Description of Work: Vito came out and replace the flush valves in my entire home, they were on time, clean , they did exactly what they say the will do. The technician offered multiple solutions and they follow up with a call to make sure everything was done properly. Thanks Vito !!

Description of Work: had a short in the wire leading to the fan motor in the gas furnace. tech was able to jerry rig a fix.

Description of Work: Service rep came on a Saturday thoroughly checked system and demonstrated problems that required replaced of system - Service was fine but the estimate and recommendations were not as thorough as a second company that I eventually contracted for the work

Description of Work: The technician came over within one hour (they told us someone else had cancelled and they could send someone right away). He was professional, tried a few ways to fix the problem (a/c wasn't working). Didn't give up, when first couple diagnoses didn't pan out. Told me the fix now could last a week or maybe the summer; hard to tell, but it was a 20 year old machine, and before long we would need to replace it. I was impressed, as he could have told me after half an hour that it needed replacement, but instead spent another hour finding a way to fix it, albeit a somewhat temporary fix. He installed a "start kit" to get the pump going again. Service person was very professional, equipped with all needed equipment in the truck, explained what he did, etc. I definitely would recommend this company.

Description of Work: airconditioner stopped working, Jamal came out right on time and diagnosed a broken blower motor which he was able to repair rather than replace--he was professional, responsive and helpful throughout

Description of Work: Technician diagnosed system, said it was out of refirgerant, filled it, but was not willing to check for leaks since it was quite hot that day and the air handler was in the attic. He said the leak appeared to be minor and thought the system would work for a good while. It stopped cooling in about two weeks. So I called and set up an appointment for a leak test for tomorrow. Yesterday someone from the company (a technician, I think) called and left a message which I couldn't make out. So I called this morning to find out what the call was about. The person I spoke to had no idea and said he showed no appointment for me at all but would be glad to set one up for me a week from now. Having already waited a week for an appointment that apparently fell through the cracks, I told him no thanks, I'll try another company. I suggest others do the same.

Description of Work: I took time off to be availabe for an estimate. Matt showed up and promised an estimate. I never received one. Two calls to the company yield promises but no estimate. Indeed, the compny suffested it was my job to chase Matt down.
