Express Dry Carpet Cleaning

Nabil, the technician arrived at the designated time. We went over the work I requested. I did mention that I did have some stairs that needed cleaning but it was not included in the price quote. Nabil looked at the stairs and included them at a very modest price. All cleaning, deodorizing and stain protection was completed per our agreement. Additionally, he treated several area rugs. Several hours later we received a follow-up call from the company to make sure we were satisfied with their work. My wife and I are very pleased with the results and have no reservation in recommending this company.

I was disappointed in the results - several stains looked worse than before the carpet was cleaned. I requested a re-clean which they did do - when the cleaner left the carpet looked ok but after it dried the stains were the same. I had used this company previously and had good results, however this experience has not been a good one.

Nabil called to let me know he was on his way. He arrived right on time and was quick to get started. He took a look at the items to be cleaned and advised me that the micro-fiber pieces would take longer to dry than the other pieces. He asked if I had any carpets to be cleaned, so I showed him both our upstairs and downstairs areas that are carpeted. Right there on the spot, he provided me with a very reasonable estimated to clean them. I will be calling to have the carpets cleaned. He warned me that the equipment would be loud, so I (and my two dogs) went upstairs while he did the work. He was very thorough and the furniture looks like new again! I appreciated how quickly this company responded to my Angie's List deal purchase. From the initial contact on it was a good experience. Nabil did a fine job and I look forward to working with him again. I would definitely recommend this group/Nabil.

Nabil arrived on time and did a great job. He answered all of my questions. The rug was pretty clean to begin with and so he was quick, too. I definitely would get him again.

The deal was fine. Scheduling was fine and there were no problems. They did clean quite a bit.

We found Express Dry through Angie's list, and decided to give them a try with a coupon offer. With two dogs and a cat our basement carpet goes through the ringer of muddy paws and pet hair, so we needed someone experienced and thorough. The receptionist over the phone was courteous and super helpful addressing our needs and the best deal for us, she also combined coupons to get us a greater discount (!) and we were able to schedule our service within a few days! Our window for service was between 11am-1pm on a saturday and we received a call from Nabil, the service provider, at 10:30 saying he was on his way! Nabil arrived on time and ready to go! Super friendly and helpful- he did all the work (moved furniture, etc). Nabil was very knowledgeable on the fabrics of our upholstery as well, knowing what to use on our microsuede vs. our twill and linen blend furniture. The service took a little over an hour and another hour to dry, but looked brand new and spotless! All stains were removed and the carpet and entire basement smelled fresh and not "chemically". We highly recommend Nabil and the Express Dry Cleaning team and greatly appreciate the work they did and their professional, and courteous service! Thank you Nabil!

It went very well. The company was prompt, and they explained everything. They were honest about the money I needed to spend and I appreciated that.

Nabil and Cederic did an excellent job from start to finish. They called, 30 min out, to let me know when they would arrive (and it was exactly during the time frame scheduled). They were professional, friendly and efficient. Everything looks like new - even a stained carpet. Highly recommend them.

note: the company's inappropriate ad hominem response completely evades the issue of their inconsistent, inflated price estimates. i offered them multiple opportunities to try to explain/rectify this. i was looking forward to working with this company, after negotiating a discount off their online pricing, but decided to postpone cleaning. now that furniture delivery men carelessly stained my carpet, i need to proceed with cleaning and to provide written estimate to furniture company. having forgotten the previous estimate, i stupidly trusted this company to provide a written estimate that i thought would be similar, or at least comparable, to their website. the second estimate was 50-100% higher than what they were advertising online. when i discussed with owner over phone, he said there had been a "miscommunication" and assured me they would honor their advertised price. then no response when i forwarded the inflated estimate to him and other staff and repeatedly requested comment. nonetheless, i tried to give this company benefit of doubt, largely out of necessity (bc of furniture delivery stains). even though i already had written estimates and agreement with owner, the tech tried to increase the price yet again. he did offer free test cleaning of furniture delivery stains, which was unsuccessful. he advised me to pursue steam cleaning. although i could have had free "dry" carpet cleaning (billable to furniture company), i was so tired of this company's price shenanigans that i just wanted him to leave. sorry.

Nabil did an excellent job. He was running a bit late but called to give me updates on his schedule. Nabil was very friendly and professional. He explained the process to us and took his time. He was very thorough. After cleaning, all the cushions were damp and he said we needed to wait 24 hours for everything to dry.

It went fantastic! Carpets needed to be cleaned for a while. Nabil called to let me know he would be arriving a little early and made sure it would work for me....which it did. I showed him the areas I wanted cleaned and he explained in detail what he would be doing, moving light furniture, pre treating stains and drying times. He was very careful around our new wood stairs and hallway. He even carried the machine upstairs. He was professional and a delight to work with. I will use this company again!

Everything went fine. I don't remember anything negative about it at all. The people were very professional and clean. The ducts really needed to be cleaned. I had no negative response at all. I didn't pay more than the Big Deal price.

