Description of Work: Sava Tree removed a tree and trimmed three other trees that were damaged by a storm. They also trimmed another tree that was not storm damaged but needed to be trimmed. They took away all of the brush.

Description of Work: I called the company to examine a Magnolia tree I thought was unhealthy. They came when indicated, called me to let me know the tree was fine and asked if I might ne interested in having them bid on providing lawn care. I was so surprised they said I did not need to have anything done to the tree, I felt compelled to try their lawn care program. The lawn has had one of a series of 5 treatments, so the jury remains out on the effectiveness of the treatment. But I am very happy with their punctuality and service.

Description of Work: We called the company because a very large tulip poplar in our back yard dropped an enormous limb (after having been struck by lightening), and we were concerned about the possibility that more of the tree, or the whole tree, might fall on our house. The company's owner and some of his workers conferred at some length and finally decided it was worth trying to save the tree, while also cutting away a lot of limbs to re-balance it and hopefully prevent it from falling on our house. This involved a worker climbing very high on the tree and cutting off multiple large limbs. Savatree also cut these limbs into firewood sized logs for us. They also trimmed four other medium sized trees on our property. They also hauled away an enormous amount of dead wood that we had accumulated over a period of a couple of years.

Description of Work: We received a bid only to trim a tree on the property line we share with a neighbor. The neighbor got a competing bid (which, in fairness, included some other work) but the competing bid for the tree trim was $480 versus $1,275, not close at all.
