Presidential Exteriors was such a dream to work with. We used them for a couple of elements of a major addition. The roof work was complicated including steep pitches, 6 different directions and even a cricket (technical build that connects a roof line to a perpendicular wall.) They were out wrapping tar paper as soon as they could to avoid the monsoons we had in the summer of 2018. David and Francisco were on top of every detail, the crew was very professional, they worked as hard as anyone I’d ever seen. Absolute studs. So great to watch that process. David and his crew also provided the windows for the new and old parts of the home. The measuring was dead on. Nailed it the first time. They made it look easy. Only one small issue in the entire process and it was handled so quickly and flawlessly. The only reason I mention it at all is to say that it was corrected with no pointing of fingers or nonsense. It just got fixed and we move on. Total professionals. I told David 2 weeks later that if he’d be happy to know how much my wife and I talk about the windows. Who brings up windows in every conversation???? People who work with Presidential do.

Ryan gave us fast service on the estimate to remove the old frame, add new framing and cover with vinyl cladding around the new wood. Workers were efficient and thorough. Looks great! It was difficult to find a company to do this work since I did not want to replace the windows, just the frames. I hit the jackpot with Presidential as they understood the task exactly and did it well. Highly recommend!

They were willing to work with us by matching the best quote we had and rise above the rest by providing us with materials that match or were above those offered by other contractors. As we worked with Chris Gass, Chris Edwards, David Lupton, Young, Brandon and Chris Orlov we found them to be an excellent team of young men who take pride in their work. Sure, there were some delays due to weather and conflicting schedules but the whole team worked with us to complete the works within a reasonable time. Whenever we had any issues the whole team did not hesitate to respond and resolve them as quickly as may be expected. We are pleased with the overall quality of the work. Many neighbors who have come by our house tell us they love the looks of the house; some venture to tell us it is the best looking house in the neighborhood. We are glad we chose Presidential Exteriors for our roof replacement and Hardie Plank siding installation. To the young men of Presidential Exteriors we say, "A job well done!!!"

I’ve had a great experience with Presidential Exteriors. Everyone on my project team deserves an A+. Nick Church did a thorough and comprehensive presentation on the products and services they provide. Chris Gass ensured the project ran smoothly and kept me well informed on every step. John Robinson always came promptly whether to provide a temporary solution to my old leaky roof, or to take care of the punch list item. David Lupton went above and beyond to help me dealing with my issue with the solar company. The roof and gutter installers were all very professional and punctual. They even included some bonus works for me. I am very happy with the results and have already gotten lots of compliments from my neighbors and friends. I would definitely recommend this company to others. A job well done!

I was impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism of this company. These windows are somewhat unusual, and it was otherwise difficult to have them repaired or replaced. The salespeople were extremely thorough in explaining all the options and pricing. Not just one, but several people kept constant tabs on the job progress, from specifications, communications with the manufacturer, delivery, installation, and follow-up. The installation was timely, efficient, and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone needing windows. Very, very nice people, always punctual, that were a pleasure to deal with.

The Presidential Exteriors crew was professional and courteous.. After the job was scheduled, management personnel checked in with us to verify the particulars of the job, including the materials to be used and the timing. The big selling factors on picking Presidential over other companies for this job nd are that the representative didn't try to sell us additional services we weren't interested in and their products and labor are guaranteed for 35 years, Further, the warrantee is transferrable to the new owner when we sell our house. As the date for our job got closer, they contacted us again to alert us to a weather issue, as rain was forecasted on the scheduled job day. Presidential worked with us to split the job over two days to work around our other commitments and completed the job promptly and to all of our expectations. After the crew had cleaned up and departed, a supervisor came out to do a final inspection, sweep for nails and answer any final questions we had. Overall, this was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend Presidential Exteriors to others.

I had them come out to look at a small siding repair job after they sent somebody by asking if they could provide a roofing quote. Their salesman, Ryan, was knowledgeable and upfront. The siding job was too small for them, which is understandable. Going in I knew my roof was in fair shape and am looking at 5 to 10 more years of life on it. Ryan did a thorough inspection, gave me an inspection sheet, and came to the same conclusion that I already knew that we weren't quite ready for a new roof just yet. There were no high pressure tactics of saying it has to be done now or starting me with a high price and then saying if I sign today they will get my price down to what ends up being an average market price.

