When the cleaned my carpet I was not satisfied with their work on the stairs. They came back and did a very good job.

They arrived on time and did this job. They were very thorough. I am very pleased with the results. Some of the carpeting, especially the stairs, is off white and a high traffic area, and they got this cleaned really well. So for 16 year-old carpet it now looks very good. There was a spot in the living room that was still wet, and I called them the next day, and they came out and dealt with it effectively. I would hire them again.

I have used Poseidon many times, after they were recommended to me by someone who sold me my carpet. This is a fabulous company. They are responsive and thorough, and really stand by their work. It seems like they can get out almost anything. The only thing they could not help me with was when my painter dripped interior paint on the carpet and Cal himself called me to tell me that the chemicals they would have to use to try to get that out would be too toxic. I really appreciated his concern about the toxicity and was really impressed that he called himself. I have only wonderful things to say about Tammy and Cal and all the workers who have come to my house. I feel totally comfortable leaving them alone in my house, they get out odors and spots that I thought would never come out, and I just feel very good about everything about them. Additionally, they are very generous with sharing "secrets" to help customers get out spots in between cleanings. You really have to love this company!

I have had them clean my carpet several times. They are very trustworthy and have done a good job cleaning my carpet. I had them clean up after my daughter's birthday party. They removed blobs of paint left in my carpet after the party. Also the receptionist is always nice and pleasant when I call.

We had our living room, a short flight of stairs, a hallway, and two bedrooms cleaned. Two technicians did the work. They came early and they had to wait because I wasn't ready. They were very professional. They explained what they were going to do. They got the work done in about two hours. I especially liked that their technique involves brushing the carpets with a rake that brings up the nap. A week later the carpet still looks as good as when they came. They did an excellent job. I think this is the best carpet cleaning that I have ever had done. They are a dry cleaning carpet company and I was able to walk on the carpet about two hours after they left. The contact person, Tammy, was very informative, very polite and friendly. She even sent me via email a "recipe" of a secret spot removal formula. The price was actually less than the estimate.

Cal Smith returned my phone message and went into great detail about the dry carpet cleaning process he uses, giving me ample time to ask questions and making sure I understood the procedures that would occur. He accommodated my schedule, the technician arrived on time and was friendly and professional. He lightly sprayed a mixture on the soiled areas of the carpeting, then sprinkled a sawdust-like substance on the areas, then the cleaning process began. I felt comfortable leaving the technician working alone in my house when I had to leave for an unexpected appointment. I returned to clean carpets. Even the worst spot had been almost completely obliterated, barely visible and probably only to me.

The representative was extremely helpfully and worked with me to get the details exact and make the job go extremely smooth. I could not ask for better service.

They were very responsive and nice. They dry clean the carpet, so you can walk on it right away. They do a fantastic job and I have used them several times before. The carpets look fantastic and smell great. They arrive on time, are clean and thorough. I don't have to worry about trying to keep my kids off of wet carpets, because they are dry. I also don't have to worry about my kids getting respiratory problems caused by mold or other things to do with wet carpets.
