It went really well. They were wonderful. They really were excellent. The two young men that came were so good. The deal was for $20 but I ended up getting other things done so I spent maybe an additional $150 but it was very price competitive and very reasonable. They were incredibly punctual. They were very efficient. The young men were so kind; they moved the furniture they needed to move to do a big area rug. They were very neat and clean which is very important because I have a very neat and clean house. They were able to get out old stains on a white sofa that I didn’t expect they would be able to do. I told them just do the best they can and they were able to get almost all the stains off the pretty old white sofa, so they really did a great job.

It went very well and Tami was above exceptional. I had to reschedule, the first time I had no electricity. It did happen finally, Brian came out, he was polite, nice and appeared to do a good job. I spent additional money. I have no complaints about the work.

They came right on time, performed the work quickly and well. Brian remembered us from last year, and commented that our carpet was in better shape this year than last year (last year we got carpet cleaned for the first time in 4 years). He remembered our kids too. They spilled a little of the cleaning powder on our area rug in the living room - but it wasn't a problem because they cleaned it up right away. I was asked to inspect the work, and thought they did a great job. In the end, Brian even went back through the room for his final inspection, and picked up all working tools. They are a very good company, they do a great job, the employees are kind and do very quality work. I would definitely recommend them.

The gentleman arrived early for the appointment. performed the services. he was efficient, took a little over a hour and the furniture came out looking like new. I am very pleased with the service and the technican.

They showed up about 40 mins late, but were polite enough. I would've expected a phone call when running that far behind, but had to call the office instead to make sure I had the correct date/time. When I spoke to Cal, he gave me a detailed overview of the process and told me for the work that was being done, it would take a half day. I figured they would need at least 3 hours, but they finished in 2 which make it seemed like they rushed. This was a problem because I had a conference call at the time they were ready to leave and had to do a quick walk through. In other words, if they would've shown up on time, we would have been done before the call and if it would've taken a half day, it would've been after. Needless to say, I found a couple of spots in the hallway that needed treating which they immediately took care of. There are also some spots in the guest bedroom that need to be treated, but since I did the quick walk through, I didn't make it all the way through to find all of the spots. Additionally, I had my basement remodeled and there was drywall dust on the carpet so I wanted it cleaned so that my kids could continue to use their play area. Tammy called to find out how the job went and when I explained to her what happened, she immediately rescheduled and Cal called me directly to apologize. They sent out a different team and he made sure the basement was cleaned properly and attended to the spots that the first team left behind. Needless to say, the carpets look great and there is no longer drywall dust on the knees of my kids pants when the crawl on the basement carpet. Overall, I was impressed at how eager they were to rectify the problem. Cal obviously takes a lot of pride in what he does and his passion is evident when you speak to him.

I wasn't in a hurry to have the work done. I called on Tuesday and the company had me scheduled for Thursday. The workman arrived on time. They were very professional. My furniture looks so much better. Before leaving they gave me a feed-back survey from the company. I like having a company that wants to know if I was satisfied. In addition they left a receipe for a home made Spot Removal Formula which is cheaper and works better than what you buy at the store. They also gave me a $50.00 new client gift coupon (which can be copies) for any friends that would need carpet cleaning. I'd be a fool not to use them again.