We hired presidential to do my grandmother’s roof. We had several other estimates and they came in about middle of the pack but they have warranties through GAF that the other companies could not provide due to lack of manufacture certification. In fairness my grandmothers roof is quite massive due to my grandfather putting on multiple additions over the years. They initially said it would take 3 days but they were able to complete everything within 2. There were some unexpected issues during the process but they showed us in person what they were, communicated cause and solution and gave us options and advice on how to proceed rather than just assuming we would be ok with the additional changes. Clean up at the end was great since they cleaned as they worked much of it was done before the end of the day. Needles to say the experience was fantastic. My wife and I and my parents will be using them in the coming years for our roofing projects.

I had water leaking into my house and called Presidential Exteriors for help. They fixed my gutters and roof (at a fantastic price) and I haven''t had any issues since. I was very impressed with Presidential Exteriors' service and professionalism. If you need any work done, don't look any further.

My house looks beautiful. Literally, a new home from top to bottom. David and his crew were professional, diligent and curtious. They were all a pleasure to work with. Roofing crew: Awesome. Completed their job in a timely fashion and were very conscientious regarding attention to detail (with front porch) and clean up. EXCELLENT crew and job. Window crew: Again awesome. Diligent, professional, extremely quiet and respectful with working inside the home. They were timely and did not make a mess. Windows worked perfectly!. I had a few special order windows that were a huge job to install including an enormous palladium foyer window! Everything went perfect! Siding: While there was a switch in work crews... the job still went well. The job took a bit longer than anticipated due to the crew change but it was well worth the wait! The siding looks beautiful and job well done. Molding: A few snafus here due to my choice of composite manufacturer, Fypon. Special order items took a long time to get but it was well worth the wait. Ordered arched molding for the palladium window, dental molding, etc. It was a huge undertaking and looks beautiful and professionally done. Again, I can not stress enough the professionalism and responsiveness of David and his crew. We would hire David and his crew again in a heart beat and would highly recommend him to anyone for any job. Job well done and thank you for making our house look magnificent!!

Rep falsely told neighbors we had hired them before we ever got an estimate. The rep was knocking on doors in the neighborhood and told us they were working at a neighbors home. He pressured my wife into making an appointment claiming they had a 5 year price guarantee on their estimates. Afterwards he went across the street and told our neighbors we had hired them to work on our roof! We didn't find that out until weeks later. When the salesman arrived it took a long time for him to get to the point and actually give us an estimate and prices. He pulled the "look how expensive five different contractors are" technique. Finally he gave us a price of $8,000, but $7,000 if I signed that day. He refused to leave the written estimate, claiming he would send it later (never did). The price also was unclear about how many windows were actually being put in (the number changed at different times in his pitch). He also did an odd Facetime with his project manager and the PM's baby which felt very forced, like "See, we have families too!" It wasn't horrible, and the salesman isn't responsible for the door to door rep's unprofessional actions. However, when a business knocks on my door and then tries to push same day costs with no details I write them off. When they claim I've hired them when I haven't then I get creeped out.

Workers arrived promptly at 7:15 in the morning. Immediately got to work organizing materials and covering plants around the house. Work began quickly. Chris came by to check on things and made sure to check out the area of a leak with the foreman. All work was completed by 4:30 PM! Clean up appeared thorough as no nails were found when I walked around. David came the day after to do a walk through and make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Also did another sweep around the house with a magnet for nails. Price seemed high for a roof my size, but the efficiency and customer oriented service made up for it. No hassle service and hopefully no need for follow up service. Would recommend Presidential Exteriors.

I'm not saying that a project of this size is cheap. It is expensive to redo the sub-roof, the roof, guttering and full attic insulation, plus a few other small projects. Do I think I got my money's worth? Absolutely. Each team was competent, intelligent, sensitive to my needs (and panic attacks). Half way through, at the end of a long day (12 hours) after the team had left, the heavens opened. Within half an hour the team leader was back with a ladder and tarps and really distressed that some damp might get in the attic. He was far more worried than I was! I was kept fully informed of what was going on at all times. It was the most painless project I have ever undertaken, and the most beautifully carried out. If it turns out that there is a glitch (which I doubt) I have full confidence that some intelligent young man will appear on my doorstep in seconds. Oh, and it took three days. Now on to the solar panels...

Great. All work was completed in 1 day during regular hours with a minimum of disruption. The 2 gentlemen who did the installations were professional, competent, and courteous. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Presidential Exteriors.

