Express Dry Carpet Cleaning

They gave me a 2-hour window when we scheduled. Nabil called 1/2 hour before he came to say he was on his way. He then arrived at the beginning of the 2-hour window. Together we looked at the 4 areas, and he moved some furniture that I was not able to move on my own. Nabil was quick and efficient, and my carpets look 100% better. He paid extra attention to the family room because there were many stains in that area, but everything came out. I had my carpets cleaned two years ago by them, and I will definitely continue to use them. I'm very happy with the results.

The service turned out terribly. We weren't impressed. He just had a suction thing, and didn't clean out the whole line, and after he left, I went into one of the rooms, he hadn't even taken the paint off. I was painting in that room, and when I took the vent off, it was completely clogged, so I was not impressed. As he was leaving, he suggested that if I was happy, I could give him a bonus. I just won't use him again. He came at the right time.

The staff at Express were terrific. The young woman who answered my call and scheduled service was efficient and professional. Two different teams came to provide services and both teams were knowledgeable and professional. I was most concerned about our new sofa as a guest at our housewarming party spilled red wine on it and despite my best efforts a stain had remained. Fortunately Nabil was able to remove the stain. He was great! Thank you Nabil!

Nabil, our fabulous carpet magician, called in advance to let me know his arrival time. He arrived with a smile on his face and a warm disposition. He moved all items that were necessary to move in order for a thorough cleaning, and he removed all the spots in our 9 year old carpet. I am so happy I could cry. I would highly recommend him and this company's service in the future. Unlike a previous company I have used, this company was transparent about their pricing; what they quoted is what they charged, no hidden fees.

From my initial call on Monday morning after a Sunday "sewage drain backup incident" I was pleased with the responsiveness, professionalism, and helpfulness of this company. I especially want to give a "shout out" to Tiran, who was particularly helpful as I was recovering from surgery and couldn't move any furniture myself. He was very kind and punctual and I was so happy that I picked Express Dry Carpet!! He had to come back on Wednesday since we were gone on Tuesday, but that wasn't a problem. Only minor issue is that the carpet feels a bit lumpy now where they put the pads, but it's near the back door so I don't much miind.

The guys were very helpful. They arrived on time, made sure the areas were ready, and then efficiently went through and cleaned. They also gave me some advice on how to stretch the carpets that had come away from the tack boards, and gave me a quote for the work. The receptionist actually re-arranged the technicians' schedules to make sure that the tech who does the stretching was on my job so he could answer my questions. It was obvious that the techs were knowledgeable and experienced. I'd recommend this company and use them again.

We are very pleased with the service provided. We were able to get any appointment within one day of calling. We were given an arrival time of between 9-10am, and that is when he arrived. Nabil was professional, knowledgable, and courteous. He worked efficiently and was respectful of our furniture and other belongings. We're so happy that our carpet is clean, stain free, an fresh smelling again.

I used a coupon for 169.95 for 5 areas plus I added 3 more areas for $40 each and some scotch guarding to a couple higher traffic areas. Good price! They got the majority of the stains out which they told me they could at the beginning in the walk through. It was a miracle because we have been living at our home for two years and I presume some of my stains are nearly that old because we had new carpet installed when we moved in. They did a great job on the stairs. The stairs were a big concern because its the first thing you see when you come in the house and they looked pretty tragic before cleaning. After the cleaning was over I wasn't sure how I felt about the look of the carpet but it got better as it dried over the next 5 plus hours (I guess it took longer at my house because its so dark and cold in areas). The next day upon inspection of the carpet it look even better especially after I vacuumed (although I was told it wasn't necessary).

They were later than they originally said. They called and let us know. Otherwise, it went well. Our carpet is older with some stains, but we are glad that the work was done overall. My only question was whether or not they could've taken more time on it, seeing as they were done quickly.

Cederic and Nabil did a great job. Both of them were very professional. They called a half hour ahead of time to confirm the address. They looked at the areas I wanted cleaned and got started right away. They were able to remove a stain that a previous carpet cleaner hadn't been able to remove. They were done in about an hour and the carpet was dry within a couple hours after that, even though it was a rainy day. The carpet looks and smells clean. I highly recommend this company.

The whole experience was straightforward, responsive, excellent - and at very reasonable cost. As others have noted, the team (Cederic and Nabil) that was coming to do the work were on time, and called a half hour before to let us know they were coming. Once here, they discussed the work with me (an older, light-colored sofa and love seat set in our family room that is in good shape, but gets a lot of use and needed overall cleaning plus some spot removal). They identified up front a couple of spots that were probably going to be hard to get out completely, and made special efforts to remove them - in all but two cases, they succeeded (and the two that didn't are now inconspicuous). The rest of the cleaning - including a large number of individual non-attached cushions - was great, so that the furniture looks much brighter and newer. Overall, an excellent result, all done in less than two hours from arrival. Will definitely use them again, for furniture or carpets.

The thing I like is that they were on time and they went straight to work. They talked to me about the different areas of the carpet especially the high traffic areas. After they were finished we went room to room and looked at the results. I was satisfied with the results. The did an excellent job on the high traffic areas in the family room. They did tell me about how to keep the carpet clean and keep in the way its looking. I will get in contact with them in the spring to have them come to some work then.

Tiran and Ced were amazing! I thought I was going to have to replace the carpet, after their cleaning I don't need too. They also found a pet stain we were unaware of and cleaned it for us.

Technicians arrived on time and completed the carpet clean in the time prescribed. They were polite and efficient. The carpets were cleaned as proficiently as expected. The company was extremely punctual in returning my call to set up the appointment, and scheduled me for the very next Saturday. The appointment window was from 1-3. Around noon, Nabil called to tell me he was now leaving his current job and should be at my home before 2. He arrived at 1:45 and immediately got started. He was professional, friendly, and courteous. He explained exactly what he was doing and gave me tips on ways to keep my carpet clean (with 4 pets in the house). A very good experience. I've already recommended Express to someone. :)

This was so easy. Just called to schedule, and they had appointments right away. Nabil showed up on time (called first and was here in 30 minutes). He got spots out of the carpet that I thought would be there forever! I will definitely use them again in the future.
