Description of Work: Have been servicing my computer for over a half dozen years. Prompt and successful whenever I have had a problem. Once, when I ignorantly allowed someone who contacted me to take over my computer and became infected, Mr. Porat cleaned up my computer and put safeguards on it ... as long as I don't allow someone to take over my computer again. I have contacted him when I am suspicious of something, and he answers promptly without charge. Since my computer knowledge is limited, I feel safer subscribing to his cloud service which gives me an extra feeling of security. Mr. Musa has also serviced my computer.

In one case, a mouse replacement was required and immediately provided, along with some free software for improving the efficiency of the hard drive. In the other, a tune-up, removal of some applications, and changing computer placement vis-à-vis the router, greatly increased computer speed. One of the consultants was able to show us how to use a new iPhone with our old sound receiver, a real bonus!
Description of Work: Our two desktop computers developed various problems during the past year. During two visits, several months apart, Keynetik IT consultants identified and fixed the problems and also suggested and implemented several ways we could improve our computer efficiency. We had problems with the keyboard and speed of one computer and what turned out to be a mouse problem with the other.

Description of Work: Keynetik is my go-to computer consultant whenever have a problem. They saved me when my hard drive crashed and have fixed various other problems I've encountered. Because I have an account with them, they can remote into my computer without needing to come to my home, which saves me time and money.

Description of Work: My computer had a series of warnings appearing that indicated the hard drive was damaged and could be failing. Alon recognized the symptoms and recommended replacing the mechanical drive with a solid state drive.
