The day we were moving in, we got a knock on the door from Sean, a very friendly and knowledgeable Presidential employee, and we set up an appointment for an estimate immediately! A few days later, Ryan came to take a look and give us an estimate. He felt like an old friend and shared with us the company's roots and their genuine care for their customers. He gave us several options for repairing the carport beam. We decided to get the front and back of the house capped and sealed with fascia and soffit as well as the entire carport. Ryan also informed us that our gutters were also extremely old and were not even installed correctly to begin with. The previous owners had serious leak in the basement, which we were also planning on having to take care of. He showed us a spot in the gutters that were not connected and it happened to be right around the area of the basement leak. We decided to go ahead and replace all of the gutters as well. We haven't had any basement leaks since the work was done! We couldn't be happier with the work Chris and his team did with all of the repairs and installations. It changed the whole look of the house and has really improved the curb appeal. We feel great about our decisions knowing that it has a lifetime warranty! We highly recommend Presidential Exteriors and will definitely use them again for future exterior needs.

The crew did a great job. Earlier than expected start. Finished on time. John Robinson was an outstanding project manager. Any issue was quickly addressed. Very through.

The work was excellent. The workers were honest. I'm very pleased with the work preformed and the the roof looks terrific from the road. John, the project manager was very helpful and informed me thought out the entire process.

Had an excellent experience with everyone associated with Presidential Exteriors. The sales consultants provided a thorough explanations of our options and helped us with the best replacement plan for our needs for our over 20 year old roof...great guys. The project manager, John kept us informed throughout the work, including timely notification of schedule changes due to weather. John documented the on-going work and periodically showed me the pictures. Nice touch. The roofing crew completed the job in less than a day and the day after completion we had high winds and the new roof didn't have any problems. The gutter and facia work was completed during the next two work days with the same professionalism and completeness. Excellent debris control and clean-up on both jobs. I'm really pleased with my decision to hire Presidential Exteriors for work that I knew needed to be done but was reluctant to go through the process of choosing the "right" company.

We were satisfied with the sales people. All the workers were punctual and professional. We would definitely use them again when we want to upgrade more of the house.

The consultation went very well. We met with Nick and he was very professional and thorough with explaining everything. He had pictures and information on the products they use, which was helpful when deciding what to get. They also offer a lifetime warranty on the gutters. The scheduling was easy and done that same day. On the day of installation, the only complaint would be that no one called to let us know when they would be coming. Other than that, everything went well. The gutter installation was fast and the guys did a good job. I would recommend this company to any of my friends and neighbors.

It went well. They were very professional and easy to deal with. Kept me up to date during the project and walked me through everything necessary before during and after as well.

Salesman took entirely too much time. nearly 3 hours. Proposal was more than 75% higher than what later proposals were from other Angies list service providers. Stated his best offer was only good for that evening and would revert to a figure 2x what was eventually paid. Very bad sales tactic!

It was great! highly suggest going with them. If I need any additional work done on my house, Presidential will be the first company that I called.

Presidential Exteriors was able to remove and install 18 new windows in our house in one day. Very impressive! The customer service and communication was excellent. They were very attentive to every detail of the project and took great passion in their work. They are true craftsmen who know their trade. The only minor minor problem I had with the job was the interior cleanup. This was mainly due to the weather. It was a very windy day, which was out of Presidential Exterior's control. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the end result and would use them again.

My parents had been thinking for a while to get the rotten wood replaced on our fascia board and the sides of our house, They put it off for a while, but it got to the point where parts of our fascia board were hanging, and the gutter wasn't working properly. After the repairs, the front of the house looks immaculate, and the finishing looks clean. The people from presidential services were very informative throughout the process and took the time to answer all of our questions. All of the work was completed in a day which was very efficient for both parties. The workers on site were very skilled and as said before the finishing results look very precise. My parents are very satisfied with the results and relieved to have made the repairs to the house.

The front and the side of my home needed major repairs: there was rotting wood and damages near the gutter which was allowing rainwater to seep through the wood and damage the siding. The employees from Presidential Services were informative with the values of the company and were patient throughout the entire process. The rotten wood was replaced and re-capped to prevent future damages. Overall, I am very satisfied with how the repairs have drastically altered the image of my home. The service was great the entire project was completed in a day.

