My experience with SaveTree was very pleasant. When I redeemed my deal, I received an appointment shortly thereafter. The crew showed up as promised and the crew worked hard to complete the job to my satisfaction. My only concern was that it was not made clear that I would be paying some additional $$ when they arrived. I was told that most jobs did in fact require additional funding. It would of helped to communicate this in the offer or when the initial appointment was made. Not find out when the estimator comes for to do the price quote!

We went with a less expensive alternative

This "deal" just allowed them to come over and tell me how the deal didn't actually cover much in the way of actual services, but then use the meeting w/me to try to get me to upgrade their service, at significant additional cost. Seemed much like a bait and switch encounter.

Was supposed to do it one date did not do . However did do it a couple weeks later. crown thin by 5-10% crown clean to remove dead and broken limbs 1" in diameter and larger to reduce risk. removed on 6" diameter limb over drvieway removed two 3-4" diamet limbs over the roof. Removed a 3" diameter low limb over sidewalk that was close to power line.

Great company, very punctual.

Their representative arrived on time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. They provided me with an estimate and worked within my schedule. We have since hired their services for our lawn care. Our lawn has never looked better. They even offer pet- friendly products. They also offer online reminders, billing, and newsletters. They are a little more expensive but the results seem worth the extra cost. I do wish they offered a bigger discount for pre- paid services.

It was Ok service. They trimmed my front tree. It was lopsided which I knew it would be but I expected it to be less lopsided.

The estimate and actual work were completed in two visits. There had been heavy rain during the week and predicted on the day of the service, but the work was done without a hitch. ALL of the debris was cleared away. I am especially grateful for the job since Hurricane Sandy and other summer storms could have endangered our property without the trimming.

Overall their services were good. I have recommended them to someone else.

Save a Tree came and gave us an estimate and they were very thorough in their evaluation of our trees. They came and did the work 2 weeks later and were punctual and efficient. They trimmed dead and loose branches without shaving the trees or over trimming. The arborist knows lots about trees and was very informative. I would definitely use them again!

They did a good job. Our yard looked good in the spring.

The company came on-time and did the job purchased. It will take some time to see if it worked.

We've had difficulty with this service. It could be that the landlord pays for the service, and I deal with the company in having the services executed. The landlord has had a great deal of trouble with the billing department trying to go on auto-payments, but they were never withdrawn from the account. She called and called to make payments / check on the account, but they said everything was fine. A few days later, she got a nasty letter saying her account was severely delinquent. As for the actual services, the front yard looks great. However, the back yard has been another story. The first and second treatments were performed in the morning, when the grass was still heavily shaded and wet with dew. I ended up using weed-b-gone to kill off the clover and keep the crab grass at bay.

The arborist who came to our house to give us an estimate was very friendly and professional. The men who did the work were also very pleasant. They arrived on time and did exactly what we asked them to do. It was a positive experience and we will definitely use this company again!

They were fantastic. Everything was professional, timely, and at exactly the prices originally quoted. The only criticism I had, I didn't share with the company, and that was the guys who took down my tree spur left a bunch of dents in my lawn, and one guy carelessly knocked over a large planter I had which was situated precariously in a non-optimal place. No serious harm done in either case, though. If I'd made a big deal about it I'm betting they would have at least apologized profusely, which is all anyone could do.

Used them for the "Big Deal" and as I suspected, tried to do a HUGE up sell. The amount of product (in gallons) that they suggested blew the mind of several friends of mine that are in the landscaping industry. A 5 minute google search confirmed this. Don't people realize how easy it is to access information these days? When they called back to follow up with me I mentioned this to them and not only did he hold his ground, he actually said they could use MORE product, but he only suggested what he did to help keep the cost down. WOW.

Since trees didn't have Dutch Elm which needs professional application of pesticide, gave really good advice on things that I or a landscaper could do. They were out of my very low budget price range for jobs I needed, since I misunderstood an advert I saw on Angies. But I'm sure they'll do an excellent job since very knowledgeable of what the pests were and how to deal with them.

The aeration was adequate , but not as thorough as when I do it myself. The topseeding was excellent and the seed they used germinated and survived very well, even in the shady parts of the yard. When you pay for a soil test, they don't give you the results. They assume you are doing it so they will know how to treat your lawn. I had to call to get the results, and they seemed surprised I would want them. Overall, I would use them again. Very prompt and professional.

SaveTree - Maryland & Washington DC were O.K. They are pretty good. They are expensive, very expensive. I won't use them again because they are expensive. They do good work, they bring their tools, and they do what you tell them to do. They do a good job.

They could not perform the service, but they were nice to deal with.

Overall their services are good. Their are prompt and keep me up to date on work.
