Mr. Penate did an excellent job. He and his helper removed the old flooring and installed the new tile in my rec room in just 3 1/2 days, despite having to move and work around furniture. The new floor looks fantastic.

Ronald did a great job. He was responsive when I called and got the work done on time. He made sure that the areas surrounding the work area were protected from dust and cleaned up well each day before leaving. Both the backsplash and the entryway floor look great.

If you need a great contractor, search no more. Ronal and his team are awesome! My project originally started out as a re-tiling of a shower that was over 30 years old, but based on his excellent work, I asked him to redo the whole bathroom. From the pictures you can see the transformation he and his team did in a short amount of time! I'm super happy with this work and have since hired him for other projects in my house. Ronal's prices are VERY reasonable and he works until you are satisfied with the work. Others quoted this remodel at $13,000 to $17,000 for labor only. With Ronal, the total cost for labor AND supplies was about $11,000. Services performed: -removed all old drywall, tiles, and bathtub and replaced with green drywall -created a walk-in basin for (tub to shower conversion); poured concrete, added new drain and modified plumbing -removed bathroom flooring, toilet, and vanity -installed tile on floor, on baseboard and around the perimeter of the bathroom -installed mirror, vanity, light fixture, and reconnected plumbing -installed sliding glass door -painted walls and ceiling Ronal is AWESOME! He and his team are punctual and flexible with your schedule. He is very conscious about keeping your home clean while working and strives to make sure that you are absolutely happy with the end result.

I had previously attempted to tile my basement floor and it didn't turn out well. Having used Ronal before, and knowing his quality of work, I hired him to re-tile over my current mess. After three days, Ronal was able to take my poor attempt at tiling and turn it into a beautiful floor. Again, due the wonderful work of Ronal and his team, I have hired him for other jobs. Take a look at the before and after pictures of my basement. Services provided: -cleaned old tile -picked up new tiles and supplies from tile store -laid tile, grouted, and sealed Throughout the whole process, Ronal and his team kept the area very clean and quiet. You wouldn't have know he was working unless you were actually watching because he was that good. I highly recommend if you are looking to replace old flooring or add something new. You cannot beat Ronal's prices, customer service and his dedication to making you happy with the final product.

I needed a full tile backsplash along 21 ft. of new countertop in my remodeled kitchen. Mr. Penate came right out to estimate the job, scheduled it to follow countertop installation and had it completed in a day! The tile is a handmade style 5/16"thick ceramic subway and he laid it out in various patterns for me to select from prior to tiling, then got to work. He takes much pride in his work and his care and attention to detail really shows! The job is beautifully done and was very reasonably priced. I will certainly ask him to do any future projects I have, and suggest my friends give him a call too. A+ all the way!

Ronald and his partner were punctual each day and trustworthy. We had a large job to install marble shower with stone/concrete floor, detailed inlay and shower niche. Ronald picked up all the supplies for us and helped pick out the best match. His attention to detail was evident in the results. We were also very happy with replacement of tile in the hallway/entryway with stone travertine. They were very accommodating to install transitions and new stair and ensure everything was sealed. Overall we were very pleased with the end result.

Crew was on time both days, efficient and very cleanly. When they left they even took the trash from the project with them. I am very happy with the level of service provided and the interaction with the crew. I will hire them again for other jobs around the house.

Work was done very professionally. Ronald took a lot of care over the project - even buying grout to replace the grout that I had bought which was not the correct color.

Mr. Penate was a great service provider. He arranged to quickly come out and estimate the project for materials and labor. As this was part of a rebuild project after a major flooding of the house, he was very patient regarding some install dates that worked around other sub-contractors. Additionally after his estimate, I was called in to work on the date for which we agreed. After my initial meeting with Mr. Penate, and another reschedule which would have delayed for 2 more weeks, I was very comfortable with his working without my being here after letting him in to show where materials, He texted me twice that day to show the work in progress and then on completion. He removed all work debris, leaving all areas neat and clean and locked the house on leaving. I could not have asked for a better experience

It went great. He came on time and finished the job when he said it would be done. And he cleaned everything up.

Ronald is super responsive, does work of great quality and is hands on. You will see him on the job and can discuss it with him through the project. He is flexible, smart and does not need day to day supervision, etc... he knows what needs to get done and once you review the job there isnt a need to discuss again. Having managed hotel renovations, I can say you wont be dissapointed.

Very pleased with results! The workers were punctual, dedicated, and listened to my ideas. They were also concerned with cleanliness. They put down drop cloths before starting their work, and did a great job of cleaning up after every day of the project. The cost was very reasonable considering the amount of work that was done. I would definitely consider hiring them again for my next remodeling job. Tile was purchased from Floor and Decor. Mr. Penate's group performed all the labor to create the shower and recessed shelving. Please see pictures.

Great Choice of contractor for tile installation!! I was retiling a large MBR Bath and couldn’t have been more pleased than with Ronald Penate and his highly skilled and friendly crew. They started the work when promised, worked consistently, and completed the job on time as promised – extremely dependable. They did outstanding work and the result was a picture-perfect job that looks great! He didn’t mind answering any of my many questions nor making the minor changes that I requested. He made valuable suggestions that I think improved the appearance. On top of that, his price was reasonable and there was no need for a lot of price negotiation. I would certainly use them again, and would highly recommend Penate Tile Flooring for any tile installation needs.

Excellent. Ronald was punctual, arriving exactly on time. We discussed all the details then he got started. He encountered an issue with how our granite counter tops were installed and was able to work around it perfectly. We were extremely pleased with Ronald and absolutely love the final product! Highly recommend him to others!

Everything went better than expected. It took a few days to work out the schedule but the team arrived on time, were very professional and did a really good job. I even had a small issue that I wanted addressed and the owner came back himself to help me fix it. I do want to point out that, as specified in the deal, you will need to purchase the supplies (mortar and grout). Their team will help explain everything beforehand.