Poseidon Dry Carpet Cleaning are terrific. They work with you with the price. They honor their coupon. The workers who actually come to the house are very professional and very nice. The carpet is like brand new, thought it's been down for 10 years and it had pet stains. It is perfect. They do an amazing job and have always been customer-oriented. They pretty much did the whole house. It sparkles and it is wonderful. I would say they are expensive but worth it. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Poseidon's employee, Santos, arrived at my doorstep literally right at 1:00 PM. I wasn't expecting this level of punctuality - what a wonderful way to make a good impression. He walked me thru the work to be done, which I had purchased as an Angie's List Big Deal. This was the only bump in the road we faced. He hadn't been told that the work was paid for, and he was asking for payment. Since this was a move-out, I didn't have any documents on me proving that I had paid. The documents were at my new house. Next time, I'll try to remember to have proof-of-payment on me. Santos wasn't familiar w/Angie's Big Deal terms either, not that he should have been. All he needed to know was that it was pre-paid, which he didn't know. Fortunately, I called Tammy (Poseidon's extremely efficient office administrator) while Santos called his boss; and they were able to resolve the issue over the phone quickly. I have to say that Santos handled the matter with professionalism, despite what he could have been thinking - that I wasn't telling the truth (since I had no receipt on hand due to all my papers being at the new house). So once we got over that bump, it was smooth sailing from there. Santos explained the dry chems used by Poseidon in such a way that I was left with a really good impression of the company. It was so important to protect the beautiful parquet floors under the carpet; and only Poseidon's dry-chemical compound could do that. Steam cleaners would have destroyed the floors. Santos worked quickly and efficiently, and really worked over the bedroom carpet. The bedroom carpet in particular had been really nasty. It was totally disgusting when I moved in 2 years prior. In the 2 years I lived there, I'd tried several different carpet cleaners and nothing ever worked to remove the stains. I wish I'd known about Poseidon when I moved in, because I could have had the carpet cleaned then and the stains wouldn't have gotten even more entrenched. As it was, there was still a slight shadow when Santos was done - but you only saw it if you knew to look for it. To the casual observer, the carpet looked practically new. The remaining carpet in the living room/dining room area was also cleaned - - and cleaned to the point that they looked brand new. I've never been more impressed with a cleaning. Santos' outstanding service, and Poseidon's dry-chem compound, are the reason why I received my apartment rental deposit back immediately and completely. It was well worth the money spent to get my rental deposit back. I highly recommend Poseidon to anyone who has carpet - particularly carpet over hard wood, or carpet in a rental unit. If you want your deposit back - def hire Poseidon. And if Santos is the guy who shows up to do your carpet, count your blessings. The big deal was $125 for up to 400 square feet of carpet. This is big deal indeed, and one of the best deals I've seen anywhere for cleaning services. I gave Santos a $20 tip and would have given him more if I'd had more to give, as he certainly earned it. Total came to $145 - well worth every penny. I also need to praise Tammy at Poseidon's office, who deftly handled my multiple phone calls, e-mails, and the many questions I had leading up to cleaning day. Every company should have someone this well organized!

While I was in the hospital, I was advised to deep clean my condo (before returning home) by an infectious disease M.D. I decided to hire this firm after speaking w/several recommended by AL members. Several companies had carpet cleaning specials running, but I could not quickly find 1 targeted to meet my needs for both upholstery & carpet cleaning, so I decided to limit price shopping & to choose this company based on short-term availability, ability to work with schedule of the friend who went to oversee the work and AL reviews. The office staff was very responsive. Cleaners did a very good job--cleaned carpet thoroughly, removed old stains and cleaned furniture thoroughly. Pleased with outcome.

We originally identified Poseidon Dry Carpet Cleaning through Angie's List in 2009 and, because of our favorable experience with them at the time, have used them on several occasions since then. We have never been disappointed. They have always been able to fit us into their schedule within a reasonable time, and the folks who come out to do the work are always punctual. When I called to arrange for this most recent cleaning, Cal, the owner, answered the phone. I said we wanted to have their Premium Cleaning ($105 for that sized room) with Stainguard (an additional $20) done. Because we were repeat customers, Cal said we could have both for $105.00 total. Luis and Bryan, who provided the services, arrived on time and got straight to work. They spent a full hour on the job, giving problem spots special attention, and the carpet came out looking like new. We were very pleased with the results.

They did a good job. I picked them because they do dry carpet cleaning. To be honest, one of the main reasons I hired them was to get the doggy smell out of the carpet, and it didn't really do that.

Great experience from start to finish. Owner was responsive, friendly, and professional on phone. I got pricing and an appointment with the first call. In addition, he was very enthusiastic about the method they use to clean carpets. (As an aside, the owner of the other company I had called suggested I call back later because he was not in the office and didn't have his calendar with him. Seemed completely uninterested in new business. So I very much appreciated the Poseidon approach!) The two techs arrived a half hour early without calling ahead, which turned out to be okay since I was already home moving stuff out of the area to be cleaned. Had they called ahead, "punctuality" would also have been an "A" grade. Anyway, this was the only minor blip in the whole process, and again wasn't really a problem. The men got right to work and were done in 45 minutes. The carpet looked GREAT! And, yes, dry. :-) Also I liked that the company has a checklist for good service; I didn't read every item, but was impressed that they are that serious about providing a good customer experience. A couple of days later, the carpet looks much, much better than before and I am delighted. I should add that it is a light-colored carpet and I have three dogs. :-) I am very, very satisfied with the job done and plan to have Poseidon back to do two area rugs and possibly some upholstery. I highly recommend Poseidon Dry Carpet Cleaning, based on my experience with them so far.
