly and efficiently. Dwayne and Rob were professional, efficient, and nice throughout the work they did and Kevin (who did the estimate) was equally professional and pleasant. The work they recommended was actually far less than I expected would have to be done and they were very good about explaining what they recommended and why they recommended it. I have additional HVAC work (for a renovation) that I'm considering and Home Air Services will be my first stop.
