Process went very smooth. Simple and easy! Latif came to my house a few times and was patient with me before I made my final decisions. I appreciate the companies installers who moved all my furniture and cleaned up at the end.

Everything went great. Bassir came as scheduled, even brought samples, and gave us an estimate during that same visit. Work was scheduled and completed on the scheduled day. The workmen were skilled at their job, and clean-up was wonderful. Our new floor is beautiful! (installed 280 sq. ft. @ $2,825)

The experience with Renaissance Floor and Carpet was awesome! I was looking for a professional and credible company to replace the hardwood floors in my home. After reading several reviews, I contacted Renaissance Floor to discussed the project. Basir came to my home with various floor samples, took measurements, and provided an estimate with cost effective suggestions and a detailed project timeline schedule. As outlined in the project timeline schedule, materials were delivered and the project was completed in a timely manner. I cannot say enough great things about the work crew that worked on my project. The assigned work crew was extremely professional, possessed incredible technical knowledge and delivered superior quality work. They arrived and left as scheduled daily and made sure all work areas were cleaned and tools neatly stored. In addition, I was extremely impressed with the efficiency of the crew and their ability to reassembled our furniture from every room to the exact location without our assistance. I had worked with Latif and it was a great experience. The pricing was reasonable and he was very accommodating to the schedule (COVID related). The time to complete was on point and the team was professional. Highly recommend working with them and ask for Latif. I am currently working with Rennaissance again to fix work that another flooring company had made a mistake on (and are failing to honor their warranty).

I previously posted. Review of this company and gave them a C. The reason for this was a disagreement over the work to be completed. The owner of the company got involved and made everything right. The work was outstanding, the workers were awesome and cleaned up after themselves every night. The floors they installed are beautiful and I am very happy with the end result. Emir, the own, is very fair and wants to ensure his customers are treated right. Would highly recommend them.

We used Renaissance Floors when we converted our home's entire lower level from carpet to hardwood floors. We did a lot of research on local flooring companies before we settled on Renaissance. Positive reviews from others led us to Renaissance. From the first meeting with owner Amir Movahed, I knew that his company was the one with which to work. The entire process from measurement - to install - was very smooth. Amir's knowledge of flooring and his lovely demeanor really made us feel completely confident in his company's ability to meet our needs. His installers worked for 4 full days in our home, and they were always professional, courteous and neat. Amir came by multiple times through the install process to ensure all went according to plan and that we were pleased. It has been a true pleasure working with Renaissance Floors, and we highly recommend them to anyone needing hardwood or carpeting. We would use them again in a heartbeat! We just love our floors and the experience.

We used Renaissance Floor and Carpet to replace every floor surface in our house, to include carpet, luxury vinyl and marble. Our project expert was Latif who guided us through product selection, design, measurement and installation. After narrowing down possible selections in the showroom, Latif came to our house with several samples so we could evaluate colors and textures in our home environment. He carefully measured each space and created a detailed project drawing for estimation and installation purposes. Installation was completed in two phases: second floor and then the first floor. Each team that came to our house during the installation phase was professional, courteous, efficient and expert in every aspect. Each team arrived on time each day they were scheduled. The installers moved the furniture and replaced it when done. Removal of old flooring was quick and efficient. They swept clean the spaces before new flooring was installed. We feel we paid a fair price for exceptional products and service. Latif was always available if we had questions during the project. He visited several times during the project to ensure the work was done to company standards and that we were completely satisfied. We highly recommend Renaissance Floor and Carpet for any flooring project you might consider.

Renaissance did a great job installing hard wood floors in our town house. They arrived on time, and were able to complete the job quickly. The workman were courteous and cleaned up after their job. The flooring looks great. I would fully recommend them as a contractor. They are reliable, fairly priced and their work is excellent.

We worked with Latif when ordering the carpet, he was very helpful and was able to recommend a carpet that was perfect for a rec room as well as a good value based on a sale that was running at the time. The installation went very well, the installers were efficient and did a great job.

We needed to have our basement floor replaced after a flood. Once again we turned to Renaissance and once again we are 100 percent happy.

We were updating a Leisure World Condo. We put in Core Tech flooring and new carpet. The prices were the best in town and the service was top notch. Amir and Latif were both very helpful. Since the condo was empty, I was able to leave a key at the store and I did not have to be there during installation. I had one threshold piece that I felt did not match. I contacted Amir and he ordered a replacement immediately and they were out within a few days to fix the issue. Very responsive. Great company to work with! The Core Tech Plus was about $7 sf installed and the carpet was $3 sf installed including high quality pad. Core Tech is an amazing luxury vinyl product, we splurged on that. The carpet, Hawkeye, is basic carpet, nothing fancy, but looks great. One note for anyone doing this, it does create a bit of dust on floorboards etc. Renaissance did a great job cleaning up, but I had to do some clean up too. My contractor told me that this is to be expected with this type of job!

Perfect.. After the installation we asked for the regents to be cut in a certain way, They came back within 90 minutes and did exactly what we wanted at no extra charge.