My husband and I were in the process of having the fascia and gutters redone in our townhome. We first heard from Presidential Exteriors when they knocked at our door. They gave us a flyer, made an appointment for the next day. The sales manager, Nick, came the next day for the free inspection. We expressed our concerns with the fascia, gutters, and downspouts. After the inspection he presented a short power point presentation about the company, quality, background, and approach. He also went over what was needed to be done. They also guarantee certain percentage savings from your energy bill. Nick was very polite and knowledgeable. Our house is about 30 years old with aluminum siding and we decided to upgrade to Vinyl siding, self-clean gutters, fascia, and new downspouts. He presented two offers one that you needed to commit upfront for about $12K and another one that was about $14K if you decided to do the offer within 5-6 weeks if I recall correctly. They do offer financing with Wells Fargo if you are interested. We decided to proceed with the offer please note you pay once the project is completed. We did not start the project right away usually one to two weeks because we were slightly changing the siding color and needed HOA approval. Presidential exteriors sent another project manager to take the measurements. I contacted my HOA and called Presidential Exteriors project manager Chris Gass who sent someone to my house with the color palette. Once I was approved by the HOA I called and scheduled the appointment for the project at my convenience. They do ask for someone to be at home during the project. The day before the appointment they dropped off all the materials from “Mastic”. Ours was a two to three day project. The day off they arrived knocked and started the project. The project manager Mr. Robinson came to check midway in the project to see if everything was going as planned they advised to remove all picture frames from the walls, they used an inside power plug, no wood needed to be replaced once the aluminum siding was removed, and that they would cut around the power, gas etc. They cleaned all the debris from the first day and every day at the end of the day. The next day the crew arrived and kept working. They had to return the third day to finish the downspouts and gutters. The third day no one was home so once I arrived from work I inspected the house. I realized they had not replaced the fascia and called Chris Gass, project manager. He called me back and asked for a picture and offered to send someone. I went ahead and sent him a picture. Chris took ownership this are his exact words: “Thanks! I apologize for not fixing that in the first place. We will have a crew out tomorrow to get that taken care of and looking beautiful for you!” They did come and everything was done as promised. I was impressed by the quality and customer service! In addition all the crew was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Presidential Exteriors and will most likely use them again if I need windows, siding, or roofing! They rock best wishes in your continued growth!

It went well, John Robinson was very prompt and professional. He adhered my shutters in a manner that will prevent them from blowing off in the next wind storm. Alex and his crew came while John was working and like a well oiled machine removed and replaced my gutters and downspouts in a seamless fashion. It was a great face lift for my home

We were in the market for a new roof, but have been burned by companies going door to door and not showing up for the estimate. I was ensured by Presidential that this would not be the case and they were right. Chris showed up on time, gave a very thorough presentation on the process of installing a roof, materials used, etc., teaching us a thing or two, and was fair on pricing for both a roof and gutter helmet. I was called within a day to schedule the project and they installed the roof during the same week! The roof project took only one day and it is so nice to have a roof of which we are proud. John Robinson, the foreman, is phenomenal. He was so polite, informative, professional and walked us through the process every step of the way. When they returned to do the gutter helmet, it was done quickly and effectively. John noticed a nail on the driveway from the roof job and proceeded to spend the next half hour "vacuuming" with a metal gadget to pick up any other stray nails. They did a great job with cleanup and didn't damage our extensive gardens. The roof looks beautiful and they even spray painted our pipes really making the roof look finished. Thank you, Presidential! We would use them, again.

They did everything they were supposed to do but there was some delay because of rain. The workers were fast and were supposed to put 6 nails in a tile, but I could tell that they missed some. They were efficient.

The roofing was completed on schedule in one day and gutter replacements with leaf guards were completed on schedule on a second day. All work promised by the salesman was satisfactorily completed,

Everything went flawlessly from measurement, through ordering, scheduling, and installation. Jake Raszewski, who went over everything with us, is terrific. He did a thorough and enjoyable presentation in our home, and educated us to the subtleties of window replacement better than anyone we have spoken with over the years. He represented Presidential and its team of installers very well, answering all of our questions and initiating a process that unfolded just as he stated it would. The installers were on-time, professional in every way, minimized any possible inconvenience, and left everything neat and ship shape. We are more than pleased with the results and are very grateful to every person we encountered from Presidential. We are looking forward to replacing all the remaining windows in our home later this year, and we will certainly turn to Jake when we're ready to initiate the process.

Very well. Presidential Exteriors came out to our home to do an evaluation. They sat down and explained the whole process in detail. I got a great deal on the roof, paying $4000 less than I was led to believe I would have to when I bought the house. Flexibility in pricing based on paying up front (I used a credit card for cash back benefits), signs in my yard, and leaving a favorable review. Very professional and fast--they get in and get out. Afterwards, they worked quickly with my insurance company to document the new roof, something that will save me $250 per year in homeowners' insurance premiums. That pays for a lot of the roof right there. Would definitely recommend and will do so with my neighbors.
