workers initially reluctant to move furniture, but finally agreed (I had taken everything out of room except heavy TV and couch). They missed one small spot which I noticed after the carpet dried (2 hours), otherwise they did okay.

He is based in Rockville. He is another one of these people that are on this preferred providers list that these two real estate ladies put out. He has been on that list for a long time and I have used him before.

We first tried Poseidon a few years ago because we hoped their dry cleaning method would alleviate the problem with wicking from the padding that always resulted in stains reappearing. We were very pleased with the first experience; professional, attention to detail, no lasting dampness. About a year later, we tried again and the crew was nowhere near a good. We should have called to complain, but we didn't. We gave them another chance several weeks ago and are very glad we did. They were wonderful to work with and carpet looks great,

They didn't have to move the furniture it was a simple job. If they did it was just very little. The are was very clean afterwards. There was only one person that came to get the job done. It did take a little longer than expected.

They were good, on time, did work efficiently. The only thing was it took the sofa a little longer to dry out.

The thing with their carpet cleaning is that they have this dry method, they do not mess with wet carpets. They were excellent. They did a good job. They spent time working on the places I wanted them to pay attention to.

The service was phenomenal. The carpets were completely clean. The cats stopped marking the spots they had frequented. The serviceman provided inexpensive alternatives to the spot treatment I had been using. The carpets got new life. The process used was also pet friendly; I did not have to cordon off rooms of my house for hours upon hours.

I have always have been happy with the work, customer service, and the dry cleaning process.

I can't say enough good things about my experience. I got a call back within 24 hours after buying a deal on Angie's list, and when the scheduler thought there might be a cancelation that would allow me to get the timeslot I was hoping for, she called the owner and then called me right back to lock in the time which was first thing the next day. Brian showed up on time and was very courteous and professional. He set to work cleaning my couch and chair, which were pretty trashed by 2 dogs and 2 little kids with all kinds of mystery spills and stains. I was a little worried when signing up for the deal that the technician would come in, do a few quick swipes with a machine, and then be on his way after 20 minutes with little improvement in my couch, but I was pleasantly surprised. Brian went over the furniture meticulously, front and back of all cushions and the back of the sofa itself. The water that was coming out of his machine was dark brown - disgusting - from years of dust and abuse. He was thorough without wasting time and I feel I really got my money worth. I would definitely recommend Poseidon and plan to use them again.

This was an excellent experience from start to finish. Tammy in the office could not have been any nicer and was able to schedule our cleaning immediately. The two gentlemen who did the cleaning arrived exactly on time, worked diligently and when they were done, the carpet looked like new. We have an elderly dog and a toddler in the house, so needless to say the stains were large in number and very stubborn. They were able to remove all but one stain -nail polish spilled (or painted on!) by our toddler granddaughter. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

They came when they said they would, and did a great job getting out a lot of stubborn stains. I have used Poseidon several times over the last few years and have always been satisfied.

I contacted this company because I saw it reviewed in a print magazine and I liked the idea of "dry" carpet cleaning. We moved into our current house about a year ago and it had new carpet installed when we moved in. We wanted them professionally cleaned because we have pets and young children and these are the 2 highest traffic areas in our house. I was able to get an appointment quickly, and the estimate I was given over the phone was the same as I was charged when the job was done. The technicians were on time, friendly, and efficient. I received $50 off my total bill because I was a first time customer. My carpets didn't look terrible to start with (and I want to keep it that way), but they looked clean and fresh afterward. I could walk on the carpets right away. I will definitely call them again for other carpets in my house!

Tammy, the receptionist, is extremely nice and accommodating. However, although the technicians got all the pet stains out my carpet, they were a little unprofessional. The carpet is now a little streaky looking. But worse, they put one of their cans on my nightstand while cleaning and it must have leaked because it dissolved the paint on my hand painted nightstand. They also dinged up the wall corner by the bedroom entrance and tracked powder all through my home.

The scheduling through the site was not as seamless as I had hoped, but once they arrived, they did a wonderful job. My couch and chair looked like new. I will definitely be using them again.

It turned out alright. They got the stain out and it looks better than it did.

Scheduling has been easy and convenient. They will be coming on Friday for the cleaning.

Poseidon cleaned the carpets in our master and second bedrooms.We had not had them professionally cleaned in the 2.5 years we lived here and I don't know/if when the previous owner cleaned them. Poseidon was able to get rid of a number of small stains and our carpets were gorgeous afterward. There was one stain they couldn't remove, though they did lighten it a bit (it was printer ink). I wasn't expecting magic on that, though. Overall I was very pleased with the work they did and their service. I would use them again.

The three-man crew arrived exactly on time and got right to work. The moved furniture out of the way and then cleaned the sofa. They then cleaned the rug and got the stains out. They were professional. I've already set up another appointment with Poseidon to come back and clean the carpet in our family room and home office.

They arrived on time. Santos and another gentleman completed the carpets and the stairs within an hour for $180.00. For that price they should have taken the time to work on problem areas in the carpet. It was not as clean as they claim with their process. We contacted the office and Brian came out to redo the job. Brian was very professional and did the best he could to make the carpets more. He also offered to come back if we were still not satisfied. Overall their claim that it is a better process is not accurate. I would NOT use them again...their cost to do steps is more than the cost to do a large area which does not make sense to me. Rug Dr. gets a better clean.

It went well. They did a very good and nice job for us. I’m most impressed with their professionalism. They came here ready to do the job. They did exactly what needed to be done and we were very satisfied. There were certain spots that had more soil than others and they were able to get them out. It was a good quality.

It went wonderful! From the phone call to make the appointment to the inspection after they were done. I couldn't have asked for more. They were able to get out a stain that had been there for years. The carpet looks great!!! The owner and his son were the crew that came to clean the carpet. They were professional, friendly, helpful and eager to explain the process they were using to get our carpets so clean. They claim the carpet is barely damp after they're finished and it is true!! We were very pleased with everything. I've already recommended them to several people and are planning to have them come back to clean the rest of the carpets throughout our house.
