We were lucky enough to work with Renaissance Flooring on our project. We needed LVP on our main floor and carpeting in the rest of our house and as overwhelming as it was, Latif made it easy. He was so helpful and taught us a lot! We will always recommend him!

This company did a horrible job with the floor install. They did not follow the manufacturer guidelines by leveling out the floor and now it's very problematic. They also did not alternate the pieces and put two of the similar pieces in the same spots in various places and put the same piece running down the living room and dining room. Now that I have a faulty floor and it needs to be redone.

It was a pleasure to work with Renaissance Floor's professional and accommodating team to replace flooring on 2 full levels of our home: hardwood on one (in place of old carpet), new carpet on the other. The price was reasonable for the DC metro area and and the quality of product that we got. Amir took extra care to help us get an in-stock discount on the hardwood and get the carpet promptly despite supplier back-orders. We and our family have noticed the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of the finished product.

Came to Renaissance in need of emergency repairs to our home when we ordered a new refrigerator and low and behold the previous owners didn’t run the hardwood floor to the back wall. Made for putting in our new fridge very difficult. Amir was so helpful and kind and was able to coordinate and get a crew to our home on a Saturday to do the work despite in being such a small job. Walter and another performed the work and did such an amazing job it matched the existing floor perfectly and even helped get our fridge back into its spot. They are absolute professionals and experts of the field. We are excited to have them do more work on our home with new hardwood floors.

Everything went smoothly from estimate and measuring, to scheduling to installation. The installers arrived on time, worked diligently all day for two days and we were thrilled with their work and the final product looks fabulous.

Quality of installation was excellent, this was the reason I hired this installer. A lot of attention to detail, nothing sloppy. Latif came to our home within a day to survey the damage and provide us with a very fair estimate; Amir then managed to schedule our repair job very quickly during what was an extremely busy period for their installation teams. They sent us a most skilled installer, Alfonso. He was prompt, very efficient, and a true artist as you cannot see his seam repairs. The salesman came to our house with several different tile options so we could match them to our cabinets. The work was done promptly, was well executed, and met our full expectations. The floors look marvelous, they're very quiet, easy to clean. Overall we're very satisfied.

Renaissance flooring has provided the flooring for 3 floors in my home. I really love the quality of their products, when friends or family come over they still ask if my hardwood and/or carpeting is brand néw. This year they completed the flooring in my basement. Mr. Latif and Mr. Bassir have been great to work with. They take the time to walk you through the process, listen to your concerns, and don’t try and pitch or push a certain product on you for the sake of a sale. We've had carpet installed twice by Renaissance and both experiences were wonderful. They have an extensive selection of carpets and everyone we've worked with there has been knowledgeable about which options would be right for us. We've never been pressured to spend more than we wanted to, and have gotten a great value from their services. The first installation was for carpeting in part of our basement (pre-COVID). After a few months and one rambunctious kitten, we had some loose threads along the seam and called to have this repaired...well, then COVID hit and we cancelled the appointment and kind of forgot about the whole thing. Fast forward to about a month ago when we wanted to install carpet in our sunroom. I mentioned that we would also (finally!) like that seam repaired, and they ended up doing this free of charge without even a second thought about it! I was pleasantly surprised by this, and even more surprised to find that the repair is so seamless that I would never even know there was an issue at all. Very high quality work! We love the new carpet in our sunroom as well - both installations have gone smoothly, communication is great, and follow-up is also thorough. We will continue to use Renaissance for our needs and recommend them highly!