From the first contact, the team was extremely professional and responsive. Nabil showed up on time to clean the carpet sofa and two chairs. The results were outstanding and he was wonderful! Thanks - we will definitely use them again!

Setting up the appointment was easy. They answered all my questions. I was happy to hear that the product they use is safe for pets. They called to confirm the day before. On the day of, Nabil called when he was about an hour away to give me a better ballpark time...and he even arrived about 10 minutes early. I walked him through my areas needing work. He was very friendly and straightforward with the information. The whole cleaning (which included 2 staircases, 2 hallways, our basement and one bedroom) took less than 1 hour. And the carpets were dry within another hour. All in all, for the ease of scheduling and all that was done, I think I got a WONDERFUL deal. Turns out they also clean area rugs and furniture. I will definitely be using them again.

I had technician Nabil. He was very professional and friendly, came in and took care of the cleaning right away. Moved the couch on his own and cleared away anything that could be stained by the cleaner (which is great since I am 9 months pregnant and couldn't move anything on my own). Couch looks great - he explained what he was doing and what he found after he was done cleaning. He was a little late, but apologized and we were able to get an estimate on his arrival when we called the home office to let them know he hadn't arrived.

The fellow who came to clean the carpets was trying to do a good job, but he was not provided with the details of the Angie's Big Deal I purchased. He did not know what was covered and what was not. For this, I fault the provider, Express Dry Carpet. The deal was to clean up to 800 sq. ft. with either sanitizing or stain protection. He was confused about stain removal versus stain protection. When I selected sanitizing as our option, he thought we didn't want any stains removed. He also thought we should pay extra for the stairs, even though the deal expressly said that stairs could be included in the area, provided we did not exceed the limit. We did not, as our area was only a bit over 500 sq. ft. After showing him the details of our deal, he did not charge for the stairs, but I felt like he thought he was doing us a favor. As for stains, some very light ones were still there after we reviewed the work. I was very disappointed in finding all four shadows still there. These were why the carpet was cleaned. I took a home cleaner and spotted them. All four came out easily with little effort. I am wondering what the cleaning method did do. Another thing I was surprised about was being told to vacuum both before and after the cleaning. I don't know if this was because this particular company always cuts corners, or if it was because we had an Angie's deal, but that's never happened on any prior cleanings. I am considering having the carpet cleaned by another company, as I don't think this particular service did anything to improve the cleanliness of the carpet.

We were scheduled very soon after our initial call. Vaughn called shortly before coming over and was punctual, courteous and professional when he arrived. Even though we had only requested basic service in two areas of our home, he cleaned both carpets thoroughly and removed all the stains satisfactorily. We will definitely use this service again.

They arrived near the beginning of the one hour time window we had been given. They called when they were on the way. They worked efficiently and quickly. Interaction was friendly and professional. Carpets look and smell much better after the cleaning. They gave me an opportunity to examine their work before they left. Very pleased with service; would use again.

This was the second time I have used Express Dry for Carpet cleaning. As with my first experience, the service was terrific. It was easy to make the appointment and I was called 30 minutes prior to Nabil's arrival. Nabil was very professional, and explained all that he would need to do. He was able to get all stains out of the carpet, and now it looks like new! Nabil provides great customer service. He's extremely friendly and professional and he does an amazing job. Express Dry is my go to service for carpet cleaning!

It was raining, and my daughter came with her dog to do laundry ,and remembering my previous rug cleaner I was convinced it would not go well. First of all, I forgot that they do their cleaning dry. No more wet socks from steam cleaning. The next plus was that our adored granddog was not affected by the smell. No problem-they use safe, green products. They warned me that the rugs might be slightly damp, however, walking around in my socks as usual, it was blessedly dry. They were on their hands and knees at various points to get those spots out. The machine they did use was small and no smells were detected. Even with the ugly day and unexpected company the job was done quickly and efficiently. The rugs still look great-I have been waiting for some of the spots to reappear, but so far, nothing 4 days later. I will definitely use them in the Spring for the whole house.

I am extremely pleased with the service from Express Dry Carpet and plan to use the company again in the future. I was able to set up an appointment within a few days (and during the holidays, no less!) I highly recommend Nabil, who cleaned our carpets. He arrived promptly at the agreed upon time and was very pleasant and professional throughout the entire time he was here. He explained many things to me as we walked through the house looking at the rugs to be cleaned and answered several questions I had as well. He was very neat as he did the cleaning and left everything in great shape when he was done. The rugs look and smell great - I look forward to giving Express Dry Carpet my business in the future!

The staff were super friendly and professional. I called one day and they offered to come out the next day! Nabil showed up an hour before the scheduled time which worked perfect for me and was SO friendly and did such a great job. He not only cleaned everything very well but also gave me tips on how to keep everything clean. With 3 dogs in my house it is not easy. He did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend this company and definitely will use again in the future!!
