The lady on the phone was very |nice and professional and promised that the machine they used would help take out the holes made by the furniture in the carpet. She said she would make a note for the workers to take extra care to remove them. They were not removed and the worker said the machine would not pull the indentations out. I was disappointed that they were not told as she said she would do & |lead to believe that the machine did this when it did not. |"

Description of Work: We had a carpet and stairwell cleaned. They did a good job, although I'm finding the cleaning dust in various places.

Description of Work: Poseidon cleaned both my primary home and my rental property. The home carpet, which was not very dirty, was cleaned easily and beautifully. The rental property was left in a disgusting state by the previous tenant, with the beige carpets marked with black tread areas. After having Poseidon do a test clean on a section of the 3-Bedroom/Living/Dining Rooms, they proved to be able to take out most of the black filth, compared with another company ("dry chemicals") could on a similarly sized and lit section. The comparison was amazing. Poseidon's section was very clean compared to the competitor. Their technique is good and not only does it clean deeply without soaking the carpet with their organically chrystalized sawdust, but the vacuum that sucks up the sawdust to which the dirt has attached itself to, also makes the carpet fluffy and "high", like new. The price, however, is rather steep and not competitive, regardless of different technique.

Description of Work: Poseidon came I and had all of my carpet cleaned from the master bath down to the basement. From the time that I called for the appointment to the time they completed the job, these folks impressed me beyond words. Tammy is the person with whom I made the appointment and she is as customer service oriented as they come. She fully explained the cleaning process to me and gave me an estimate within 5% of the actual cost. The guys who came to clean were as conscientious as they come and obviously take pride in doing a good job. They stayed for a total of 5 hours (the longest any other company has stayed is 2 hours). I mean these folks are thorough - and I am a bear about cleaning. When they were done, they went back all the way to the top, again, and did an eye check through every floor to be sure they had not missed a spot. They are not cheap but I will never use any other company but Poseidon to do my carpets. My carpets haven't look this good in ten years. Call them! Hire them! You will not be sorry! (no, I am not an employee and have not been paid to write this). I am serious, I rarely see a company who does their job so well.