My wife and I have been in cahoots with wanting new siding for some time. We bought our home back in May 2013. She received a visit from one of the home to home Representatives from Presidential Exteriors to see if we would like to have a Sales Representative come to the house and get a quote for new siding. Please bear in mind that we had aluminum siding which was painted by the last owner, but was fading out and looked past due if you know what I mean. Also, since aluminum is a conductor for hot and cold temperatures inside the home, we were also seeking something which would help with home efficiency. Mr. Christopher Edwards came to our home I believe a couple of weeks later due to some phone tag issues. He provided a very thorough introduction and understanding regarding the company, material, and the details regarding the demo and replacement of the siding and gutters. He took a view at our home and siding and provided us with an offer that at first, took my wife and a aback. I have done some research and was not expecting the price to be as low as some of the Google searches that I conducted, but was not expecting the overall price to be that high either. After further conversation with Mr. Edwards, the overall price did include all the window capping, shutters, louvers, and outdoor light installation and mailbox installation. After a quick conversation with my wife, we were happy to accept their offer. Mr. Edwards was very kind and considerate, and very knowledgeable of his company and materials. Unfortunately, due to some bad weather, Presidential Exteriors was not able to start on our home until a couple of weeks from the original date, which is completely understandable. But once they started, they were on the ball! Brian's team completed the demo of the old siding within a few hours, and have started installing the new siding that same day! They stayed until 6PM every day until it was completed, which took about a 5 days due to weather again. We got the flagstone siding with dark blue shutters. The window capping was white to match the new gutters, louvers and white brick. It looks AMAZING!!! My wife and I were so very happy with the job they completed, and how quickly they completed it too! Our home....looks like a new home! Once the siding was completed, a new team came by that next day to demo the old gutters and install the new ones. We got the big mama jama gutters. Unfortunately, we are on a corner lot, and at the bottom of the street, where we get water not only from our yard, but from our neighbors yards as well. So we wanted as much water collection as possible to go through our underground drainage system, so our yard will not be so sloppy. I would also like to acknowledge Mr. David Lupton. Mr. Lupton has been in conversation with us every since we accepted Presidential Exteriors. He was SUPER responsive to all our needs and questions. He wanted to make sure that everything we asked for was accommodated for. At first, we were going to finance this with Wells Fargo, but he provided us with a financial company that was able to work with us for a lower interest rate and lower monthly cost. There was one issue with the overall price due to a miscommunication, but David was very apologetic and worked with us deduct a portion of the final cost of the project. He was so responsive and so considerate for our needs. It was as if we have known him for years. He is a real people person, which is in my opinion a dynamic quality that not many people have. My wife and I were very grateful. Overall, we would recommend Presidential Exteriors to anyone who wishes to receive great customer service, glorious exterior work for your home, and unbelievable responsiveness.

I had 7 windows, a front entrance door with glass on the side, storm door and gutter replaced. It was a heck of a job to remove and replace seven windows and a front entrance door that is wide as a patio door. After the front door frame was removed, termite damages were evident. Without hesitation, they replaced the damaged stud – all on the same day. They worked all day and into the evening, even during the thunderstorm to get the new windows and door up. I told them that I didn’t mind their coming back the next day to finish the job. They were gung-ho on getting the job done. The gutter replacement was done the next day. I was kept informed of the progress during the entire process (sale to installation) The crews worked very hard and professionally as a team. I have nothing but praises from the family, friends and neighbors with the new windows and doors. The home definitely looks better and distinctive after 31 years. Everything was timely. They helped me through the process in getting approval from HOA and kept me in the loop on the progress. All the windows and doors were properly measured and they fit well. After the job was completed, there are a few minor cosmetic details that I need addressed. Presidential Exteriors LLC stepped up to the plate and did a walk-through with me. They will fix whatever my concerns are. They are very “big” on making sure that their customers are very satisfied with their purchases and the quality of their products. The entire team was great. They were responsive, quick, flexible when our scheduling got sensitive, and even my wife thought their clean up was good. I genuinely wish I had more work for the to do on our house. The pricing was excellent, too, and they were very transparent.

The crew and office personnel kept me informed daily. The job took three days. David, at the office, was so pleasant and he made sure that all of the work was done. The area was cleaned around the house before they left. Neighbors have remarked how great my house looks. The old siding was 30 years old and had faded. They did a fantastic job on my roof. They had all materials delivered and moved up onto my roof the day before (due to where my power and phone lines are, they couldn't raise and lower the pallets while doing the roof, so they took care of that the day before). The morning my roof was supposed to be installed, it was very windy. They knew I had taken off work for the day, so they called and asked if it would be okay if they started later, to let the wind die down a bit, rather than rescheduling. That was fine with me, and they got the roof done before dark. The walked around the yard with big magnets to get up all the nails. I asked them to take extra care with this since I have a young puppy, and they did a great job! They had to finish the wrap and cap the next day, because it had gotten dark, but that was because of the weather. They were back at 8am the next morning, and had it completed by 10am. They then went over the whole yard again, since they were afraid they may have missed some nails in the dark. I have yet to find a nail in the yard. From my estimate to the install, took 3 weeks, but a blizzard hit in between, so they had to delay a week, otherwise it would have been 2. They were more expensive than some other options, but my research showed they used much higher quality materials than a lot of other roofing contractors, and it comes with a 50 year non-prorated warranty. So worth the bit of extra cost, in my opinion.
