Express Dry Carpet Cleaning

I think they were really good. They showed up on time and did a decent job. The only complaint I have was I was expecting a little bit better cleaning, but I think the guys were doing their best. I think the dry clean carpet cleaning process doesn't extract the dirt more efficiently. I think they did a good job either way.

I called Express initially to clean a sofa and the dining chairs. Upon Vaughn's and his assistants arrival, which was as scheduled, they looked at both the sofa and chairs to see if the material could be cleaned with water, how soiled and if they could effectively clean. They determined that the sofa would not improve and might become worse. They did decide that the chairs could be cleaned, which they did superbly. I will use them again and tell my friends about this great company. My first time to use Angie's List and I love it!!

The express representative did an excellent job on the carpets. He was friendly, customer service oriented and thorough. I would definitely use them again.

Very prompt Very friendly. No hassles. Only complaint was that he didn't move the welcome mat and clean under that, so I have to be careful that no one sees under it because you can tell the difference!

Air duct cleaning service was very fast. I questioned how "clean" they really got inside. No camera or verification was provided. Carpet cleaning was adequate.

Nabil came and cleaned our loveseat and couch. The couch was well loved and had many stains. After cleaning it came out looking great. Nabil was on time and even called with a time when he would be there. He was very polite.

Two teams showed up at the same time, one for the duct work and the other for the carpets.

They showed up on time and went about there work efficiently. They perform a very basic air duct cleaning by connecting a large vacuum machine to your duct system. This was good enough for what we wanted and with the Angie's List discount the price was right. I would use them again for the same price.

I bought a coupon offered by them on Angie's list, and they called me the next day, which happened to be a Saturday. The appointment was easy to schedule, and they arranged a two-hour window of arrival that met my needs. On the day of the cleaning, they called me 15 minutes before the end of the scheduled window to let me know they would not make the time deadline. They arrived about an hour later, and proceeded to complete the job. They were both friendly, professional, and performed the cleaning. The service was faster than I anticipated, and they explained every step of the process. The carpet, while certainly not new, turned out better than I planned. They told me it would take only two hours to dry, however, the actual drying was finally completed many hours later. Overall, I was very pleased with the service provided, and would use their company again.

The service provider was prompt, kind and very professional. Most areas looked fine, but some areas on the carpet don't look much cleaner than they did when they started. I ended up renting a carpet cleaner and getting the stains out, but it took a very long time. I wouldn't expect anyone to spend as long as I did on the carpet!! Overall a great job and they were very nice.

Nabil did a great job. He arrived within the timeframe scheduled, was very polite and helpful. He did a great job working out a few stubborn stains. The entire process was complete in an hour and the carpet dried within two hours. I would definitely use this company again.

Making an appointment was easy and quick. I explained my needs and concerns and they were met in a timely manor. Cleaning went beyond my expectations.

Vaughn and his assistant arrived per the schedule, did a quick look around and asked me if I had any problem areas. I showed them a couple of spots and then got out of their way. They did a good job, it was done in little over and hour. It looked great when they were done, however I was busy on the phone so didn't have time to do a full walk through. When I looked around again (after they were gone) I noticed there were a couple of small spots they missed but I still give them an A because I'm sure they would have fixed it if I showed it to them before the left.

With lots of options for carpet cleaning, I was pleased that I called Express Dry Carpet. Nabil called prior to arriving (he arrived on time). I had not cleaned my carpet in years and after the deep cleaning, the carpet looked so much better which is important as I'm prepping the house for resale. The quick dry service was important to me because I didn't want to wait a long time for the carpets to dry as I had other work to do in the home. The only negative I experienced was when I spoke with one of the schedulers. She was very short with me and did not explain all of the company policies. Nabil, however, was extremely professional and went above and beyond to meet and exceed my expectations. I would definitely work with Express Dry Carpet again.

The stains in the carpet were "horrendous." I have grandchildren who live with me and it has been a while since the carpet was cleaned. Nabil worked diligently on the stains. The carpets came out looking great. Our sectional is black and therefore shows everything. It was no problem for Nabil. I will ask for Nabil the next time we have carpet cleaning to do.

Nabil arrived well within the time frame given by the person who scheduled the job. He called before his arrival. The cleaning of the rugs went just great! Nabil cleaned the rugs not only with professionalism, but with pride as well. I would recommend Express Dry Carpet cleaners, and Nabil, without hesitation.

Nabil and Cederic called in advance to let me know what time to expect them and arrived on time. They looked at the areas I wanted to clean and gave me honest information about what they could achieve. I appreciated the information. Very professional and very friendly. I will definitely be scheduling another appointment with them and will recommend this company to my friends and family.

The provider showed up on time, called 20 minutes prior. They were quick and got the entire house done in about an hour. I had severe stains in the basement that they were upfront about not being able to remove without an expensive add on, which I appreciated. The carpet that wasn't as dirty looks great and smells wonderful.

Express cleaned all the air ducts in my home, plus the dryer vent. The two-man team was very courteous. They called about 40 minutes before they arrived to let me know they were on the way, and were kind enough to also sanitize the ducts when they saw how many pets we have. To expedite the process, I moved the furniture away from the vents and took off the vent covers before they arrived (in an old house, the covers are difficult to get on and off). The only glitch involved the arrival window the Express office gave me: I was told 11:00 am to 3:00 pm, but when the team arrived at 1:00 pm, I noticed their instructions said the arrival window was 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. So really, the team itself was very prompt, there was just a mix-up back at the office.
