Express Dry Carpet Cleaning

Fantastic! I do not do reviews often because frankly I am just picky. When I receive great service the price is staggering or vice verse - poor service/great price...I found the company after reviewing a few others on the Angie's website. I also decided to check the local BBB and local Yelp website, all came back excellent and frankly amazing for this company. From the beginning my call placed to the company was handled in a fantastic manner. The staff answering the phone Jenifer was very helpful! She offered no hidden stuff, no hard selling (I hate this practice), just my pricing and details of what would be done. I was even offered a next day appointment which I accepted. One employee, Nabil came out. He was courteous, professional and had a nice demeanor about him. He too explained the process and I really appreciated his attention to detail even before he started working on my badly stained furniture pieces. He took the time to review all the stains. After the first piece was cleaned he stopped to again discuss and ask after my thoughts on the work. He was never bullish, condescending and extremely patient at all times. This was repeated for the entirety of the time in my home. Impressed I was and remain! I have gone on to share my experience and stellar review with even my employer. At the start of this "furniture journey" I was devastated over these three pieces of furniture. My daughter had received a popular carpet/upholstery cleaner and despite the pieces not having stains we both thought it would be a great idea to freshen them up (smiles). What a mistake! They were sight, just absolutely awful. The fabric appeared burned, discolored and with streaks, blocks of chemical stains, etc. Just a true horror despite just a one-time "freshen up". I also tried some local upholsters but while they had beautiful new options the prices were staggering. Frankly I had no budget for either lying around (smiles). I had given up on the pieces, but after pricing similar pieces in the thousands I decided to give a professional a shot. Sadly the estimate while not in the thousands were staggering with some company maintaining they needed between 2-3x treatments on the furniture set. I am kicking myself (smiles) for not reaching out to Angie's about the issue. I picked Express Dry Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning again after being vigilant with my questioning and exploring their reviews. I am so pleased!!! The area near my fireplace looks fab again! I am in love with the set again, it has not looked this amazing since I first fell in love with it. I made quite an investment into the room matching and tying everything together for years, so the loss of the furniture would have not been minor to me. My home is my castle. As customers/clients we often call to complain, but I urge you to ring and speak to the owner, Shouki. He was absolutely wonderful. He urged me to reach out to him with any concerns and spoke of his team with such kindness. What a team of people! I know I will connect with this company in the near future because their professionalism and the outcome is heavily imprinted on my mind. My thanks for a wonderful experience. I love that room again, thank you!

It was okay. The guy was really friendly and came on time. Scheduling with them was also pretty straightforward. There were no issues with them.

The team of two cleaners arrived within the agreed-upon time frame, got set up, and went to work. They were very friendly, efficient, and quite quiet as they went about their work. The cleaning agent smelled great (lemony) and the carpets were very noticeably cleaner than before. They even cleaned a few areas that were above and beyond the number of areas in the offer, notably hallways connecting carpeted rooms, as well as stairs. All in all, a first-rate experience. I'd definitely use this company for carpet cleaning in the future.

Mr. Alsakir arrived at the appointed time. He did a totally superior job moving his equipment in and out with no disruptions what so ever. Quality of his work is outstanding. I will use him again in the future for certain

I was very impressed with this company. From the moment I booked this 'deal" I was promptly notified, made the appointment, notified the day of the cleaning that they would be at my home within the next 20 mins. and yes, that did happen. I was greeted at the door by Vaughn who introduced himself. He came in and immediately put coverings over his shoes to look over the areas I wished to have cleaned. He then went out to the truck, brought in the equipment, and promptly got to work. We had discussed several stains in the living room and he was able to pay special attention to that area (there was an extra fee). My husband and I checked in on him several times and he was diligently working... I interrupted a couple of times to have him move a few light items and he had a great attitude. After the work was done, I took a walk-through with him and was impressed with the results. I was a bit nervous using another company as I didn't know how good they would be for stain removal, etc. I had previously used a VA-based company to do my carpets and I was satisfied with for several years, but they were now more expensive and harder to book into Montgomery County. I will be using this company in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, courteous and experienced company to do a great cleaning job on their carpeting! Nabil & Cederic were fantastic! They came to clean our sectional sofa. We get our sectional cleaned once a year because we have a bulldog who likes to drool and shed all over. They did a fantastic job cleaning our sofa. They also quickly cleaned our area rug. We had a really great experience with them - the guys were nice, on time, payment was easy, and the cleaning went really well. We'll be calling you again next Spring/Summer for our next cleaning!!

The two guys who came to perform the service were very good. Quick, careful, polite, and focused on the job at hand. Well done, and a good value with the Angie's Deal discount.

Nabil called in advance to say he was on his way and arrived promptly. He was very kind and professional. He went above and beyond to remove tough stains and any stains he couldn't remove, he thoroughly explained why. He was also very customer service oriented in that he cleaned a rug and a few extra stains at my request even though I hadn't ordered those services.

The apartment was not occupied and all furniture had been removed. The former tenant had just moved out and the new tenant was scheduled to move in less than two weeks later. The old tenant had stained the carpet fairly badly, and his family attempted to clean it. Although the condition of the carpet was much improved after the family's cleaning, some stains and discoloration remained and I felt that a professional cleaning might remove some of this residual staining. Express Dry offered a 5 area deep cleaning for $169. They were able to schedule their cleaning on fairly short notice. The crew arrived within the scheduled two hour time window, calling about twenty minutes or so ahead to let me know more precisely when they would arrive. They were courteous and pleasant. They cleaned all of the carpeted areas, putting extra effort into cleaning the stained spots. Their cleaning did not restore the carpet to "like new" condition, but they did remove most of the remaining stains and discoloration. They honored their advertised price, and did not attempt to sell me any extra services. This is my first experience with a carpet cleaning company, and I don't know what the result would have been if the carpet hadn't already received a cleaning from the tenant's family. However, I was satisfied with the condition of the carpet after they finished and I would hire this company again.,

Ty was very friendly and professional. He worked while we talked and he was done in no time. The work was great and so was everything about the experience. He called ahead and left a card at the end. Just what you want in a company.

Justin and Walid did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets and sofa. They took special care to remove some pet stains, and really spent some quality time on some stubborn stains on the sofa. Would highly recommend. Will use again.

In the future. Called the morning of the service and showed up on time. Nabil and Cederic were very efficient and careful -- completed the steam cleaning outside and returned the chairs afterwards. Chairs look wonderful and they told us how to clean the armrests.

Nabil and Cederic called when they were on their way, and arrived promptly. They explained what they were going to do, and proceeded with the service. They also explained how long it would take to dry. My rug looks great and furniture looks new! It was easy to schedule an appts. as well.

Nabil was Express Dry Carpet's sole provider of this service and he was outstanding. He was prompt, called one hour in advance of his arrival to let me know he was on his way, and did a thorough job with no needed supervision. The couch and area rug were particularly dirty from 3 dogs and they are remarkably clean. All other carpets were spot-treated and clean. They were more reasonable than Stanley Steamer and did not try and unnecessarily up sell me on products I didn't need.

Provider could not perform the service because its equipment could not handle a high velocity HVAC system.

They made sure to identify the areas that needed spot treatment and made sure that they were clean. They worked efficiently, we're polite and professional. The cleaned items looked better and I am pleased with the work.

Everything went pretty smoothly. We had a good experience. However, they tried to charge an additional amount to do the whole house. I had to actually pay double the big deal amount because of the size of the home.

This company was so nice and responsive from the second I called with a last minute need for a move-out carpet cleaning. Jennifer took my call a few minutes before closing and scheduled someone to come out early the next morning. Nabil and Sedrick (sp?) were on-time, explained everything they were going to do, and worked efficiently and thoroughly. They were very considerate explaining the machine would make some noise and helped move a table out of the way. Nabil cleaned an extra rug for me at a discount at the last minute. The carpets came out beautifully and the men were very nice, too! I would definitely use them again for carpet cleaning and other services. I highly recommend!

I contacted 5 carpet/upholstery cleaners, and Express Dry Carpet was by far the most affordable. Scheduling was easy and Nabil and Cederic arrived on time. They reviewed the areas to be cleaned with me and were upfront about stains that might not come out. They were done in about 2 hours and I was very satisfied with the results. Our white couch has taken 7+ years of abuse and I appreciated the amount of time they spent on it. Not every stain came out but it looks infinitely better. Everything looks and smells great.
